Not only did she understand my frustration but she was also able to resolve my issue. Moving in itself can be so frustrating and expensive and when I presented my issue to Samatha, she treated it as if it was her own. Every option, every alternative she gave me was carefully thought threw, to accommodate me and my budget. When I went to public storage (8/30/14), I had every intention to move out of my unit and with her help, I just ended up transferring to a smaller unit. My transfer was easy and saved a lot of time. All my items fit, which ironcially showed me that I've been over paying public storage for years. Never once did Samatha make me feel like a sale, or business. She treated me as a person and was empathic to my individual need. Even after the transfer, right before I was about to leave, she met me outside to give me a donut. I had mentioned I wanted one when I first got there, and she remember even when I forgot-That's customer service! Throughout my whole transfer, Samatha consistently checked to see if there was anything I needed and even pulled me aside (discretely) to make me aware that the propriety office had furniture covers, after she saw one of my movers being rough with my items- I respected and thanked her for that. Hands down, Samatha "IS" the reason I am still with Public Storage! Her customer service went beyond keeping business, it was genuine and heartfelt.

    I am a current renter and will be living these units. my monthly payments have almost doubled…read moreover the last year. when I look at other indoor unit costs at other locations they are much cheaper. when I call the office or customer service to get my rate re-evaluated they always say. we will review and no change. Debris, pollen and bugs have gotten in my unit. I will be making a claim because my wooden tables have this dust which is a hard substance on them I pay over $240 per month to have foreign items in my unit.

This was over the course of a year. We had Dennis, Jeremy, Ray, Devante, Darnell, Jason and Codi through these moves. Each time, everything went exactly as planned, they all worked hard throughout and everyone was polite and professional. All of our belongings were treated with care and nothing was broken. As a military family, we've worked with many moving companies over the years, and this was one of the worst experiences we've had. The packing was disorganized, items were packed carelessly, and several belongings were damaged during the move. Most upsetting was that the movers broke my baby's dresser, which doubles as her changing table, leaving us without a changing station. They attempted a quick repair with wood glue, but the piece remains damaged. We also discovered broken artwork that had not been properly wrapped or protected. The damage wasn't limited to our belongings. We moved into a brand-new home, and the movers left dents, drywall damage, scuffs, and markings on walls, stairways, and door frames. They also left cigarette butts, pop bottles, and other trash on the property. After the move, I contacted the company, provided photos, and completed the claim form they sent me. Since then, I have been completely ghosted. Despite the extent of the damage, no one has taken accountability, offered a meaningful resolution, or even apologized for breaking our belongings--including our baby's changing table. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service after the fact has been just as disappointing as the move itself. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
