Around the end of November I had the entire inside of my house remodeled. During that remodeling project I also had some bathroom heaters and fans installed. All seemed well after the project until about a month later I noticed that my furnace was not efficient. I also noticed that my family's allergies were getting pretty bad and we weren't sure what was going on. Since Winter was upon us, I knew that something needed to be done as soon as possible. I searched high and low for a reliable company who had experience in many HVAC systems but had no such luck. It wasn't until I was referred to Pt Duct Cleaning by my close friend who owns a commercial building downtown and is constantly needing his ducts cleaned. I called them up and was delivered great customer service. They were able to book me in immediately and came out to my house the very next day. I was given a free estimate for the amount of work they needed to do and agreed to it promptly as I knew that these guys knew exactly what they were doing for a fantastic price. They helped fix the furnace and cleaned the ducts. Almost immediately after they left my family could tell a difference in the air - it was fresh and clean and didn't feel like we were breathing in a bunch of dust. My heater is now running great as it is on constantly due to the Winter. We haven't had any issues since and I am glad that Pt Duct Cleaning took the time to come out and clean our ducts, providing us with great service. I had them service my vents. They called me twice the day before and the day of appointment to confirm. Two guys in a pt duct cleaning van, pulled up in front of my home on time, as scheduled. They immediately greeted me. Before entering my home, they placed covers over their shoes. Then I walked them through my house and pointed out all the vents. I have a toddler and they assured me it will not get dusty (which it didn't). They went as far as to close every vent and cover each vent with plastic wrap. They brought a big vacuum into my back yard hooked it up to a generator and ran a tub into my basement window and into my furnace. This big vacuumed sucked out all the dust and funk in my vents. They also ran a line throughout my vents that knocked the dust off the sides of the ducts. Just a tip for those planning on getting this service, the work is a little loud. So if you do have a toddler, cover their ears using earmuffs and that baby will sleep right through it. Otherwise, they were extremely professional. Very quick and extremely polite. I would definitely hire them and recommend them to friends and family. They left my house in a clean fashion too. Very happy with their service. read more

I suffer from allergies for a while now and finally made decisions to call this company as after doing some research, turned out this service should be done on regular basis, especially when you have allergies and a dog. Go figure. Lol. So happy with the results, they responded quickly and I was able to schedule appointment in no time, honestly couldn't ask for better service. They came on time, explained all throughly and I was even able to see the insides ( my ducts were discussing inside ). Full professionalism from the beginning to the end of performance. The team of two was on time, they checked the place how to do the service with the least inconvenience to the owner. They explained what would be done, and how long it would take to do it. They were polite and kind. They were clean and very organized. They worked well as a team. They hooked up a huge and powerful vacuum on the outside and connected huge pipes to the furnace. You shouldn't have a baby sleeping during their services because it is pretty loud. They attached these pipes to each opening around your place, and they disinfect each one of them after. At the end of the service they asked for questions and concerns, and they advised how to keep the furnace and the dryer clean to prolong their life. Their prices are fair and affordable. I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that I have had a few companies come out to clean my air ducts but never saw any difference in the quality of air. Great service! Didn't have to wait long. They showed up on time , explained how it works and answer all my questions. They hooked up a powerful vacuum to main ducts by the furnace and they put brushes inside every supply and return in my place.
