He apologized for all the inconvenience and gave some of the reasoning as to why the delay had happened, all of which was fair. He addressed more of my concerns in my original review. From what I understood, the carriers are third-party, so they can't really control delays. He understood my frustration about the refund being only about $24 and asked how much would I think is fair. I said $200. He said that's completely fair and ended up zelling me the money right after the phone call. Obviously the move itself was a bit frustrating, but this I think more than made up for it and it was super validating feeling like he understood where I was coming from. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.
