They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! As luck would have it, our well pump died yesterday. Being a Saturday, the day before a large storm, we weren't sure we would find someone willing to come out, so we called several numbers and left messages. Darin Miller, the owner, was very responsive and he and an employee spent 2-1/2 hours out in the bitter cold replacing our pump. Our well is very deep; and the cold kept freezing things up hampering their work; but they stuck it out until the job was completed. In addition, we had changed the water filter before he arrived. I went down in the basement a while after they left and the filter was leaking. Darin came back first thing this morning to check it out; and we had not sealed it properly!
