When I started years ago my rent for my 10x15 was around $235 or so as of today 10//10/2025 the same unit is $675 Mind you the only thing that ever changed were roll-up door and units door locking cylinders were changed due to high thefts as a lack of unsecured site property entrance. My two 10x15 units are currently $406 and $351. This is straight Pimping the tenants with non business storage needs. NOT HORDERS! NOT COLLECTORS! In January 2024 I sized down to an 8x6 ft. unit, pic attached. It was a simple process that reduced my fee to $121 a month. The facility is very secure and well maintained. Mary the manager lives on site, and has picked up on a Friday night when I was going to leave a voicemail. Mary is very organized and made it very easy to downsize to a smaller unit. During office hours 9-6pm, every day except holidays there's a maintenance person on site as well. I had an excellent experience during the 38 months my belongings were stored there and was completely confident that they were safe. I highly recommend this storage facility.
