I just adjusted the chairs to make sure my guest and kids were comfortable and not annoying the adult customers in bar area etc. She yells "MAY I HELP YOU WITH **MY** FURNITURE". Im not interested in your 1975 chairs but I am INDEED moving a chair so my nephew can sit down. Im thinking Im being HELPFUL so I don't have to bug anyone but instead, she tried to sh*t on me in front of other patrons. Had the short rib with potatoes and it was delicious. It had been a while since I last visited this establishment, and the food did not disappoint. That said, it does seem like the owner could benefit from hiring a few additional staff members to better keep up with customer volume. My party waited a noticeable amount of time for food and drinks, even though it wasn't particularly busy compared to times I've seen in the past. The service itself was great, and the staff worked hard despite being stretched thin. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent, and with a little more staffing, the experience would be even better. read more

Ate inside after taking out before.. first, the lemonade and Hi-C came out tasting off, like bad tap. Recieved the food after a long wait (about 35-40 min) for two entrees (in pic). To start , the mashed potatoes were cold...which I was not able to notify the waiter and nobody else checked on us the whole time we ate, the sirloin tips were okay, not fatty at all was a very good cut satisfied with that, just not as flavorful as I expected, the garlic aioli sauce helped. The wings were unsatisfactory, will not order again. The waiter did not check on us at all after we got our food, until the end after we were done, and waiting with the plates at the end of the table. After the waiter was told that the food "was just alright", he turned away and faced his back to the table, without saying one word to us he walked away and suddenly went to work the completely opposite side of the bar...very unprofessional to say the least.. We had to wait for another staff to come by to give us the check after another 20-30 mins after finishing. For 2 regular sized cups of soft drinks it was $7??? So $3.50 for one.. overpriced. The ambiance had good dim lighting, sound volume was just overly loud despite having tall-backed wood bench seats. Giving this rating based off service and quality.. and pricing. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this is honest and surprising, I have never recieved such bad service before in my life. read more

This place is a new favorite of mine. The interior is trendy and cute and the service is great! Each time I've been here, the staff is always extremely friendly and we get awesome service. The food is really good and drinks as well. During this trip to Pub67, we got wings, and chicken wraps and beer. We left very happy. Glad I found this place online or I never would've known about it considering it's kind of tucked away in a little parking lot. read more

Saw a show in Waterbury and decided to go to dinner near the Palace theater afterwards which was a complete fail where they will get their review as well. Literally walked out and didn't pay for a thing after what I found in the appetizer. Anyways decided well now we're starving let's support a local place before we go home. I have never been here before and I love a good burger which I ended up NOT ordering after the lengthy wait of just some fries with cheese and gravy. Figured I'd get them quick since there were not many people there and they were already loudly enjoying themselves. Which hey do you! Finally the fries came out with an order of wings we had purchased as well which were good by the way. The server which will not be named said they put extra cheese on top which was delightful but sounded a bit sketchy. Well the fries were well over done and tasted burnt as you can see in the photo! There was barely any gravy, just a dollop at the very bottom and he mentioned how they were cleaning up a big mess in the kitchen which means WHAT exactly? So you serve burnt over done fries to a customer because what? The extra cheese didn't mask the taste just F.Y.I Will not be returning because of the super slow service and if the starter was a disaster how was the almost hour long wait going to be for a burger ! I like the vibe here! It's a nice place to hang out. Love their Buffalo sauce, and the wings were cooked to our liking. Parmesan garlic butter was pretty good too. The Mac was drowning in cheese a little bit, but tasted great. The tater tots were good, but I thought these could've used more cheese. The food came out quickly and we had no issues with the service. I would definitely come back when I'm in the mood for some good comfort food! read more

It's a cute place. It's definitely got a country style but it's comfortable and not overwhelming to me. It's neat and clean. I had a couple of drinks and the lobster roll with the sweet potato fries. Both were good but I think I'll try the burger or wings next tome. The best part of the experience was the bartender/waitress/hostess/runner/togo person/ table busser/ covid sanitizer ... and probably more - named Kasia. Went here with a friend on a Friday night and found the Pub to be a very popular place. We came to hear the live music and were pleased by the entertaining band Hype. The guys in the band obviously enjoyed playing and they were good. They played a great set. Now back to the Pub. All of the tables were occupied when we got there and the menu looks great. Since we were there for drinks anyway, we were lucky to find a spot at the bar. A fellow at the bar was enjoying his burger and when I asked how the food was he said that he would recommend trying it. so that means another time for me since I already had dinner. The bar staff were friendly and welcoming. Seemed like everyone, including me was having a good time. I will have to come again when I can try the food! Went to Pub 67 for the first time last week for Brunch. We got there right at opening and had a group of 6. Drinks were so good, I had the Southern Punch and it was amazing. Others got Moscow mules and recommended that as well. The food was great, huge portions Nd so good, the chicken and waffles and BLT were a big hit with all of us. And the price was great. I went with a group of ten for lunch. When you're with a group that size, odds are someone's order is going to get screwed up. Well, it was mine this time. Eight guys got their food and me and one other guy were left waiting. When they brought out his chicken wings the server said "Sorry for the delay but both of your orders got some extra love so they had to remake them." That's probably the nicest way I've had someone tell me that my stuff got burned. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a huge deal. I got the Buffalo Mac-n-cheeses. It tasted like it was real cheese cooked with buffalo sauce. The guy that ordered the wings that got extra love said the wings weren't very good. Everyone else seemed happy with their meals. I actually researched and picked this place to take my mom for Mother's Day because she specially wanted to go somewhere where she can get a fancy grilled cheese. They had a variety of grilled cheeses and my mom picked the Texan which had cheese, pesto, tomato and bacon on it. It came out with only cheese and pesto on it! The bread had gross little burned bits on it from a dirty grill. What a bummer, why advertise fancy grilled cheeses and screw them up. Anyways they took it to the kitchen, opened it up and shoved the missing ingredients in there and the partially burnt grilled cheese was returned to us. Places should remake what they make incorrectly. Especially if it's a grilled cheese, I mean come on! My dad and I got hotdogs which we enjoyed, but it takes a lot to mess up a hot dog. We also shared general gso wings which were a little scrawny but still good flavor. Overall, this is a hard pass for me and you can get more quality food elsewhere. read more

