This Publix is my fav the employees are the best. Most know me by name and are always wonderful. Coustomer service counter employees always amazing. Only knock on publix as a whole would be They need a secondary lotto machine. When powerball/megaball gets above 100/200 million there is a line that streches around the corner. Every time I have to go to the store, and it's a lot, I am always greeted by friendly personnel. Many of which I've come to know. There's almost always a humorous encounter and I'm left giggling as I shop. The store itself is always clean, well stocked, and well air conditioned (hey, it's Florida). The only negative is that there's too many food options if I go in looking for something to eat for lunch!!! Now if we could get folks to stop parking in the fire lane!!! All Publix are not created equal. This is the Publix closest to my house and I really dislike it, for a Publix. The parking lot is hard to get out of if you want to travel eastbound on Erlich, which of course, I do. The Curbside pickup option is fine, except the spots are in a hard to find place and sometimes it can take an eternity to get you your groceries. The other day, I waited nearly 25 minutes for my order. It turned out someone 'with a similar name' had given vague instructions as to their location and they thought it was me. Except my car (exactly matching the description I gave them) was parked in the pickup spot the whole time. It was quite inconvenient and annoying, since I had done everything within my power and according to their system. Also, inside I just dislike the layout. All the produce, bakery, deli and dairy products are crammed into one area and it's hella crowded. Maybe during non-pandemic days I'd be a little more ok with this, but yuck. The store is on the smaller side, so there isn't as good a selection of items. The employees are always nice, though, so that's the best thing I can say about it. read more

The customer service I received at the Deli today getting a sandwich was so condescending I almost left without the sandwich which is saying something. I definitely didn't expect a lecture on Publix rules or a need to call ahead to get what I specifically wanted at first (never have to at other Publix closer to me btw) . I switched my sandwich order up paid and left. Will never use this deli again. Older woman behind the counter was just horrible to deal with as a customer and for a company that prides itself on customer service whoever her manager is needs to do better. Your pharmacy has the rudest, most unhelpful pharmacist I've ever met. This is the second time I've tried to use your pharmacist. I've tried to get the pharmacist ( gray hair 50ish year old man) to get my scripts move over to your pharmacy. He told me I needed to call. I left and called insurance and they said Publix had to call the existing pharmacy to get prescription moved. I already knew this because the other pharmacy sent me over. No one wants to go to a pharmacy whose dealing with allot of health issues on disability that approaches you as you are bothering them. I went through this with him to get Covid shots. He just seems angry like he's hung over. Sadly it where I shop. The other man and lady working there try to be helpful. He over rides them. Who want to be greeted by "what do you want" extremely unprofessional, like he's looking for away not to be bothered. . read more

I went to this Publix to pick up my sons bday cake. It was supposed to be a number 9, the baker must have just started making cakes bc this was unacceptable. It looked horrible, almost like a letter P. The words were mushed together, the picture below is that of the "fixed version". I was expected to accept the cake as is and pay almost $50. I am a Publix fan and this is the only grocery store that I prefer and shop in aside from big box stores where I can stock up on some other food items. I don't prefer this location of Publix but I do prefer to shop at Publix for my grocery needs. I don't like the layout of this store is the main reason why I don't come to this one. But if I'm in this area and need to stop in for something I don't mind doing it. They also have the Publix liquor part attached with a separate entrance. read more

Huge parking lot and a large, clean store. I think they have some of the best selection around of many items. For example, they had an endcap display today featuring 5 or 6 brands of pumpkin beers for fall. Nice! Plus, I think their prices are reasonable. They lose points, however, for being yet another grocery store that waits too long to open another cashier up. And it's more frustrating when you can actually see workers milling around until one finally decides to meander to a register and start assisting a customer. Random thought: I keep wondering about stores & restaurants that don't recognize that it is the ENTIRE experience that makes a customer choose to come back. read more

Shopping is always a pleasure at Publix, although this particular store is not one of my favorites of their brand. It is quite convenient when you're in the area around Ehrlich Road and West Village Drive / Turner Road, and so when a recent string of errands brought me to Terra Sur for lunch followed by Ackerman's Jewelers to get a watch battery replaced I decided to stop at this Publix for a couple of grocery items. They have a huge parking lot, and an adjacent liquor store, but this store never feels very full. The store itself is clean, and was totally revamped a few years ago, so inside is spacious but the layout of this Publix is very different from the ones I am used to visiting. As a result I felt as though I was doubling back on myself to find the things on my list. Thankfully the staff at this store is super friendly, and they didn't mind walking me around the store to find where things were hidden. I much prefer visiting the big Publix on Gunn Highway & Sheldon Road (across from Sickle's High School), or the one on Anderson Road, but it's nice to know that there are so many different Publix locations within a few miles of my condo. I did deduct a star from my review as there was a surprising line of people waiting to check out, and only two registers were open. There were certainly plenty of Publix associates nearby, including three behind the Customer Service desk, and yet only two registers were open. No bueno! read more

This is my "home" Publix so I am a little biased. The layout is more like older Publixes, but I appreciate the large produce section (larger and better selection than the location on Gunn & Sheldon) and I prefer locations with a full bread aisle versus bread being tucked into a small bakery area. My #1 pet peeve for Publix locations are small or limited international selections and this Publix has a wide enough selection to meet most of my needs. Being the store I frequent most, I've had plenty of opportunities to interact with staff and Customer Service. From rain checks to mischarged prices to returned items (yes, you can return items to a grocery store), they have been nothing but friendly, efficient and accommodating. I also have coupons every time I shop and I have never had a cashier seem annoyed or rude (though I also do my part to have my coupons in order and ready to go). I do cycle through a few other nearby Publix locations for certain items or for certain sales, but for my everyday needs - this is a great location! read more

