I was very disappointed. I came in to purchase beer. I found a sign that stated they had bud light beer on sale BOGO. At the register the price was not matching. I showed the clerk the picture of the sign and she directed me to the Customer Service desk. The clerk advised me the discount was for cans not bottles and I went back to the isle to charge to bottles and upon my return was advised that it was not cans that it was for a product they didn't readily have. I would like to add the discount code was under the Michelob section of the beer isle not under the bud light section. Regardless I read the promotion and brought to the service desk and they would not honor the sign.

My Boar's head "low sodium ham sandwich with Swiss" featuring roast beef, and no cheese.

How do you keep getting WORSE???? Ordered a Boars head low sodium sub with Swiss. I picked up and returned to my office to find a roast beef with no cheese!! I've heard of creativity, but it's a bold take to sub cow for pig. At this point I'm surprised every time I walk in and you thought to even make the sandwich.

Italian... only half of a whole... so delicious!

I don't like any company who make it a point to involve themselves themselves in politics. But, Im willing to give any company one shot. I will tell you they provide the freshest, big, delicious subs anyone could dream of. I ordered the Italian... so big and delicious...the employee was gracious and the sub was amazing... like really amazing... this is the standard of which all subs should be measured. I paid $6.99 which is easily two meals. Subway, you're lucky Publix isn't national... everything is fresh and the bread is amazing. I haven't eaten at a sub way for five years and never will... old food, prepackaged. Publix I want to hate you, but your subs melt my heart!!!!

It's location is extremely practical. They currently have a really cool pack of seltzers for sale called mom squad! It's awesome! The chicken tender salad is delicious! The service is superb. The ambiance is that of a big city.

Someone has reported Latoya for discriminating over a year ago.
    Khady T.

LaToya and another manager have continued to discriminate against me because of my disability. My dog is an ADA certified service animal. She doesn't say a word and helps me calm down if I were to have an episode. This is the third time that this has happened to me at this publix. I am not the first person with a disability that Latoya and other managers have discriminated against. There is multiple people who have reported against her. I told her multiple times that I can show her the paperwork telling about my dog. She continued to ask me what my disability was. She asked what does my dog do. How does she comfort me. She told me that my dog was an emotional support dog and not a service animal even though I told her multiple times that my dog is a psychological service animal. She continued to cut me off when I was trying to speak. She laughed at me when I couldn't pay my bill because I was too nervous and shaking from her walking up to me and coming in my face telling me I couldn't be inside because she seen me before. LaToya has been doing this for years and I will make sure she is fired.

We did have a bit of trouble finding cooking oils, and after asking some associates, one lead me to cookies, while another bluntly took told me the correct aisle. At least the store looked pretty clean and organized. We didn't go to the the other sessions than the groceries, so didn't see much of toys, electronics, fashion, or other items. We got so lucky to find a checkout counter with an attendant immediately. She acted nonchalant, but still polite enough. They didn't check our receipts after leaving, so we were able to get out without issues. As mentioned, this store mostly cater to tourists. Since it is open from 6AM to 11PM most of the time, it's a quick way to get any items missed or needed. For locals like me, it's pretty packed and can get a bit uncomfortable. At least the place is pretty clean and has cheap goods. Service could be a bit better though. Thus, overall I give it a C+

This Publix is exactly what you'd expect from this beloved Florida chain. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, if a little dingy and worn down on the outside. The aisles are spacious, the shelves are well-stocked, and it's simple to find both everyday essentials and specialty items. Their produce and bakery sections are great here, with colorful and appealing fresh fruits and veggies and a large bakery that has a decent selection of breads, cakes, cookies, and pies. There's a nice prepared foods section too, which is great if you want a quick and healthier meal in your hotel room without having to cook. This location isn't fancy, but it carries a ton of different brands. As with all Publix supermarkets, the prices are on the higher side. This isn't the store to shop if you're looking for a bargain. The staff seems competent and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long at all to check out. Parking is free and convenient too, which is a big plus in the Orlando resort area. This location also sells Disney souvenirs. I picked up some adorable Minnie Mouse pencils that I just couldn't resist for less than $5.

(You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.

Pros - I was first attracted by Sprouts produce. It is fresh and diverse. It's a star so they put in back so you have to walk through the store. They put some of the produce in a cooler at night to keep it fresh. Some stores leave it out on tables but sprouts puts it in crates and wheels it back to the cooler. I like this attention to detail. Manager Specials. They have these all over the store including meat, dairy, produce and prepared food. It's like a treasure hunt. Sometimes it is close to the date other times who knows what the manager was thinking. Mark down meat and prepared food will have a yellow tag showing the before and current price. Specialty drinks - Coffees, teas and canned beverages. Plus no alcohol cocktails. In the coffee section they have grinders, so you can buy whole bean and grind it yourself in the automatic machines. They also have a beer and wine section. Clearance by the bathrooms and also markdown bakery near the case where you select your own pastries. They have a lot of vegan and gluten free items that are made fresh. They sometimes have bakery items to match the monthly sale. June was cherry month and all kinds of cherry related products. Samples. It is not a Costco situation where people are pushing and shoving. Just little sampling displays plus at peak times there is a small tiki bar has featured items and samples. They also have some cups by the checkouts. Friendly staff. They have people on the floor stocking and cashiers. They honestly listen and try to solve your question or problem. They have the same staff so it seems they try to retain their staff. They know me! Haha They have good sales, digital coupons and sometimes coupons will print on your receipt. In June 25 I got a paper coupon for $5 off $15 of produce and it even applied to sale items. Pro tip. I go in once a week and clip all the digital coupons even if I am not going to use it right away. Occasionally they have a digital that nets to a free item. You can also hook your Sprouts account to Ibotta by your telephone number at checkout. Then you don't have to scan the receipt. The two systems work together for automatic credit if you have the item rebates checked in Ibotta. They carry a lot of health items but have better prices than WFM. They carry organic and supplements as well as many items to meet your dietary needs. I found some holistic plant based cream when I had a rash on my eye that worked like a charm. It's BYOB. Bring your own bags!!!! They sell recyclable ones or will sell you a plastic one for 10 cents. Not that they are encouraging that but the 10 cent plastic bags are sturdy and can also be reused.
