Along with this, we found a dead black widow, so we decided it was time and had Urban Desert Pest Control come out. The great news was no evidence of roof rats! The even better news was that instead of charging us for placing traps anyway, Urban Desert Pest Control realized that our "pet" squirrels that live in our backyard were probably getting up there to play and placed some filters over vents to prevent the squirrels from getting into the vents. Guess what? Noises went away. Nice to work with a company that focuses on the individual customer instead of implementing a general approach for every single situation.

At my request, remedied the inside first so we could reposition furniture and get the interior back to normal (spot treatments into the wall plus topical filler. Then, our external side wall which is actually our neighbor's side yard (so we could wrap up disturbing the neighbor and could reposition their yard furnishings.) And finally the rest of our external perimeter.
