Although the place is in the quiet tech park and is generally clean. I don't think I've ever seen it swept except for maybe once. It says it's temp controlled and it is, but just barely. When your there for more then 5 min or you actually working in storage it gets hot very quickly. It is NOT air conditioned. There are no lights inside the units, like other places, but if you run an extension chord out to the ceiling outlets (according to my neighboring unit) to see what your doing in there, management has a problem. My Units price was raised multiple times in the first year and they said they informed me by email but I never did find it. So I would watch out for that. However the staff is friendly and when I complained they dropped the price back down a little bit. It is a newer looking facility, seems to me to be well organized and the area is nice and rarely crowded. I think if you're in the area this would be a good short term option. But if like me and end up needing to keep your things for a longer period maybe not. read more

I highly recommend finding a different storage unit unless you enjoy price hikes every few months. I rented at 5 x 10 unit in August of 2024. The rental agreement was for $170.66. It is now October of 2025, a year and 2 months later, and my rent is now $316.19 for the same unit. That is a $145.53 price increase - an 85.27% price increase from the original $170.66. If only my boss gave me an 85% wage increase every year - then maybe I could keep up with whatever inflation rate this place is using! read more

Expect to have your fee increase substantially every 3-6 months. My first increase was $76 to $91 then to $186 (all within a 9 month period). So thinking I outsmarted them, I moved units under my partners name and what started at $146 ($73 during promo) increased to $246 the month after! I absolutely expect increases over time, but this is significantly more than comparable nearby facilities. They lure you in with the great posted prices and customer service, but that's because they plan to hit you with increases once all your shit is in there and it's a pain to move so you just end up paying it for convenience sake. And don't forget by this time they've already got your 5-star review, so the few negatives barely dent their ratings. "It's giving..."abusive relationship! They lure you in, make you rave about their greatness, then slap you with increases and when you speak up about it, they come back with some blanket placated statement to shut you up. I mean, you gotta give it to them! It's a genius albeit skeezy business strategy. Stay woke out there people... and stay far away from this place! read more

Worst storage experience bar none. Over decades of renting storage space with many different companies this was by far the worst. Firstly, the night before a substantial rate increase, I get an email informing me that rates are going up with the normal business drivel. It was a substantial increase. Supposedly it was so they can maintain their high standards. I was out of state so not much I can do there. One day I show up and my access was denied. For some reason one of their clever employees "accidentally" cancelled my plan for no apparent reason. It was a clerical error. So unfortunately, I had to pay the reactivation fee of $66 but they will refund it. It should take a week because that's how their system worked, and it has to go through corporate. Nobody on site has the power to override it. Red flag! So it has to go all the way to the mainland for approval and then they'll call me when it's done. Well, it never got done and they never called. I called! All I got was excuses yet all along it was their error. And they never fixed it. I also inquired if they pro-rated early move out. They said yes. When I held them up to it, apparently the employee who told me that doesn't normally work there so they didn't give me the correct information. So that resulted to about three weeks of free money from me. Basically, don't trust that front office, highly misinformed and highly incompetent. read more

This place is extremely clean and I had no hesitation of leaving my prized possessions under their care. The new Manager Kathy claims to have lived here for 20 years but that must be a lie. She is a crabby person that doesn't know her job and poor customer service. Absolutely no aloha. There is something nefarious going on with this company. After 2 weeks I was harrased constantly by the manager that everything no I did was breaking a rule. Even though most of those were things I was given explicit permission to do by the other (nice, competent) staff. I was then told by Kathy that i could not put anything on the floor outside my unit even for a second because "I did not rent the hallway". So many more things like that. After more of this I was evicted for multiple rule violations and told to be our by the 4th even though I paid through the 16th. I couldn't get my stuff out that quick and she wouldn't let me in after the 4th. I was told to call regional manager. Each time I called it's going to voicemail. I just messages but have not received any callbacks today. When I called they went to a person but it must be a call center in India, because the woman had an Indian accent. She claims it should take my number and I get a call back but so far I have not so they basically stole my stuff and I have no idea how to get it out. Yeah and the bathrooms are horrible. Really clean facility with nice units. The staff that work there were also kind and helpful. One star is for their policy to not prorate when moving out. BEWARE they will charge you for a full month even if you want to keep your things there for only the first day of the month. Unhelpful if you can't move your belongings until the first as is often the case when moving into a new place. They do prorate move ins but next time I will look for other storage units based on this policy read more

Secure space is just so impressive! If you're looking for a clean and a newer facility you've found your storage! It is located in Mililani tech park. Near Schofield Barracks We can't say enough about the service we received by Azzie! She really is special. She is so kind, patient and explains clearly and has the best attitude! We visited twice to view the unit before we decided and the reason we came back the second time and chose Secure space was because of Azzie. It honestly came down to her customer service! While there this past month we also met Kathy I believe she is the new store manager she is also very friendly and she was out cleaning the property, she also loves dogs and said hi to our fur baby . We've been using this facility for over a year. At first it was great. There was good management and workers. Then things changed. The gates always had issues with opening, the bathroom is nasty and never has toilet paper, there's also a tree over growing basically into a car. To top it all off we just came across an issue of no longer having 24 hour access without any kind of communication or warning. We run a party business and need early access to accommodate early morning setups, and late access to accommodate late cleanups. We are upset about the lack of communication this facility has. Not to mention that the rent goes up just about every 3-4 months. This last notice we got notified us that our rent is going up more than $70. Which would be reasonable if it were 24 hour access but it's not. The hours of access are 9am-10pm. read more
