I don't get a phone call so I show up to see if it's ready and they tell me "we were not able to do it". What!!!?? When we're planning on calling me? I'm of the opinion that this was a made up excuse since I did not proceed with the supposed repair my car needed. I took it to commercial tire and they did the alignment right away with no issues. I hate giving bad reviews, and previously held off but this place has gone from bad (last year when…read moreI didn't write a review) to worse (this year). I purchased two motorcycle tires to be replaced, then was referred to the service department. I was told that if I brought the motorcycle in, that changing the tires (that I had purchased from them) would cost $304.00 If I took the tires off, it would cost $50.00 per tire plus a $10.00/tire disposal fee unless I wanted to keep the old tires. This seemed a bit high, but not as crazy as $304 so I went home and spent 10 minutes removing the tires. Disappointing and amazing that they wanted $100 each to take the bolt off and remove the tire. I was told they would call me when the tires were ready. I was not contacted by them, so nearly a week later I called and the tires were ready. When I picked them up, I was also charged for two new tubes that I did not ask for so the total cost of having them put the two tires on that I had already bought from them with tax was about $145.00. Very sad to see this shop turn to these tactics. At one time they were a nice place to get service. I think they must have new owners. I upped this rating to a 2 because in all fairness the parts dept seemed decent and did call me when my tires had arrived. I have not worked with the sales department so I cannot comment on that part of the business. The problem is with the service department.

Never received a call back. This has happened over and over again whenever we have dealt with Corwin concerning service on our vehicle. This time I did not call them over and over to get a person to talk to on the phone. I decided to try Pierre Ford in Prosser. Call was answered immediately. They offered to service the car in two days (Corwin typically would schedule weeks to months out). I had previous commitments so we scheduled for the following week. Arrived in Prosser, dropped off vehicle, recall service was performed in two hours. EVERYONE at this dealership was courteous, helpful and gave the impression they cared about my convenience. The half-hour drive to Prosser was well worth the effort to deal with Pierre Ford, rather than the ten minute drive to Corwin Ford to put up with their cavalier attitude.
