We just had the single worst breakfast experience we have ever had at Puffins in Millbury. Straight off our server didn't really seem very nice or approachable, but that wasn't as big of a deal as our food being absolutely disgusting. My fiancé has a dairy allergy, but apparently the kitchen pre-cooks their mushrooms and onions in butter every day. Ok, so no biggie, just cook them in oil right or not in butter, but no, the server came out because the kitchen made a big thing about it. Clearly inexperienced kitchen. Then we waited 40 minutes for a breakfast (all we ordered was bacon and eggs and an omelette while the older couple next to use who sat 15 minutes after we ordered already got their food. I had ordered 2 eggs scrambled , bacon, homefries and toast and an extra over easy egg. The over easy egg was cooked so poorly the server brought it out and told us "I told them overeasy, but this is what they did, do you want me to cook another one?". It was obliterated, I could not have replicated how overcooked this egg was. I said, um no, forget it, I just don't want the extra egg. Like, why did you bring it out if you knew it was cooked poorly. My scrambled eggs and bacon were residence inn quality and then the home fries were sooo gross, that is what is pictured. Cooked to where they were all just overcooked, dry, crunchy and tasting like oil and burnt. I didn't eat more than a bite. My fiancé got an omelette as mentioned and fruit on the side. The omelette along with the running theme of the day was on the overcooked side and the fruit was gross, not only not in season, but actually like potentially sitting around for days fruit. She also ordered avocado on the side since they were out of the side she wanted and could have and that never made it to her plate. Our waitress also never checked up on us once when it was clear we were waiting a well above average amount of time for our food and she never asked us how everything was. I would have told her had she asked, but sadly when I have this bad of an experience and it's given e blind eye I just had to write this review. To say that I will never be back is an understatement. Holy hell, how do you screw up breakfast this bad.

On our way from the Lizzie Borden House we stopped in for some breakfast & we got the last parking spot in their relatively small parking lot. Not being from the area I'm not sure you can park on the street if the lots full so that's potentially a problem those who run across that. We really enjoyed the Country theme as it also had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the Tuna Melt w Clam Chowder & the Golden Eagle Breakfast. Our meals were served in short order & everything was fantastic. In fact the Tuna Melt was absolutely the best one I've ever had in my life. Our server, Tiana, did a great job of taking care of us & the prices are fair. Other than a somewhat bad parking situation everything about Puffins was first rate & we will gladly come back next time we find ourselves in Millbury.

I was pleasantly surprised when my friend and I stopped here recently for lunch. Cute decor, bright, airy and clean. My friend ordered the baked haddock dinner and I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. We were both happy with our selections and our service was excellent. My salad was $10.25. I'll definitely return!!

The best food and friendly service. Outside seating is a bonus. They are always busy and the only downside is limited parking.

Good food without anything special. Wait seems a little long. Nobody enjoys cold eggs.

The food is good, however the kitchen appears to be unable to handle the demand, everytime I have been here I have to wait 45 mins for food.

Good food and service. Be prepared to spend at least a half hour or more. Not slow, but always crowded.

Maybe 6 to 10 people at the bar, not busy. We sat down to dirty dishes and leftover drinks on both sides of us. Nobody greeted us, nobody made eye contact. After 10+ minutes, a bartender finally walked over and asked, "Are you guys all set?" We had never been greeted. We were new customers sitting in front of someone else's mess. We ordered drinks, wings, and entrees at the same time. The wings eventually came. When we asked for napkins, I was handed a dirty wadded-up napkin. Then we waited and nearly 50 minutes later, a different bartender told us the first one had put our entrees on hold without asking or telling us, then left for the night. Nobody checked on us, we just sat there waiting for food that was never coming. All we wanted was a chicken salad and a burger. We canceled the entrees and asked to speak to a manager, twice. After 15 minutes, we watched the bartender go tell the manager we were waiting. The manager looked over, turned around, and walked the other way. That's when we got up and left. No service, no manager willing to face us, nothing. Avoid the 110 Grill at all costs. We would have been better off getting a hot dog at a gas station.

Especially for the menu prices, example 20 plus dollars for a chicken caesar salad. Nice looking place with these strange cramped booths around the bar. Service was attentive and friendly. We ordered a cheesesteak and chicken caesar salad. Food was average and like I said before, 21 dollars for both items they should be better. It's a simple salad and sandwich, the portions aren't even large. I would rather just go to a local family establishment and get better more affordable food and cheaper stronger drinks. You're talking 85 dollars tax and tip for a salad, sandwich, and two mixed drinks. Probably could get this same order at a mom and pop for 30 dollars cheaper. Thanks

Maybe it's because I have an "almond mom" but I hadn't tried Red Robin before. First and foremost, their allergy accommodations are amazing. Their website has an advanced tool to search through the menu for specific allergens and dietary preferences. Not to mention they had a vast selection for different diets. Their fries said they could be made for a gluten allergy, which is very uncommon. The price of $3.99 for an order of garlic parm fries was stupendous. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff were beyond nice to me. Perhaps sensing that I am a poor graduate student, they searched to see which sauces were gluten free and loaded up my bag with all of them to try, plus extra fries so I didn't run out. Suffice to say, this was a great experience, great vibes all around. Highly recommend, especially for folks with dietary needs and preferences.

I hadn't visited Red Robin in many years, largely because I was unimpressed with my last experience. However, since they were hosting a fundraiser for a local nonprofit, I decided to give them another try. My fellow Yelpers have rated this location around 3 stars, and my experience was generally in line with their assessment. We were seated promptly in a booth near the bar. The hostess reminded us to let our server know we were participating in the fundraiser. Our server was excellent throughout the meal--friendly, attentive, and professional. We ordered two cheeseburgers with everything on the side ($31.38), both served with steak fries. What worked well: Burgers arrived quickly, in about 10 minutes. Burgers were hot and appropriately sized for the bun. Cheese was nicely melted. The brioche bun was tasty. Service was excellent. What didn't: Both burgers were ordered medium rare but arrived closer to medium-well. Burger wasn't centered on bun, had to move it to eat it. The steak fries were warm rather than hot and lacked crispness. Most were left uneaten. The burgers were somewhat dry and not juicy. At 6 ounces, they felt a bit thin. Overall, I'd rate this experience about 2.5 stars, rounded up to 3 because of the prompt and friendly service. With a Yard House newly opened across the parking lot and a Shake Shack coming soon, Red Robin faces some serious competition. Improving the quality and consistency of its burgers and fries would go a long way toward helping them compete.
