They take the time to velvet their chicken, which a lot of places don't seem to do anymore. Plus, either the beef or the pork was nicely barbecued. The sauce has that little something extra spice-wise that I liked tasting in a lot of food when I lived in Taiwan. I think it is star anise or maybe a five-spice blend.
