But we eat alot of veggies and fruit. Their produce is the worst I have seen anywhere . The straw berries always have moldy ones in it, blackberries are always mushy. They dont seem to mind selling crappy lettuce and slimy carrots, you get the point now. Who ever is in charge of the produce? SHAME ON YOU. Compared to publix your produce and meat looks like your buying 2nd hand food. Just plain gross. I have complained several times, and you know what the blonde manager women just shruggs her shoulders. And another thing that sent me to publix is they never have enough cashiers open. Same manager never seems to care about that either unless you complain. Then the attitude is like your the crazy one!! Well you people have lost 12-15k a year from me No wonder I hear your being bought out by ALDI! So long!!!!!!

Had the most pleasant experience today at this location's bakery and deli. Unlike the other 2…read morelocations in the vicinity that I went to first , this location had plenty of FRESH bread out on display for purchase and the women in the deli were so helpful, friendly and energetic. Heather and Kayla need to become the new poster children for Publix. With employees like Kayla and Heather , I will switch my store of choice and take my business there. So refreshing. They also had no clue what they were (which I do understand), but they have served them before.. However today we're bought a bag of frozen salmon and when we thawed a few pieces to make for dinner it was spoiled. My wife has saved the receipt and I bagged the spoiled pieces and the remainder of the frozen pieces and brought it back to this location where we purchased it. Unfortunately my wife has thrown the over bag with the barcode on it away and has paid with her card. The cashier was unbelievably rude and advised me of having bought it elsewhere. Then claimed I hadn't bought that fish from them. Then because I didn't have my wife's card with me she also objected but then agreed to give me a store credit but in the meantime a manager has arrived and ultimately approved the refund but told me she didn't believe me. So this was a bad day in terms of Aldi being good to it's customer and I am very unhappy with how I was treated I did get the refund on a store gift card and bought other items so Also ended up with a bigger sale. And I will still shop with then because they are a great store but these team members need some serious coaching on how to resolve customer issues with courtesy and grace.

It gives the impression they're trying to improve public perception quickly and avoid criticism tied to the Belvedere location. That said, the changes don't seem to address deeper issues. Customer service lacks because it's difficult to find staff available to help or that actually speak English or understand anything about basic products , like soap. Just say'ng Years ago, the Belvedere store had a very different atmosphere, with retirees supplementing their income and students working part-time. Today, the workforce are TPS Haitians , and for some customers, that shift has changed the overall experience in ways they find frustrating. Walmart is low rent. They come into our communities , the crime follows , our house values go down and our mom and pop businesses will close.

The store inside is clean and nice. They, like all Aldi's, has much to choose from. Veggies, fruits, meats, pre packaged food, breads, cheeses and other types of food to Cutting boards, Dog beds, indoor decor and more. This store is not as big as some of the other stores I have been to so I prefer to go to the one on Jog or Hypoloxo since I live in the middle of all 3. They usually have the best price on boneless, skinless chicken cutlets and limit you to only 2 packages. If you are in the area its a great Aldi's to go to, but I would not drive out of my way for this location.

Italian wines greet you as you enter and proceed though the site. Shopping Baskets are at the front entrance. They have breads, pasta meals ready to heat and eat, all sorts of pastries, canned goods, pastas and meats to choose. We bought some cookies and a bottle of wine. Fair prices on most items here.

This place is located in a warehouse. It's suite number 6. The main entrance is in the back. When you enter, you wend your way through a sea of shelves of all sorts of goodies -- pastas, wine, tuna, coffees, capers, tomato paste, olive oils, pastries, anchovies, spices, peppers, etc etc. And there are many brands of each different appetizing Italian treat in jar, cans, and boxes. They also had some freshly made takeout foods, too. We wound up with some wine, a bottle of aranchiata soda, and some vanilla filled chocolate cookies. We probably would have bought more if we hadn't just come from lunch and were stuffed. So glad to know that they are here and what they have in the store.
