Chris was very sweet and helped him. Thanks Chris. So the husband and wife are outside also with two grown children. Non stop f words yelling across to other tables. Keep in mind this is 2:30 in the afternoon. I'm not saying swearing once in a while. It was non stop uncomfortable...almost like he wanted a confrontation. He will chase your customers away. I guarantee he has been 86 from other establishments in the area. To the ownership....check the tape....2:30 Tuesday afternoon.......we love what you've done there. My wife, Mary and I both had the 1/2 rack of ribs for about $18 and our 30 something "foodie" granddaughter Erin had the Cubano for about $14. We each tried a different side, between onion rings, regular fries, and a Caesar side salad for me. All the food was done perfectly and top notch seasonings. On a side note, while I excused myself to one of the restrooms, Mary and Erin critiqued the interior as being void of any decorating, especially wall art, which as an artist bothered them a bit. It's a bit too far from our place in Goodyear to make it one of our regular spots, but interesting enough to possibly take visitors. The place was buzzing with people, from casual golfers to larger sized families. There may have been a wait when I arrived were it not for two available seats at the bar, which I prefer anyway. Because of the Phoenix Open happening this week, there were plenty of drink specials that would make even the casual drinker happy. For food, I went with the chicken caesar wrap and, boy, was it delicious. I even got the person next to me to get it without saying a word to him, and after he was finished eating he thanked me for the non-verbal suggestion. Oh, and I wouldn't blame you if you can't finish the whole thing in one sitting either since it is a larger burrito-sized wrap. Do check them out!

The hostesses couldn't give us an estimate of what the wait time would be for a different table, but I'm realizing after our horrendous experience- they probably weren't trained. We ended up just taking the high top to negate any further confusion with a time estimate. It's crowded inside, and your table is crowded. The energy and atmosphere is tense and overwhelming. It's a sports bar, though- so I feel like that's consistent with any other sports bar you'd pop in to. We decided on the build your own appetizer to start, it came out room temperature. While our server was taking our order for the rest of the food (there was apparently an issue with the table next to ours and their food being taken to the incorrect table, again with poor training) the manager went out to the table next to ours to deliver food and turned to the server at my table, taking my order, and interrupted me to yell at her. He yelled at her about putting the incorrect table on the tickets and the food going to the wrong table, yelled at her the right table numbers( I guess for her to remember next time?), and then stormed off. Leaving our server, to pick up the pieces and apologize for an emotionally triggered man that should have some self control if he's leading a team or part of a company. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely personable. I sat at the bar and couldn't help but notice how smooth and seamless the entire operation was. I especially want to highlight Tara, the bartender. I didn't even have to ask her name as she was clearly the go-to person. Anytime there was a question or concern, the team turned to her, and she always had a quick, effective solution. Even without firsthand bartending experience myself, just listening to the conversations made it obvious how knowledgeable and capable she is. What stood out even more was her teamwork. If she had a free moment, she was proactive about helping others with their tasks. It never seemed like a burden... she genuinely wanted the team to succeed. You could also see how responsive everyone was to her, which speaks volumes about her positive attitude and strong work ethic. Between the consistently great wings and the huge improvement in service, Booty's has officially earned its way back into my regular rotation. The service was really slow, but I attribute this to them being understaffed. Our waitress and hostess were very kind and welcoming. I think they all just need more help. There was a lot of seating and we got to have a choice of a booth. The bar overall is spacious and seating is made for groups.
