Had a great experience with Protech back in July, but only now had time to write about it! I found them on Yelp and reached out to them to schedule an appointment. Basically, I wanted to get maintenance done on a two-car garage door and a one-car garage door, as well as to get it working: sensors seemed to be working, but the door itself wouldn't budge. He came by, tested out a few things, quickly saw what was wrong, gave me a quote right there, I approved it, and he and his co-worker started getting everything working again. After maybe 45 minutes, I had 2 garage doors that were finally working, joints were repaired or replaced (if needed), and I could finally use the garage! I was having trouble syncing my remote garage door opener to my new vehicle's universal remote system. Protech had an excellent rating on Yelp so I called to see if they would come out and program my vehicle's system. I spoke to Mike and he scheduled Moe and Leo to come to my house. They were able to sync the remote door opener to the vehicle's system in just a few minutes and weren't even going to charge me for the service call! Since I had them there, I also asked if they could do a maintenance service on my garage doors. They did a great job and both doors now open cleanly with very little noise. They did charge me for this work, but it was a very nominal amount, and even gave me a discount.
