ROBBERY Update:…read more After my trailer was broken into approx 2 weeks ago at VALLEY STORAGE in Medina, Ohio, I finally had some time to make my way to VALLEY STORAGE to move my trailer to a different company for storage. So, as I pull up to the MAIN ENTRANCE to VALLEY STORAGE on Sat (today) to take my business & trailer elsewhere, what do u think I find ??? THE MAIN GATE FOR ENTRY & EXIT IS WIDE OPEN AND STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION !!!! 2 WEEKS AFTER THE ROBBERY THAT AFFECTED CLOSE TO 10 CLIENTS and losing probably close to 100,000+ dollars in merchandise, equipment, etc. the main is gate for entry and exit is STUCK WIDE OPEN !!! This is how much they care about their clients !!! It's bad enough that I lost close to 10,000 dollars in stolen equipment and damage to my business trailer but there were also about 9 other clients that were affected as well. This included a trailer stolen right off the lot and hasn't been seen since !!! I couldn't believe it !!! These are the measures VALLEY STORAGE takes to insure your property & valuables ??? I immediately call their office and receive an answering machine in which I left a message and then proceed to call the Medina Police Department. HEY, VALLEY STORAGE ---- that's called being PROACTIVE !!! WHAT ABOUT INSTALLING A NEW GATE ??? The current gate is old and always malfunctions !!! WHAT A JOKE !!!
