    Reuben, Wings, Pizza, Summer Lager
    Seth C.

We stopped here on our way back in from lazy river tubing in the mountains, and it really hit the spot. I got the Reuben, which was fantastic. Really good meat and the sauerkraut was delicious. My gf got the wings, I can't for the life of me remember the name of the sauce, but it was the other option than the buffalo sauce. It was very good, I believe it was a sriracha base and I would choose it over the buffalo if you enjoy some spice. The summer lager wasn't bad, I wouldn't say it's the best beer I've ever had but it did the job on a wicked hot day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was very pleasant, and the place itself was laid out nicely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor seating is nice, although I was getting BEAT by the sun. There is shade, I was just not lucky enough to find it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, definitely a place I would return to! Intestinal Impact Index Rating: 3/5 Beer is gonna beer, am I right?

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Prost has a fun, lively atmosphere with tons of seating -- both indoors and outdoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's super spacious, and I can definitely see why it's a popular spot, especially for groups or casual hangouts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor patio is dog-friendly, and they even have water bowls out for pups, which is awesome![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's a huge selection of beers, which is a big plus. The food, though, was just okay -- not bad, but nothing that really stood out. That said, the service was good and the food came out pretty quickly.

Rating does not include any food. German beers are, of course, nut allergy friendly. We got here around 2:00 PM on a Saturday afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's ample indoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As we were hanging out, several big groups came in, but it never felt overcrowded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was very easy and quick to get drinks at the counter. I asked for the bartenders' favorites and ended up with a 0.5L of the Summer Lager (recommend) and a 0.5L of the Hefeweizen (VERY banana forward). I really enjoyed both and the price was reasonable. A lot of people complain about the 18% mandatory gratuity, but it's pretty clearly stated eveyewhere. My recommendation is to use inKind for a discount (happy to elaborate). I paid via inKind with no issues at the end; they just need a card up front to hold the tab. Overall, I'd definitely come back to hang out with people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The UFC fight was on a TV too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only hiccup is that the parking is quite tight.

Prost never disappoints. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the beers, love the people, love the atmosphere![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The parking lot is small so don't try to park your big ol' truck in there, ha ha ha. Ask me how I know...

Lovely place for a German style beer and eats. I had the Vienna Lager, which recently won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival, and my friend had the hefeweizen which is always a solid choice. They also have a great happy hour! The $5 pretzel bites were too delicious, and came with mustard and beer cheese. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The patio was decorated like Oktoberfest, and there were many German decoration accents throughout the brewery.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bartender was very friendly and helpful.

Prost is always a great spot to stop! Daytime or night! Good food (kitchen is open until an hour before close everyday). They have a kitchen indoors now and the food truck is gone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]During the day it's super kid friendly and it's dog friendly from open to close![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They even give treats to the dogs, and have a water station with plenty of bowls for the doggies as well![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of the staff are fun and kind people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Make sure you check into their events- whether is a band, DJ, Oktoberfest, GABF, or many others there is always something going on around here![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's conveniently located just outside of downtown in LoHi so it has great walkability. Parking is limited though, so be prepared to pay for a street spot. Happy hour has great deals and is ALL DAY LONG on Mondays!

Amazing food and authentic German beer. Thoroughly enjoyed my day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music was great[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service quick and ambience fun[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - I will definitely return.

Prost Brewing is straight up one of the most impressive spots in the game. The people here? Unreal. Some of the best personalities you'll find in beer. Just genuine, passionate, good humans that clearly love what they do. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The facility itself is a technological marvel. You walk through and it feels like a damn symphony of stainless. Everything dialed, spotless, efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a vacuum boiler (I've been in the game for years, never heard of that) and they double decoct almost thier entire menu. You can tell every piece of it was built by people who really really care about the craft, not just the aesthetics, hype, or trends. And the beer? Lazer precise. Every pour hits clean, consistent, and balanced like it was brewed on a stopwatch. No fluff, no gimmicks, just absolute mastery of execution. Prost is the kind of place that reminds you how cool this industry really can be when the right people are behind it. Cheers boys, thank you again for your hospitality.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun patio with heaters and gas fire pits- sometimes have a food truck and have a small food menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Mostly lagers- gives a real German vibe. We had the brat and sauerkraut and it was awesome!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place has a big open social gathering with tables, fire pits with seating around it, an outside patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating but when we went it was still hard to find a place to sit since it was packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered one of the cheeseburgers and it actually had some type of sweet jam on it which was different but I really liked it...although it did make a mess. We also ordered the pigs in a blanket which was also pretty good. Food came out fast and it wasn't too expensive. I also got an Italian Pilsner which was pretty good beer

Cool little brewery in the highlands. Mostly German style- helles, Hefeweizen, Kolsch, etc. If that's not your style, handful of guest beers, cocktails on tap, seltzers, and wine. They have a couple food options as well. If I didn't have lunch already I would definitely get the buffalo jalapeño cheddar brat. Long wooden tables on the inside and really cool lighting fixtures made from antlers. Plenty of TVs with sports on. Am I in Berlin or Denver?

Sitting outside on the patio is really nice - it was a hot day and there was some shade from umbrellas. The shade spots fill up quick tho so be ready for sun. The inside is nice too- large area with picnic tables. They did have 1 TV but I wouldn't go here to watch a game. They did have a little food window with pretzels and other small bites but we didn't get any. We got one of the brewery passports and this was one place on it so we got a "free" beer!

Stopped here for a beer after walking around and grabbing some food. I loved how open this brewery was. The woman behind the bar was nice and promptly served us a flight of all the beers we wanted to try. They had a good selection and every beer was great. Really crisp and full bodied. The merch looked good too! I would love to come back.

    Can kids come here?

We bring our kiddo all the time. They've got high chairs and many families are normally dining in when we've been.

Do they use German hops or American? Makes all the difference in German beer!

Hello Katie! Great questions. Prost ships all of its ingredients directly from German. For hops, we use exclusively noble hops grown in the Hallertau region. Prost!

That was a huge error because all of the other commitments couldn't add up to the experience here. Rhein Haus is an authentic German restaurant. It has an excellent beer section, great food, and looks like it has fun games. The staff was super friendly, and we had a great time. We started with some beers, a sausage sampler, and a giant pretzel. Get this, and you will be treated to some excellent food. But the entree was even better. I opted for the Jagerschnitzel with beef goolash, braised cabbage, and warm potato salad. I have no idea how goolash is made, but it was incredible. The flavor was so rich, and I pictured how great it would have been on a cold Denver night. Unfortunately for me, it was like 80 degrees outside. The schnitzel was equally wonderful, but that warm potato salad was even better. My goodness, it was delicious. Is it wrong that I am thinking of flying back in just to come visit here? That is how great it was to me.

I was driving, so my brother ordered a pint of pilsner, which of course I had to take a sip for quality control, and it passed the test lol. The server mentioned they were having issues with some of their alcohol equipment that day, so alcohol options were very limited. The food came out quite quickly, or I think it did, because my brother and I were busy chatting and catching up. Food was hot, and everything tasted delicious and well-seasoned. I can't say that I had a favorite dish because it was all delicious, but I did really like the Rahm schnitzel with the kroketten!! Not sure if they are always like this, but the hallway to the bathrooms and in the bathroom smell bad. Kind of tarnished the greatness of the meal & service. Also I miss the old deli size. They have downsized their deli meats and other candy goodies. I suspect it was for more demand for the beer garden. Overall I'll be back as always to get my yummy authentic German food fix!
