Would give zero stars if possible. The worst dining experience my wife and I have ever had. We arrived at 110 Grill in Millbury on a Saturday night around 7:45. Maybe 6 to 10 people at the bar, not busy. We sat down to dirty dishes and leftover drinks on both sides of us. Nobody greeted us, nobody made eye contact. After 10+ minutes, a bartender finally walked over and asked, "Are you guys all set?" We had never been greeted. We were new customers sitting in front of someone else's mess. We ordered drinks, wings, and entrees at the same time. The wings eventually came. When we asked for napkins, I was handed a dirty wadded-up napkin. Then we waited and nearly 50 minutes later, a different bartender told us the first one had put our entrees on hold without asking or telling us, then left for the night. Nobody checked on us, we just sat there waiting for food that was never coming. All we wanted was a chicken salad and a burger. We canceled the entrees and asked to speak to a manager, twice. After 15 minutes, we watched the bartender go tell the manager we were waiting. The manager looked over, turned around, and walked the other way. That's when we got up and left. No service, no manager willing to face us, nothing. Avoid the 110 Grill at all costs. We would have been better off getting a hot dog at a gas station. read more

The atmosphere and the server were great. I had the mushroom ravioli with grilled chicken and my wife had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken cutlets were too difficult to even cut through. Our server did take my wife's back and get her some that were marginally better. read more

Chain My first time at a 100 Grill, so I'm not sure what my expectations were. I suppose I had higher expectations. Especially for the menu prices, example 20 plus dollars for a chicken caesar salad. Nice looking place with these strange cramped booths around the bar. Service was attentive and friendly. We ordered a cheesesteak and chicken caesar salad. Food was average and like I said before, 21 dollars for both items they should be better. It's a simple salad and sandwich, the portions aren't even large. I would rather just go to a local family establishment and get better more affordable food and cheaper stronger drinks. You're talking 85 dollars tax and tip for a salad, sandwich, and two mixed drinks. Probably could get this same order at a mom and pop for 30 dollars cheaper. Thanks read more

Food was "OK" at best for the absurd prices. Nothing ive had there would justify those up charges. Their utensils were repulsively "clean" coated in a hard water spotted finish. And both times ive been in there the men's bathroom soap dispensers were not working. So im certain none of their guests washed their hands thoroughly. Pocket hand sanitizer for the win. read more

My boyfriend and I went there last night for dinner. Wait time for food was long, but it was busy so that was fine. We received crab dip that tasted fishy. My bf ate it because he was hungry. It did not match the description in the menu at all. It was crab dip with a bunch of tortilla chips on the plate. The menu said "old bay potato chips and toast points." Our entrees took forever. I ordered steak tips med rare. They were well done and cold. The stems on the Brussel sprouts were not cut, so I had to do that before I ate them. My boyfriend asked for a Shepard's pie to go. When we got home we were disappointed to see 2 small containers. 1 with meat and the other with mashed potatoes (see photo). That is a $21 entree. That's shameful. The food was very expensive for the quality. They should either lower the prices or invest in a competent chef. read more

I stopped by here for appetizers and takeout last night. Overall I enjoyed my experience. The bartender was very nice and timely with service. The banana old fashioned was very good, and I also enjoyed the calamari and firecracker shrimp. The steak tips takeout order was excellently cooked and seasoned. I also liked the flavor of the maple bbq wings. The wings were a good size. The only issue was a couple of them seemed undercooked and dampened my appetite a bit. OK. So, I used to really enjoy this place. I haven't been in here in quite some time so we thought we'd pop in for some drinks and some apps. We sat at the bar and it was very empty but the service was not great. Getting our bartender's attention wasn't easy. At one point, I think there were only 2 others at the bar and we still couldn't seem to grab her attention easily. We ordered 1 bud light and 1 martini and it was nearly $30 before gratuity. Sorry, overpriced. Way overpriced in our opinion. We reviewed the menu and really didn't love anything for the prices. We're totally fine spending money on great food, but looking at a couple dishes heading to tables, we just didn't think they were spectacular. French onion soup on the special menu was served lukewarm with unmelted cheese. No onions in the broth. Broth tasted like a watery bullion cube. I sent it back. Waitress said she'd take the soup off the check but she never did. Salmon was overcooked and burned on the bottom, it tasted charred. Flatbread was mid with thick gummy unmelted cheese. I rarely write reviews but after multiple red flags and over a 100$ spent on lunch for two people, this truly was a 1 star experience. We saw a mouse running around. The servers gather by the booths chatting and you can visibly watch them eat casually at a table while working (this was while we were sat for 20 minutes and no one stopped over on a slow day). The food is not high quality ingredients and the cost is expensive. Again, I know businesses are very hard to run these days but for the price point, it was very disappointing. read more

