The staff is amazing and answered all my questions! I love that they don't have keys to our locks, and they have a property manager that lives in site! They do routine lock checks and all the lights are automatic so you don't have to remember where the light switches are! If you can help it , avoid using this location. The management is actually very good, but some staff are unprofessional, rude, and leave a bad taste in your mouth with their argumentative, aggressive behavior. Why pay to be treated poorly. If you use this location , keep your head down and don't dare question anyone about anything, unless you utilize the site manager, who is a gem. I will never spend another dime with this company. Their business is so good with Covid moves, I suppose that they don't have to care if they offend you or not . A situation with an employee was so blown out of proportion, that they requested only one of our family members have access to our unit. This is a bad business model, and I would look for a more accepting and kind staff at another location. Unfortunately, you are only as good as your worst employee. I'm only giving 2 stars for the manager who did what she could in a bad situation . The regional manager was offensive in her complete support for this very unprofessional employee, by attempting to move us to another location or only allow one member of the family to come to the unit. Not a good way to resolve a simple situation of an employee who is bad at her job. Punish the client? Not ok. read more

This was my first time getting a storage unit and Maria made it very easy and helped make me feel at ease. She was very patient and answered all my questions cheerfully. The location is very secure with a drive-thru gate which requires a key code. Once in the building, the elevator requires a key code as well and only allows access to the floor your unit is on. After 3 to 4 months of being new to the storage game, I received the statement for the next months payment. The original payment about was $169.12 and the new payment about is now $197.39 of about 17% increase without any notice. I pay my monthly payment on time and auto pay so there is nothing that I did to warrant an increase like this, especially without notice. As I called another storage company and told them the reason i was looking for another storage unit, without mentioning the name the person named Public Storage as the company I was leaving. Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean facility. Since 2005 I've rented 2 lockers there and the place still smells fresh and my stuff is still like new. Easy access from H-2 freeway. They have 12.5' wide x 5' deep size lockers which are hard to find elsewhere. Flat bed carts are always available. read more

There's no doubt that we made the right decision to store our precious things here! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and subsequently treated with warmth and professionalism by Antonia. She showed us different options and answered all our questions so patiently and thoroughly. The best thing she said was to check online and even make our reservation online, which we did, saving a few dollars. When we returned a few days later to actually rent a space, she remembered us and even the details we spoke about. Well, maybe it was written, but she took the time to review our details, which truly made me feel special. Customer service is very important to me. Oh, yes, about the space...clean, well-maintained, excellent safety procedures in place, and best of all, climate controlled. Why would anyone store their treasures anywhere else?? I found a deal online better than what she could offer me in person so she told me she would hold the storage I wanted until I booked it online.. they have carts for you to use to bring your stuff to and from your vehicle to your storage.. there's cameras everywhere so I always feel safe when I'm there.. Maria let me borrow a screw driver from the office when I had to break something down to fit in my storage unit better.. AC thru the entire building.. So I've never use any Self Storage before and with that being said my first experience has been great so far. Customer service was on point! Maria, Silvia, and Maggie all did a great job on answering my questions and ensuring I had a full understanding of what it was to rent the unit. Preparing for a deployment can be a stressful time and they were able to take some stress away from my pre planning process. Although I didn't get a free lock...... Maria.... This place has no common sense and business savvy; When the elevator is down on one side, no sign is posted except next to the elevator itself, which you find out AFTER you unload your entire truck load. Put a sign at the entrance! Then it takes weeks for the elevator to get fixed. The fire extinguisher has been non-existent for a year by my unit. No big deal, until an emergency. The stairwell going down is kept locked, so in a fire situation you MUST use the elevator. This is totally opposite of what is posted near the elevator. They also let friends, or homeless stay in the unit overnight, and as you unload your things, these people are watching what you unload. Very creepy. Then after hours I can see from the freeway that those persons are still there. This can be around 2AM, etc. In other words, the workers don't clear the place at all after 9PM. There was even a guy on the second floor, standing on his bike seat to see what was in different units, and the workers did nothing. The guy just rode away, apparently with a plan of who to "hit." Nationally, the website does not confirm payment, so you think it did not go through, so you may end up doing it again and again. Not realizing that you have made multiple withdrawal​s from your account. Then it takes one week for them to refund your money, putting your cards funds in hiatus. If this happens to tons of people, that is a lot of money they hold on to for a week, and a lot of interest incurred positively for them, and negatively for you. Lastly, my payment has increased anually by about $25 dollars a year. In five years that has been about $125 more a month. At that rate I'll be paying twice the amount I started paying in another five years. Not a good experience. read more
