Exit the building." I honestly thought she was joking, but when I politely asked if I could quickly purchase my two items, she sarcastically replied, "It's 11:03. We closed at 11:00. You can leave your items at the register and exit now." I understand the store closes at 11:00, but I was already inside and had only two items. The transaction would have taken less than two minutes. Her complete lack of courtesy and the disrespectful way she spoke to me were unacceptable. After this experience, I will never return to this Kroger--or any Kroger location. Absolutely unbelievable customer service.

This place isn't the cleanest. I guess it's what you'd expect of a Vietnamese market. It's like the Tomato (Japanese grocery) for Viet people. Now I know that I can go here and get it, without having to have it ordered online.
