My home's air ducts were overdue for a cleaning, I called and got cheerfully scheduled in a few days time. On the day of the cleaning I got a head's up phone call that they were on the way. The technicians were on time, professional and courteous. They spent more than 3 hours getting every duct and vent cleaned out, including the drier vent. While my drier was working fine there was buildup at the very end where the air exited the house that was no bueno. Literally thieves,i have a water front lot that my security camera went off 3-26-2026 at 10:43 am.Its a waterfront lot im building a house on 2 acres with 5 no trespassing signs everywhere and smile your on camera signs.Well i got this guy that stole a fishing pole and some other things on my lot-proceeded to fish the property like it was his.I left work im 30 minutes away almost to the property and see a green air care small van pulling away from property- i pass him going other direction.Realizing this is the guy after i get to property and know one is on it i turn around and could not find him.I called the company green air care every number and spoke with adam the mgr.I sent him videos and clear pics of the buy and the company emblem on the shirt.Seems not important i would not let anyone from this company come anywhere near my house.Still havent heard back from the mgr adam and asked for the owner who wont talk to no one.This guy should be fired in 10 seconds.I will update this review after further investigation and police report. read more

The technician arrived on time. I explained that to install a smart thermostat with internet capability, an additional "C" wire was needed for power. I showed that there was a second multi-core wire in the wall, apparently running from the air conditioner. The technician analyzed the situation and said it was not the right wire, suggesting instead a solution that would require additional equipment, but at a high cost. I had to strip the insulation from the multi-core wire myself to prove that it indeed ran from the air conditioner in the basement to the thermostat on the first floor. After some hesitation, the technician agreed, but stated that connecting the new smart thermostat would cost $360. I was very surprised and asked him only to connect the wire at the controller on the air conditioner to the correct terminal, since I could handle the rest myself. For this, I had to pay $130--$100 for the service call and $30 for connecting the wire. I completed all the remaining work myself after the technician left. read more

We contacted the company because of an advertising coupon for a $189 "deep duct cleaning" and dryer vent cleaning. The coupon was deceptive to say the least. When I made the appointment over the phone, the customer rep wouldn't deviate from the script. I kept asking about it, and she kept repeating, " You have to qualify for it. What? Explain. She wouldn't. When the techs got here, the lead tech told me our ducts were very dirty, which I knew, as we hadn't had them done in quite a few years. I looked at the photos. They were. Then I was told the service I needed was $700, but it was discounted to $500. I told them this was deceptive advertising, which it is. I got them down to $400. Several red flags here. The work done was excellent. The techs were very thorough, but the company is not upfront about pricing. Buyer beware. read more

This company is a NIGHTMARE to work with!! I was forced to use them due to a warranty from my previous company who they had either bought or merged with Them. Every single technician that has been to my home is unsatisfactory. The first guy left some switch during his inspection on causing my furnace to be on high and then left. When the temp went past 80' and I couldn't lower it I called the company. They asked me if I tried to turn it down or off which of coarse I had before the call. Eventually after becoming upset because I knew something was wrong they contacted the tech and he remembered not shutting down a switch and he would be back to fix it. Twice I've had my air conditioning tune up cancelled due to emergencies from other customers and have been rescheduled several months later because that is the earliest available time they have! They cancelled the night before the first time and the second time didn't even let me know. After waiting several hours the day of the appt I called and was then told by Alexa if was cancelled! I also just had a technician come to do a furnace check and cleaning. I told him when he arrived I needed my humidifier filter replaced. He went out to the truck to get one. when he left I went downstairs and noticed water deposits on the floor. After removing the front of the humidifier unit I saw it was the old filter full of lime so he had not changed it. I called the company to complain and of course they have a call center and you can't speak to anyone who can directly help you it is answered by Alexa. They are never on time it's so frustrating to work with this company. I ned a new air conditioning unit but I will not get it from Green Aire Care. read more

I never signed anything saying that, I sent them the 10 year parts and labor warranty I received from the company they took over. They refused to honor it. Went to ABT and a much better experience! I thought I purchased a furnace tune-up service, but what I ended up getting was an incredibly ridiculously experience. First of all, the technician was late by half a day in the initial appointment, so I had to reschedule a 2nd appointment. I don't remember exactly what time window he was supposed to come, but he didn't show up until around 5pm. Secondly, throughout the entire appointment, the only thing he did was trying to convince me that my entire furnace needs to be replaced. The guy "ouched" multiple times during the visit saying multiple components of my furnace were failing. Look, I get that companies these days are trying to upsell to make money, but what I can't accept is, the technician didn't perform any tune-up as promised. He didn't even check the filter or flame sensor, let alone vacuuming any dust from my furnace or any sort of cleaning or maintenance whatsoever. Worst HVAC company I have ever used. read more
