I came back 5 weeks later and my car was ready for me. Here's the details. 1. The Pasadena lot is located in a GOOD area. It's near Pasadena city college with flat streets and easy access if your car is low. It is NOT on the edge of an abandoned scrap yard in an industrial area like a lot of these places are. I had no concerns about my car being broken into once I saw where it was located. 2. The outside lot is non-descript, cheaper to rent ($185), and decently secure with cement walls and a front gate. The inside lot is more expensive to rent but if you have an exotic or rare car the price is probably not your concern. 3. They don't discriminate based on your car. They also won't treat your car worse just because it's not a white BMW. There are some car storage business that only store particular makes/models. They'll place them in what is basically a show room floor as a form of advertising. This is NOT one of those places. No disrespect if that is your type of business but if you really value your vehicle I'd think you'd want to be as discreet as possible when it's in the care of others. 4. The staff is pleasant. The techs that actually handle your car are enthusiasts themselves so they'll entertain whatever odd request you have about storing and handling it, especially with older cars that operate differently. I had them pull a few fuses and disconnect my negative terminal. I also have a bucket seat that won't fit a waist size over 34 without crumbling and they got a younger dude my size to move it around. I legitimately said "No fat asses in my seat please." and my wish was granted. 5. You call them when you're picking up the car and they have it ready, almost like a valet service. I did not know this. The young dude (Alex?) had my car ready. I would have tipped him if I knew before hand. Next time I guess. 5. They do not prorate fees and they tell you this upfront. You pay monthly. You also pay a deposit for last month's rent which will be re-credited to you (takes a few weeks). Overall, I would use this service again. The cost is worth your peace of mind if you have a rare or sentimental car that is priceless to you.

They wouldn't even price match the web rate of $117 (see picture) or prorate my move out. So, went with A1 storage for a 5x5 $159 including insurance. Set price for 3 months and gradual increase of 10% at 3 months then 10 months. Still way better price at A1. Was truly disappointed so I'm leaving and saving myself $100 month.
