This place is super HIP looking, and not really the "RANCH" vibe I was expecting. Maybe I expected some cowboy murals on the wall, an electric bull, and a barn door, kinda like Saddle Ranch in Hollywood. There are no pool tables or games you can play here, but it's a nice, posh place to stop by, especially with their HH deals. I'm a consistent fan of their chicken strips (buffalo sauce hot) with the tater tots. The pizza, not so much. read more

Service is lacking.. tried this location three times and had different bartenders each time, all were below average. Not at all attentive and last two were basically condescending. There are way too many places to choose to eat in this town than wasting time here. We'll probably continue visiting a couple PT's Gold by the house because the staff is better. I stopped in for breakfast yesterday. It suited my need to relax, eat and have more than a McDonalds meal. I ordered the Texas eggs Benedict thing (called something else on menu) despite all the heat/spice warnings. It was hotter than I prefer but good. Bartender was friendly and laughed when I ordered a coffee. Coffee was terrible, was probably made the night before. I can't stand burnt coffee and switched to water. Which I needed anyway because of the spicy food. I got what I wanted. A relaxed friendly breakfast. I did pay for it with a day on the toilet which I attribute to the food since my butt was on fire! I came here having bad service from Stephanie at the bar about 2 weeks ago. I was so upset the couple on both sides of me were upset with her service too! We waited 13 minutes to get our 1st drink and that was after we started timing. I was so upset we didn't even eat dinner we left and went to another bar and had great service down the street. If you come here avoid her service. It's not the 1st time I've seen her. She was at Buffalo and 215 PTs and she was no better there either. When I wanted to complain about her service I was shocked that she was manager! Horrific! Seriously. NOPE! This use to be my favorite spot to come when it was Jalisco's and Super Mex! I booked the private room at this PT's for my husband's birthday party. The manager, Bobby, and his entire team communicated with me throughout the weeks leading up to my event. They were amazing in helping me with all of the planning and decision making. And trust me, I had a lot of questions! The night of the event, Stephanie and Danielle were so attentive and provided amazing service. All of the food was out on time and tasted delicious. All 30 of my guests had a wonderful time and never waited for their drinks to be refilled or requests to be met. Stopped by here on a thursday for football. Place was really busy. Nice style to it. Andrew was my bartender and took great care of me. He recommended the chicken sriracha bites and they were really good and light. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot as one of my favorite PTs locations. read more

I would give this place a 0 star. We came in and sat at a table. We were never acknowledged but both bar tenders saw us and knew we were there. We sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting to be served but not once acknowledged. We called to complain to the manager but it sounded like she could care less. There are so many different types of PT's around here, it's getting hard to distinguish between them all! This is the 'ranch' version. What's the difference you ask? A huge fireplace. For me, except for some of the divey PTs Pubs I've been to, this particular location is pretty nice, new and clean - except for the mens room. Not sure if someone took the gnarliest dump ever or they have plumbing problems, I think the latter... It stunk every time I went in. We struck up a convo with one of the bartenders, she was telling us how the PTs brand is expanding and this was a newer concept...hmmmm. Anyway, the drinks are always good and the food is pretty good to. Typical PTs style happy hour 5-7pm or 12a-2a. During football season, they have food and drink specials 10a-10p. Very generous and that puts this on my list of cheap eats and cheap drinks. During our last visit, we had the beef sliders (very good), the chicken nuggets (excellent) and the pizza rolls (not so good). One day I'll man up and try their hangover tots: tater tots, crumbled breakfast sausage, country gravy topped with an egg. A real widow maker there! I finally decided to go there today after driving by the place for so long. I'm met business associate for lunch. The Remodel of the place came out beautiful. Staff was super friendly but when I ordered my Cobb salad and the avocado came out brown with mold on it I sent it back and told the waitress to take it off the check! I was not about to eat anything else if their food is old and disgusting! I give this place a three star solely because of the manager.This guy was disciplining at least three of his employees in front of customers. very unprofessional in my opinion. He mad the atmosphere very uncomfortable.The guy doesn't even seem like he knows how to properly manage his staff. I didn't known that pts allowed their managers to drink at the job. Just went for dinner!! Service by Samantha was spot on...she is super friendly and fast!! We started with some cocktails including a long beach iced tea for me. Stephanie makes a killer cocktail!! Not too sweet or too strong and we had that plus a beer in a matter of minutes. Had rib tips and a club sandwich. The tots with the club sandwich were perfect not too crispy . Stop building PTs everywhere. Overpriced and the food is awful. Service is okay at some and awful at others- never great. The last time I was in, I asked for a certain type of gin and the bartender, waitress and second waiter that came by didn't even know what it was (it's a very common type that they do carry) and they kept giving me well and telling me it was what I asked for (which they couldn't even pronounce). Every time I drive down the road a new Pts is being built- who is asking for these? Nobody I know but they are making it so that our choice is Pts or stay home so all I'm asking is that you improve your service, quality of food and pricing if you're going to be on every corner in town. It's the least you can do to thank the village idiots that frequent and have made you so popular that we need a new one every minute. read more

