Now we are needing storage again, to include parking. This is the cleanest place EVER and the staff are warm and friendly and know how to listen to what the customer needs. It's not a chain storage facility at all. The manager keeps the facility very clean. Even the restrooms are so nice and clean.It is a gated property which makes us feel safe storing there. Local is the best. No thanks to the bug infested and non present staff at other big box facilities.

Where will I be storing. So I went by YELP reviews (Of Course, DUH) and I found this place and I called and called as I was honing my needs and spoke to 3 or 4 CSR's. Gave a credit card for what I thought was the Down payment and holding of my unit and so I head out for NC and my day with Don and Tina, I walk in and give them my info and they tell me the price has gone up. I Was Livid, Bait and Switch is what I said, Took my money for one thing and you do not have it, On and On I went, Stress of Move had worked it's way out and what did Don and tima Do after 5 mins of me ranting? Those wonderful people smiled at me and said it would be ok and let me know the people I talked to were att he U HAUL Call Center, as when they (Don & Tima) are out helping customers the main number reverts to CSR's not in the office. Due to that fact and the CSR's only have a general understanding of U-Haul Facilities in general they took my CC and Did not charge, Referred me to a unit I did not need and to make a long story short did not know what they were doing. Now with my moving truck in the parking lot , Don and Tina took handle of my situation and fixed everythuing a provided me a with a unit that fit my stuff perfectly for consideraly less than the $00+ unit the main U-Haul had put me with. My stuff is there Safe and Sound and I have the confidence that customer service provided by them was exemplary, If you neecd to store, Store here! Thanks guys

There is no way it costs that much to pop a door. Their response was "well that's what we charge". I guess their stock price is not high enough, it's time to milk the customers!

I also asked if I could cancel prior to my need date if my plans changed. They put through the charge on the day we spoke (Jan 21). I do not need the unit and now I cannot get in touch with anyone, just VM, no live person. Be careful when booking for the future, you will be charged on. I do understand that they need to lock a booking up, but there should be a way for cancelling and receiving money back if you never set foot into the storage unit.

We started at a very reasonable rate about 1 year ago; which was quickly increased by hundreds of dollars. They lure you in with a low rate and then issue increases every 6 months or less. We had to hire a moving company to move all of our items to another reputable facility with proper lighting and great customer service. To make matters worse. I needed to dispose of two bags of paper and a small bookcase. I located the trash bins and the gates were "wide open" upon my arrival. I placed the bags in the dumpster and left the small bookcase outside the dumpster as it was in "good condition". Imagine my surprise when we received a very unpleasant phone call, accusing us of leaving the trash gate open and we were labeled as "dumping" and assessed a $75.00 dumping fee. These folks are hungry for money and will do anything for it. STAY AWAY!!! Choose another facility. It's not worth the headache when there are many other options.

I came into this location in immediate need of a storage unit, and having never had to secure one before, I had A LOT of questions. I also had a few criteria I really wanted for the location of my unit - I wanted to be as close to the security cameras and elevator entrance as possible, since I or my other teammates would sometimes have to come to the unit alone or late at night. Danielle patiently searched each floor in the computer to find units that fit my size specs, along with these other two main criteria, and found a few options. We went and looked at each one, and looked at the location in reference to the cameras for each unit. We found the right one and placed it on hold until the 1st of the month (today), so we could start the rental on a full month. On the 1st, I went back in and found that my needs had changed. Even though this caused her to do a little more work to edit the info in the computer, she was still super helpful and upbeat. After a little while, we found the perfect, bigger unit and got it keyed and ready to go! I am so thrilled to finally be able to move this stuff out of my home into a space where it can be organized and well kept. I really like that there are trashcans on each floor, easily accessible, and bathrooms on 2 levels as well. The office at this account is clean, welcoming and they even make popcorn on the weekends for their customers! So far, I'm really loving my experience with Morningstar!!
