Food was great I got an açai bowl. Amazing tasted good. The service was awesome and the environment was nice and calm.

I'm extremely disappointed with how a scheduled pickup order was handled a few nights ago. I placed an order for my family and specifically chose a later pickup window of **5:50-6:00 PM** because I knew I wouldn't be able to arrive until around 5:55-6:00. I received both an email and text confirming the order and pickup time. I then received another text updating the expected ready time to **6:00-6:05 PM**. At **5:42 PM** I received another text, this one saying my order was already ready at least eight minutes before the pickup window I selected and 18+ minutes before the updated time I had been given just minutes earlier. Since I knew I couldn't arrive until around 5:55, I called and asked if the food could be remade so I wouldn't be bringing cold food home to my family. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the employee I spoke with repeatedly told me there was essentially nothing they could do. She initially offered to let me speak with a manager, then came back and told me I could not speak with him. She also suggested that in the future I should simply wait until later to place my order. That left me asking the obvious question: **What is the point of offering customers the ability to schedule a pickup time if the restaurant isn't going to honor it?** When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and explained everything again. His initial response was basically that "this is just how the system works." I showed him the confirmation email and text messages documenting the pickup times. He pointed out that the order was "only" ready eight minutes before the earliest part of my original window. I pointed out that it was also 18 minutes earlier than the updated time the restaurant itself had texted me. After quite a bit of back-and-forth, he finally agreed to have the food remade. Mistakes happen. An order being prepared too early by itself wouldn't have prompted me to write this review. What bothered me was the way the situation was handled afterward. Rather than simply acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, both the employee and manager initially acted as though the problem was mine for expecting the scheduled pickup time to mean something. We're fairly new customers, but my family has already eaten here three times in the past month. Unfortunately, after the way this was handled, I'm not sure we'll be back. Good customer service isn't about never making a mistake. It's about how you respond when one happens. This could have been resolved in 30 seconds with, "Sorry about that. We prepared it too early. We'll remake it for you." Instead, it became an unnecessarily frustrating experience. read more

Don't be fooled by the photos of veggies on the website when ordering. It's frozen and chopped up. Less rice in my bowl than said veggies. Nice portion of salmon, but not seasoned. Nothing was seasoned. And altho I was early for my scheduled pickup, I was told I'd just have to wait and that it hadn't even come thru to them yet. Seems like they could have started on it when I arrived but nope. Waited 30 mins andpaid $30, for slop. read more

I always kept driving when I saw the ProteinHouse with their stacks of whey protein for sale with customers standing in their workout tights. But this time I was walking by and stopped in to look at the menu. Wow. I was impressed by the food and drinks with ingredients I actually understood. I ordered the Super bird Omelet with sweat potato rounds and my wife ordered the killer keto bowl with steak. Amazing and delicious food and large portions. And now for the chocolate PB Crush and Vanilla gorilla drinks. It blew my mind on how good is was. Service was on point. Now I only wish they had one near the west valley-where there are multiple new health clubs on every exit off the 303. I will be back and maybe even take the dedicated drive to Scottsdale. read more

