Great spot to go before a game at Ball Arena. We just parked there ($30) and walked over to the stadium. The food was really good! And it was a nice bonus that we went during happy hour. We also got a free dessert for my husband's birthday.

Came here with my beau while visiting Denver. We loved the pretzel with the delicious brown mustard-usually a cheese dip girl but the pretzel and mustard combo was so good I forgot about the cheese! I loved the pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes. Perfectly cooked without being greasy. Hearty portions and tons of beer on tap. Sat at the bar and watched more of the Olympics- Curling of course my new obsession!! Great night! BTW...there was a young nice looking guy on either side of us at the bar sitting all alone...girls this is where you should drop in for a beer !

Ate here for a work dinner! We were seated immediately upstairs with appetizers ready to go and drink coupons provided for easy bar service. Multiple TVs ready to go for the World Series with Bocce ball available to play if wanted. Buffet style food was excellent with the potatoes and tomahawk steak being the highlights. Will definitely go back for a normal dinner service.

The Classic w/Impossible Brat and sweet potato fries

This is a great place for groups. We easily squeezed 7 people into a table made for 6. The bench-style seating and general decor felt like a German bier hall. The impossible brats were very good. I tried the sweet potato and traditional fries and liked them both. The different sauces served with each were a nice touch --curry ketchup with the traditional fries and something a little sweet with the sweet potato fries. My meat eating friends were happy with all of their choices. Someone got the Berliners for dessert and they received rave reviews. The beer selection was extensive, as advertised. The only thing that was disappointing was the extremely slow and noncommittal service. We waited forever to get our check, and probably would have ordered another round of drinks if the waitstaff had come around more often.

The friendly hostess who sat us and the ambience were unfortunately the only saving graces of my last visit to the Rhein Haus. The server was slow, gave us only 1 knife and completely forgot my second drink order. The food was subpar at best and there's nothing authentically German at all here.

Food: this is my first time dine in with all kinds of wursts, personally like the habanero cheddarwurst and polish kielbasa, the giant pretzel is full of of vibe, haus salad is beyond my mind, goulash and chicken wing is ok Service: the server must like the job, she is very friendly and know what we want Ambiance: the whole interior is very chill, with the ball game, and bar, I feel relax Price: $168/5

Came in around 5 and put in our name to have a few drinks and snacks before a nuggets game. While we were waiting for a table to open up, we sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The reason I took off two stars were mainly because of the prices and the food quality. The food was very expensive for poor quality and small portion sizes. Also, it seems like a very large location however there is a lot of wasted space with the game in the middle. I would come back before a game however I would skip the food this time. Overall 3.5/5

I love a good German beer hall. That's exactly what Rhein Haus is. The beer was classic German style and they had a lot of German food on the menu. They make their own sausages and brautwurst. I got a sampler plate and opted to get the German potato salad, which I usually enjoy quite a bit as it is a warmer type dish. In this case I wasn't a huge fan. The potatoes were sliced like a scalloped potato and they were very greasy. Aside from that I very much enjoyed this place.

Yeah, this place is pretty amazing. Really good food. Good atmosphere. The bar scene is awesome. Really good drink selection. The beers are good. All the food we order was super good. The pretzel is a must get fried pickles. Can't go wrong with that. Sausages win win win I would definitely come here again A+ all the way service was great super friendly one of the better places to eat in downtown Denver.

I agree with some of the other reviews, that this is more german inspired food. We had the pretzel - which while good - was pretty much just a soft pretzel. The dipping sauces for it were "all over the place" in that the pub cheese was really thick, and the beer cheese was really runny.... tasted good, but lacks consistency. The schnitzel was well cooked, but the apple slaw on top seemed odd. maybe serve that on the side so that its juice doesn't make the otherwise crispy schnitzel soggy. my favorite thing i tasted was the spaetzle! this they nailed!! The staff is SUPER nice!! we had great service - just was somewhat underwhelmed by the eats. if you dine here, skip dessert - not worth the price or the calorie spend. sideways thumbs on this one..... jury's still out.

The new space is bigger, which is nice because the old location could get pretty packed. The vibe is still completely over the top in the best possible way. Everywhere you look there's some new detail you didn't notice before. The cocktails were fantastic. Creative, balanced, and fun without sacrificing quality. And yes, some of them are literally on fire, which feels appropriate given the name. Also, I don't know who was in charge of the decor, but they clearly weren't afraid to commit to a theme. I'll just say there are some very noticeable decorative choices throughout the space that gave our table plenty to laugh about. If you're looking for a standard cocktail bar, this isn't it. -All drinks $5 - Cash Only-…read more Fun speakeasy near Union Station. Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.

Atmosphere: The theme here is so cool! It's all about Abraham Lincoln but with a modern, artistic twist. There's really neat artwork everywhere showing different looks of Lincoln. It feels like a true old timey speakeasy. It gets very busy after 8 PM, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but the energy inside is awesome. Price: This is the most budget-friendly spot I've found in the area. Almost everything is $5! It is CASH ONLY, but don't worry if you forget. They have an ATM inside for you to use. Drink: I ordered the Continental, which is their take on an Old Fashioned with a black cherry. It was delicious and definitely didn't taste like a cheap drink despite the price point. Service: Despite how packed it was, the service was incredibly fast. We got our drinks in maybe 2-3 minutes tops. The staff is efficient and friendly. Overall Experience: Whether you're visiting and staying near Union Station or just looking for a fun local getaway, I highly recommend this place. We walked from our hotel, but if you drive, be prepared to look for street parking or a garage. It's fun, cheap, and has great theme nights. I'll definitely be back!
