They came to complete the work and at the time that I was required to leave I left and they were still working. I have provided them with not only the dimensions and the exact theater chairs I was a stalling and explained I would have two rows. This was reviewed multiple times with both installers. When I got home there was frayed carpet everywhere from the making of the platform to which they did not clean up, and pencil marks everywhere (on newly painted walls) from drawing on the walls where the placement of the speakers would go. When I contacted the owner to discuss my expectations not only for my future business with them and also referral business (yes after hours...I'm a real estate professional and definitely am used to working odd hours) to have a discussion, the owner referred me to the office line. In fact, my $12k in business and even more in a potential referral business was dismissed because he didn't get the business (which I have no control over). Furthermore I had issues with the installation of the front door lock to which they provided very little assistance in fixing and had me searching all over the Internet to fix. Additionally, one of the cameras continues to go off-line constantly to which they wouldn't correct and then stated that they would not correct these issues because they had discounted my services and giving me a free Roku, which didn't even work. And did I mention they wouldn't provide me with the business to which the TVs were purchased so that I could register them! Lastly, when I called regarding the incorrect placement of the platform, it was explained to me that I should have told them where to put it. Given that these are professionals, and they knew I was putting in two rows of seating, the exact seats as I had provided a picture and link to them, and the size of the room to which they measured, they should have known where to place the platform. They refused to come out and correct the issue without charging me a fee. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am a professional real estate agent and small business owner myself I would never treat people the way this company treated me.

JEFF NEWMAN AND HOLTKAMP SAVE THE DAY!!!…read more Yesterday @ 5 PM I called Holtkamp to let them know that the A/C was not working at the rental property that I manage, I was told the technician was currently in route to Loganville, but would get to me by 9 P.M. At 7 P.M. I received a call from Jeff Newman, he was leaving Loganville and was heading my way, he pulled in the driveway at 7:30. I knew it was the capacitor because Matt Hubbard had mentioned that the part was failing but still working when he did the summer service in May. Jeff replaced the capacitor, checked the amperage and the unit was blowing cold air by 8 P.M. I highly doubt any other company could have pulled off this 3 hour turn around from hot and humid to blowing cold air! The repair cost was extremely fair, the service was excellent and the peace of mind priceless! This was my first time meeting Jeff, but I will request him in the future, he's a great guy who went above and beyond and saved the night. Trust me, you don't appreciate A/C until you ain't got it. When I called to confront him about this ludicrous statement he told me to "shut up"! Being a business owner for nearly 2 decades I truly understand customer service and ethical conduct as a business owner and Phillip Ampel the owner of AAA is probably one of the most unprofessional, dishonest individuals I have come across.
