I rarely take the time to write reviews online. Only when I feel like I've had an exceptionally positive experience do I do so. This was one of those experiences. I moved in today and was helped by Cory. He was a pleasure to work with - super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained (none of that musty storage unit smell that you can sometimes encounter), and it goes without saying that the staff was great. I have used a number of self-storage companies over the years and other Public Storage locations as well, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to store their property in the LA area. read more

customer service: helpful staff facility hours: not so convenient if you work 8am to 5pm. cant access the facility because they close early and open late. cleanliness: its ok. a lot of bird poops when you enter the building entrance and a lot of bird feathers. unit is ok but smells old. overall its an Ok storage, but since its not what im looking for im moving soon. read more

The place is clean and user-friendly. However, the advertising was a lie. The first month for 1 cent never happened in spite of my efforts. When I asked, I was told it was for other units, of course!!! that reaaaaally ticked me off. When I asked about well how about the ad and how to get the first month for a penny, I was told I could get it but I d have to select a different unit in a different building (within the same property location), but the monthly rate would be higher!!!!!!!! 2 women in the office and it s like they had rehearsed the whole matter as the other jumped in to back up the first lady. unprofessional and unforgivable. If you advertise first month for 1 cent, then don't liw about it. I will definitely file a complaint this month with the company's management, AND the better business bureau. Currently working on class action on Public Storage. When you sign with them at this location they tell you that you have access to your property 6am - 6pm. For several months now they posted a sign saying you only have access for 9:30am to 4:45pm. When talking with the reps they say they have every right as long as there is a sign posted. I asked to speak to manager and was given the District Managers number. He has yet to contact us back after several attempts. This is not what we pay for. Downright poor customer service. Never friendly or helpful. Rented a space for 4 years and never even got a smile once from anyone working there. When vacating your space, they make you jump through hoops to get your money back and prorated. Even if you move out on the 2nd of the month like I did. Which by the way, I was told I had until the 2nd day of the month to move out to get my money refunded. The manager Raoul made me call customer service to get something done about getting my money back, and then once I got off the phone with customer service, admitted he could have done it himself! What!!!!! Never again will I rent from these people. Numerous times I've seen homeless people sneak in the gate and not be told to leave the property. Oh, and their hours open are too short. They should have stayed open until at least 7pm, so working people can actually get in before they close. read more

Her customer service skills to make sure that I ( as a first time renter ) were extremely professional and accommodating. Not only did she take her time to show various storage units and go over various promotions and prices , yet she thoroughly explained in precise detail the ins and outs of the contract and policy regulations. Despite the fact the weather was superbly hot she made sure I as a customer stayed cool in the office as she went from one storage space to the next to retrieve a new lock as well as sweep the unit I was acquiring. Storage is fine like always with PS. Don't do any transaction in the office. You get overcharged. Everything can be done online, cheaper, with less headache. They scammed me and are not helping to fix the issue. I originally rented a space online, had to realize that it was too small when moving in. Wanted to update the account online (which I now no works), which they told me I couldn't. The charged me an extra move in fee + the original unit + didn't want to honor the online rate + didn't grant me the 1 USD /1st month, which they advertise (that would be a good base for a call action lawsuit.... as said save yourself the hazzle do it online. I probably could live the being overcharged. The worst thing is that, they created a new account for the larger unit. I already setup payment for the original unit with the same email address. No I can't sign up for online payment and these morans, don't understand the mess they created by overcharging me and not following their own procedure. Since they don't understand the issue, they are refusing to fix it. The regional manager ended up calling me due to this review. He made sure the issue was fixed and I was satisfied read more