This Publix is close by my home so I tend to come here weekly at least 2x. The bakery is NOT good. The staff are a perfect 10 but 3 star rating because beside convenience I don't like shopping at this one. There is a pharmacy & separate liquor store connected. The food selection is normal. The wine selection is weak. The produce & veggies are OK. I've ordered a cake from here before & I didn't like it. I'd always come back weekly but there are plenty of other locations that are BETTER. read more

Not my favorite Publix location, but the staff's friendliness and low prices are what keeps me coming back. The produce selection is sub par compared to the Publix a mile away on Gunn Highway and Shelton. On average, there tends to be less registers available than most locations. read more

Shopping is always a pleasure at this Publix! The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions one might have. I've only had one incident with a cake I had ordered for a wedding shower, but the store manager was quick to offer a full refund and to make us a new cake (but we had already ate the cake at the wedding shower lol). The aisles are always clean and the shelves are always stocked. They're good about giving you rain checks on sale items and honoring coupons. read more

This is the worse Publix I ever been to. They never ask to assist you to the car . There are a few older ladies usually working on bagging your groceries that never acknowledge the costumers and have the costumers grab there own grocery bags instead of simply handing them to you . One lady notice my step daughter clearly looks different from me and asked how I could deal with another women's child which was completely uncalled for and disrespectful . She was rude and continued to make smart remarks before I could check out . No one ever walks around and asks how the costumers are doing and if they need any help . Now usually I wouldn't have a problem with that however compared to all the other Publix's I've been to they seem to all go the extra mile. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. However, I did notice new management in there today and they were on point with everything so hopefully this location has a turn around in costumer service. read more

The only reason I shop here is because it's my nearby store. I usually love Publix but this location always have items out of stock. No matter what time you go. The employees are nice. But the fact that 9 times out of 10 something is out of stock. Pharmacy sucks. I haven't used their pharmacy in over 6 months so might have changed? The Bakey seldom have french bread after 4 o clock. The only perk is that it's close by and they have opened a self checkout. I like this Publix, it's a newer and larger Publix and has a wide variety of groceries that other places don't always have. Their produce is usually some of the best around and they have decent sushi, if you're on the run. I also like the BOGO sales. read more

I've been shopping here for years. The staff is friendly and helpful when I'm at a loss for what aisle a specific item should be in. I used to shop in the sweetbay when it was still open, but the publix offered better pricing, especially on its bogo offers every week, and is a lot cleaner than the sweetbay was. read more

Recently every time I come home with dry pasta from publix it has these little black bugs in it. I believe they are weebles. Now we have an infestation in our pantry with these bugs in everything. My husband and I cleaned out the pantry and threw away a whole 13 liter garbage can full of food from our pantry that was infested. My girlfriend, who shops at the same store is having the same problem. We both have gone to customer service to inform them of this problem and they admitted they've heard this from several customers. They told me they were sorry and they are working towards fixing the problem. This has been going on for months. What about all the food I have had to throw away, what about the expense of having to call an exterminator, what about the inconvenience of storing all boxed food in ziplock baggies???? This is my good ol faithful local Publix. I love that they have a big produce section as soon as you walk in. Most of my shopping these days is in the produce department since I'm on "trying not to get chunky" eating plan. The produce here is not old and I don't have to worry about grabbing a mushy apple or anything else gross like that. I think it's because so many people shop here so the produce doesn't have time to sit and rot. When I'm not eating fresh produce I'm usually in there grabbing some eggs or a rotisserie chicken which they always have a large selection of. They only reason why I had to take off a star is because I sometimes have trouble finding certain products that I have awesome coupons for. The store is just not that large so some of the brands they don't carry. I have used the pharmacy here as well and they are usually pretty fast but sometimes they don't have things in stock so they have to order it and it takes a few days. This Publix also has a full liquor store so when I'm on my way to a party it makes it easy to grab some food and some spirits to bring. read more

I'm a big fan of coming to this Publix. It helps that it's close by to my home, but I've always liked coming here more than any other grocery stores in the area anyway. They've got such a great selection of brands that I can never really find at other store, which is really cool (I'm especially fond of their aisle for organic and international products). Publix is also coupon-friendly and they'll take coupons that are for other stores! There's also a lot of really good Buy One Get One sales that me and my mom really love. For the many years that me and my family have been shopping here, I've never encountered any problems while visiting and I've always found the store to be clean and well-organized. First I want to say I don't go to this store on a regular because it use to be a Albertson that was made into a Publix and its a training store. Anyway there was only 2 cashiers today when I was there , 1 express, 1 regular my bill $70.00 was waiting behind people who had carts full of groceries ,I went express she had no customers and no one was about to open up another register. this lady acted like I was inconvenient her , I know 10 items the limit but your standing there doing nothing, she should have call a manger to open another register I even bagged my own groceries and that old bag had the nerve to tell me we have to put 6 items per bag, @#$%^ I don't work here STFU and ring me out so I can get out of your line, that's not going get you anymore retirement money , I'm spending $70.00 and this a training store....go to a real Publix not use to be Albertson. this store doesn't even feel like a Publix....you've been warned read more