My go-to local spot. I've been to Pub 67 many times. Stopped for lunch yesterday and thought so should post a review. If you're in the Seymour area, definitely check this place out! Food: Whatever you do, GET THE TOTS. They are really good, and come with a delicious sriracha mayo dipping sauce. Brings me back to my childhood! But otherwise, basic pub food (burgers, dogs, wings). Some food recommendations: Get the candied bacon BLT, "hott" dog, or their wings. Their wings are underrated, in my opinion. There are some things that I think they can improve upon, so things that I personally would avoid: chicken fingers (I'd guess they're just frozen from the store, not fresh), steak tips aren't that great, and their buttermilk chicken sandwich could be better (but I'm admittedly a chicken sandwich snob, as I've recently been taste testing every restaurant's chicken sandwich). The chicken in their chicken sandwich is like pounded flat or something and a bit on the dry side. It's not terrible, but there's better chicken sandwich options out there. Portions of food are large! HUGE beer selection. Atmosphere: Cool, modern, reclaimed wood look, barn style, "country", local crowd/vibe where everyone knows your name after a few visits.It's nice and cozy. Large garage doors on one wall are usually open on a nice day to let in fresh air. Overall, an inviting atmosphere. There's a "TouchTunes" jukebox if you want to play music. Caveat: I spend most time having lunches at Pub 67, so it's usually empty there. But, it can be really busy for dinner. Be aware that this place can be busy and have a kind of "nightclub" vibe, seat yourself when it's busy, which is cool for me, but tough if you've got a large party or kids. Staff: Awesome. No complaints. The bartenders work very hard. On a busy night, they're running around like crazy, so in a way, you kind of feel bad if you have to ask questions for fear of holding them up. First let me start by saying, Pub 67 is probably my all-time favorite bar in Connecticut. The people are amazing (Bridgette, Lex, Marissa, Amanda (Shally), Kasha, Mama La, Tiffany, etc) they make it the experience that it is and all customers truly love them. The food is amazing and drinks always on-point. With that said, not sure what's been going on lately with the kitchen staff/manager but it's obvious that corners are being cut. The Blue Cheese here was honestly the BEST I've ever had, and since the new kitchen manager started recently it's watery and gross. It used to be thick, chunky, and amazing and it's been ruined. No more turkey club, it's now a turkey sandwich (because one more slice of bread is apparently a cost saving). Let's not cut corners where good food is appreciated. This place gets a mixed review from me. From the outside, Pub 67 looks like a standard Valley bar with a few locals hanging at the bar with nothing special to offer. However upon walking in I noticed the atmosphere was pretty nice. Very clean and inviting and a server who greeted us at the door. For an appetizer I tried the wings, half with General tso sauce and the other half with honey BBQ sauce. The wings tasted great, they had the perfect amount of sauce, cooked perfectly and were nice and crispy. The server also brought over 2 cups of blue cheese which is a plus. Most places give you a small amount of dipping sauce and leaves u craving for more. The wings took a while to come out which is strange because there were only a few people in the bar at the time. For an entree I tried The Hangover Cure burger which I wasn't to crazy about. For the quality of food and portions the prices are very fair. They offer a good selection of burgers and wings. Overall service was average. The food took a while to come out and it also took a while for the waitress to bring the check when we finished our meals. A diamond in the rough, you might say. No offense to other area establishments but this place has all of their bases covered. Like another person mentioned, the staff is very attentive. I've heard the food is good here and found that out myself when I went for the first time and had the "Pub 67" burger with fries. A great burger with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is great. The room is almost like a semi circle with the bar in the middle. High tables throughout the middle and one side. The other side has a big garage style door that can open into the outside area which has about 6 covered tables. A pool table and 2 electronic dartboards can keep you occupied while the TouchTunes jukebox plays your favorite tunes - from your smart phone. Clean, nice, not fancy, not a dive.