They've recently changed their Happy Hour and it's definitely a downgrade. It used to be half off most drafts and five dollars for select apps like boneless wings, basket of fries/tots, and a few others. A pretty decent deal, especially with half-price Lagunitas IPAs, Blue Moons, etc. Our crew had been going weekly for months. However: two weeks ago the HH appetizer offerings changed, so we tried the five dollar fried pickles. A tiny paper fry basket arrived with perhaps 15 pickle chips in it (as opposed to the large plastic basket that used to hold the fried HH goodies). Wow, a really poor value. Then last week after our second round of Lagunitas IPA tankards is delivered our server casually mentions Hey, you guys know these aren't on HH anymore, right? Uh, no, HH goes until 7:00. No, she says, they aren't ever on HH, only domestic drafts, not "craft" beers. OUCH, it would have been nice to know that before we ordered four $8+ beers thinking they were half that price! So between the low-value appetizer "specials" and the cutback to water...er, domestic drafts, we're finding other HH options. Four stars because its a nice place with good TVs, but have to go with only two stars because of the major weakening of Happy Hour. read more

There are 6 PT's branded bars within a 2 mile radius from our home so needless to say, we give PT's A LOT of business. Unfortunately, due to such disappointing service we received at this (Ranch) location, we are boycotting the entire brand. On arrival, we weren't greeted even though the place wasn't very busy except for a party of about 10 and 2 people gambling. My husband and I gamble so we usually sit at the bar. Female bartender finally came around holding 2 empty mugs but specifically told us not to tell her what we wanted because she would forget. Who does that?!?! She eventually assisted us; however, about 20 minutes into our arrival, I'm guessing there was a shift change no one advised us of. Anyway, once we finished our beers, we dropped a $5 and left. We had both played $20 each so we assumed we didn't have a bill - which typically is the case; 1 comp drink per $20. We just got to our car when a customer ran out to tell us we had a bill. My husband went in to find out what was going on and told the new bartender we had gambled $20 each. He saw our original bartender doing something in the corner of the restaurant so he pointed to her and told the new bartender to ask her. That's when she said the old bartender was the one who said we had a tab and she refused to take care of our beers. So, we paid for the 2 beers - close to $16 .. then vowed not to go to another PT's again. read more

Went to this place after work (we work across the street from this place) sat at a table I ordered a drink while I waited for my friends. The server (guy/girl?) never came around after sitting there for 45 minutes to ask if I was okay or if I wanted another drink. My friends came in that server came to take their order and never asked if I wanted another drink. One of my friends asked what they have on tap? This person kinda slammed the happy hour menu in front of her?!?! WTF?!?! We didn't say anything although we should have.....the server was called over to let him know I wanted another drink..10 minutes later I got my drink (not that busy in this place) my drink didn't taste the same and tasted a little watered down with no lime like I asked, I had to use the lime from my other drink an hour before!! Called the....we'll call him a "server" over to let him know my drink didn't taste right and asked what kind of alcohol was used? It tasted watered down and no lime. He took it back to the bar the bartender sent it back to me and said they measure the alcohol?? NOT the correct way to treat people or customers!! The "server" acted like a little bitch when he took my drink back and was snapping his neck back and forth mimicking me...again...WTF?! At this time I asked to see the manager! Here comes the bartender...this ""bartender/manager"" came to the table with attitude and no apologies he said the server said I complained that there was no alcohol in my drink, I told him what I had said my friends told him the same thing and the ""manager"" NEVER said sorry, I'll make it right, no worries, no apologies he just made excuses that the server was new?!?!?! WHAT?!?!?! We Made it clear we would never be back nor recommend this place to anyone especially gonna let everyone in the busy work building across the street about the service from both the server and bartender/manager. This is definitely not a gaming bar. My husband and I played more than enough to have our drinks comped at ANY other place in town. But they still charge us for our drinks. When we discussed this with the manger, Stephanie. She changed the story multiples time with excuses of why we where being charged, including she couldn't see our play. She reluctantly agreed to take one beer off and when she came back with our check it was still on there. Stephanie's policy is clearly that the customer is always wrong.
