Our garage door was over 20 years old and literally broke for good when I opened it to show him the awful sound it made. He helped me move my car out and closed it up for the last time. Thanks to JTec, we now have a Roll Up Garage Door that works fantastic. it's super smooth and very quiet. We called JTec late in the afternoon and they were at our house within a half an hour. They inspected our door and opener and said we needed a new opener. They gave us our options between a chain drive and belt drive unit and we chose a belt drive unit (which they had both types on board their truck). So within an hour and a half we had a new Lift Master Door Opener installed and working perfectly. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of work was great.
