I then swung by one day during office hours to check the place out and possibly get a unit. In person, Clare was just as pleasant as on the phone. She explained what they had available and I went by to check a place out. As she and I walked down a row to check the units out, we passed one unit where a lady was in grabbing some of her things. Clare chit-chatted briefly with her, giving me the distinct impression that this place actually takes an interest in those renting from them and wants to do an exceptional job. My unit was just the right size and was impeccably clean. I bought a lock, signed the contract, and began moving things in that same day. It has been such an easy process that I wonder why I never got a storage unit sooner! But this place was so fantastic I had to take the time to share my experience. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Claire, who is dynamite, by the way. I had called ahead with the type of space I needed, she was awesome and accommodating. I called ahead again the day I went to pick up keys, and she had already printed off everything and was ready to go. She taped her business card to the key cards (which I really thought was genius) and walked me through the unit I was interested in. The whole property was very clean, well-maintained, and safe. Security cameras are EVERYWHERE. I've never used a storage unit before but I had images of Storage Wars in my brain, overpacked and creepy. Not at all what's going on there. They take a lot of pride in keeping their grounds safe and clean. I was very impressed. If you need to store stuff, even temporarily, do it here. Ask for Claire, you will fall in love with her and their property, just like I did!!

The…read morefirst place was a horrid experience, rude employees, they offered very short access hours, and these were just the beginning of the nightmare I would be subjected to - in the end, my indoor climate control unit was ravaged by water damage and it was nearly a total loss. When I stumbled upon 24 hour self storage, I had doubts and didn't trust that anywhere I went, nowhere could be this good to be true. Right?? Boy was I wrong!!! Not only was the cost about half of what I'd paid in the past, but I had a larger unit. I definitely took note that the grounds and units were exceptionally clean, as well as quiet! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. When it was time to move my belongings out, and to our new home, it was almost bittersweet! What they were not told is the alarms didn't work, something that was included as part of the price. A selling point. The lock was picked, had scratches on the back. And their electronics and personal identity papers stolen. Stor All knew of the problem, didn't mention it to them and denied their insurance claims because there "wasn't signs of forced entry" because the lock was picked and there wasn't forced entry. Stay away from these fraudsters! No alarms and lock pickers on the premises. You expect security in a climate controlled unit and it was not there and they knew, should not have rented a unit if the alarms don't work. No one wants their stuff stolen and the rates are not cheap. Go to facebook and read the I am Dixie Hyw (official) posts about this place. So many breakins that the police think it is an inside job. No cameras, no alarms, no security fo your stuff.
