I stopped by the facility to check out the place and Mark was helpful even though there was nothing available in the coming 2 weeks and I needed a place ASAP. I don't know if the stars were aligned right for me but I was thrilled to have such great luck. Upon move-in, Jacob was instrumental in ensuring my needs were met and clearly explained everything to me from expectations on my end to how they can provide service for me. I have moved quite a bit in my life in many states and have needed the use of storage facilities many times. Jacob has far surpassed expectations and it is obvious he is great at what he does. By the way, my furniture was in the same mint condition after a hot summer when I moved the furniture in and a brutal winter to follow.