We were on that side of town and decided to stop in for a bite of something healthy. If I'm being honest, I can't believe the price. Almost 50$ spent for two people for lunch. Yikes! I'd expect that for a sit down but not for an order and sit. No one called our name when our protein shake was ready so it's out at the counter for probably 10 to 15 minutes while we waited for our food. Tried their south beach pancakes which is extremely good in macros. 54 grams protein in less than 500 calories. So ordered it. It's decent, nothing special. Just basic pancakes with a strawberry. Some time ago while attending a Yelp Elite Event next door at YogaBox, I received a coupon for a Free Protein Shake with Entree Purchase, and decided to finally give this place a shot. I had sampled their Vegan Brownie that day and thought it was pretty good. Me and the family drove over and decided to get Mayra's Vegan Protein Pancakes and a Muscle Freak, with Vegan Protein. The parking was decent, but may take a little while to get a good spot as there's a few restaurants around there; also a little tight of a fit for a big truck. Two sets of menus on the wall when we came in (drinks & food). We ordered, presented our coupon, and waited with anticipation! Most seats were taken, but we were able to find a spot. Order was up pretty quick, and looked amazing...that's about where the goodness stopped for us. The shake was good, but the chocolate chips were hard and seemed out of place for the texture of the shake. The flax seed oil wasn't noticeable, and I appreciated that. The pancakes kinda killed it for me. We were all sharing them, as the portion is pretty big, but we really had to choke them down (even my toddler who loves pancakes). I could tell from the first bite that they use garbanzo bean flour (which has a VERY distinct taste), and was immediately turned off. I was prepared to let them know, if they asked how everything was, but after we ordered, there's was no other acknowledgement from the staff. We added syrup, but really that doesn't help. The aftertaste from that flour is something similar to the taste in your mouth after you throw up; I'm sorry to be so descriptive, but it's true. I really hope that they revisit these pancakes (or at least disclose on the menu what makes them protein pancakes), and look for something a little more flavorful. Sometimes it's not all about protein amount or building muscle...it should taste good as well. I appreciate their vegan options, and extensive menu, but I think the next time we visit, we'll have to opt for something else, and ask what it's made from. read more

I got the chicken Caesar salad and it was great. Dressing was very light, but they were super nice and gave me more. The titan drink was great. Really liked it. Very nice to have a healthy, protein based restaurant. I would definitely go back. I was disappointed when I ordered the soft serve frozen yogurt and it wasn't soft serve. I entered the store and was not greeted, started an order on the self ordering machine, but it wouldn't accept payment. I stood trying my card, my phone many times. Looked around for help and no one would help. When I asked for help I asked to order with a person at the register and was told normally people just move to the other self ordering machine. I went to the location off of Mayo Blvd. I ordered a "Detox" juice, which was pretty pricey. $8 for a 16 oz drink. The wait was fairly long-- about 15 minutes, but the staff apologized (they were packed). I was not the biggest fan of the juice-- it needed an acid or something with sugar to cut the "grassy" taste. I would possibly come back when they're less crowded and get something a little bit more forgiving. read more

In recent times, protein house has gone downhill, particularly regarding portion sizes and pricing. It's astonishing how much smaller portions have become, especially when considering the prices that seem to skyrocket without justification. almost feels like robbery, as we pay more for significantly less food. Adding to the frustration is the service quality, which seems to have declined alongside the portion sizes. With only one worker managing a long line of customers, This combination of slow service and inadequate portions has led many(including me) missing the days of the old Protein House, where generous servings and efficient service created a much more enjoyable dining experience. read more

We wanted a relatively quick and healthy spot to take dad out for Father's Day. It's located in the Whole Foods parking lot and easy to find. They have a large menu and something for everyone. Their menu also has the macros for all their food and drinks which is great. We ordered avocado toast which is topped with eggs and served with fruit, the shredded salad, chicken Cesar salad and mocha loca. We were given a buzzer and our food was ready within 10-15 minutes. The food was cooked well and the salads were fresh with leafy greens and perfectly cooked grilled chicken. Our dad really enjoyed his avocado toast and ate every last morsel down to the fruit. He also enjoyed the mocha loca and the fact it included protein as well. Definitely a great healthy place to check out and I would definitely drive out of my way to visit here again for a meal! read more

I ordered a Southwest bowl and let me just say for $18 it is not worth it. Steak was bland as heck, at least add a pinch of salt & pepper. The salsa was spicy, which I liked but there was not enough to save the missing flavor of this bowl. And bowl size was underwhelming for the amount you pay. I'm leaving a 3 star because the Ms Skinny protein shake was pretty tasty. But that was still overpriced at $10. First and last time I'll be trying their food. read more