Erin is not just a server--she's a life coach, a therapist, and possibly an undercover superhero. Within five minutes, she knew what I wanted to eat better than I did (I'm convinced she read my mind). My drink never even had a chance to hit the halfway mark before she appeared out of thin air like some kind of restaurant ninja. At one point I dropped my fork, and I swear Erin was there with a new one before it even hit the ground. If the Olympics had a "Customer Service Speed & Style" event, Erin would bring home the gold for America. By the end of the night, I was ready to legally adopt her into my family. I was on my way back from vacation and this kind of out the trip into a downward spiral. Walked in, and seated - floors had food on them, almost to the point we were going to walk out. Food came on in a decent time / however steak and cheese was dripping with cheese (and not the good kind - the kind that is as liquid almost like water). The chicken piccata, was equally as watery and over is it lemoned. We saw something also run across the restaurant floor - as did other guests. This was my first time at any 110 Grill and overall the experience was average. Service was just okay, fries were served cold and server forgot simple things like dressings and condiments. I will say the one impressive thing was the way they handled food allergies (which you do not get everywhere). I was very disappointed going here. I went here maybe four months ago and everything was fantastic. but today we were not satisfied. We called to see if they had a wait and they told us no wait. we got there 10 mins later and then there was a 25 minute wait even though the place was fairly slow. once we sat down we ordered drinks. my soda came flat. when we ordered food it came cold. the fries were also dry and cold. the service was horrible. we waited for 20 minutes for our waitress to show up just so we could get the check. After shopping or even sometimes just on a whim we come to 110 Grill and have been lucky enough to have Erin three times in a row!!!! She is wonderful and has been adaptable to my 3 children, my very demanding mother, and my puppy dog( fortunately for her, all on different occasionans. No matter the issue, situation or request, she has been more than attentive and has resolved and provided everything asked with a smile and a gracious and professional attitude!! Food: the food was probably the worst that I've had today and I've came to this location multiple times before. Not sure if they decided to just downgrade the food or kitchen staff was in a bad mood. This was just unacceptable. Crab raccoons dip was just fake crabmeat with mozzarella cheese on top with very salty paprika chips that were stale. The serving size was probably only half of the bowl and you can probably get like six chips dips before you empty it out. The honey, hot chicken sandwich barely got any sauce on it. It was a completely dry sandwich with maybe a drizzle honey...Compared to the other photos that others have post of the sandwich, that's just terrible. Caesar salad was fine, the chicken wasn't even seasoned just seared on the grill. Service: Our server was nice, she did her job. Ambiance: since this is a recent build on the restaurant franchise. It does have a beautiful bar to sit in the dining hall near the kitchen is rather a nice ambience for nighttime. Location accommodation: it's in the Blackstone Valley Plaza, but a little bit before you enter into the plaza right next to the movie theater on the lower level. This location has gone way downhill. The service and the quality from the kitchen are much less than they used to be. The bar staff is overwhelmed and the servers have all lost any can do attitude. Your fries or side dish are likely to be cold. Tonight I ordered a cuban sandwich and they put barbecue sauce on it instead of mustard. The kitchen is just a mess. I guess there has been a downgrade in management. This spot used to be good and is now off the list. read more

Update: Okay, this dining experience wasn't the best. My bacon cheeseburger came without cheese, no biggie. My fries were "re-fries", I hate that! My wife's salmon was dry and overcooked. A server spilled a container of ketchup right next to us and I had to clean it up. The outdoor tables lacked salt and pepper, I guess you were supposed to ask for it. 110 Grille is one of our faves, but we'll avoid the Millbury location. This was My first time in this location and I must say I was disappointed. I'm Not sure if the 110 Grills in CT have done amazing and spoiled us but when we walked in the door there was no greeter. We try to be understanding because perhaps they can be short staffed. We waited and waited... Took quite a while to get seated. someone finally came and just grabbed 2 menus. Didn't ask about allergies and if any of us needed a GF menu so I had to ask for one. Normally they are the ones to ask Guests. We finally got seated and put our order in which was Calamari, steak and cheese with fries ( GF) and my friend got a Turkey burger with a side of Brussels sprouts. Waited a while . Calamari came out hot and fresh. It was great. But our main dishes.. my fries were cold, and steak and cheese lacked flavor. My friends Brussel sprouts weren't good as she has had them In the past. No flavor and pale looking. Needless to say , we ate our food since it was 9 pm and late but was very disappointed. It was a turnoff to return to 110 grill. read more

What a wonderful time my Bestie and I had at the 110 Grill this week! Our wait staff Erin was 100% on top of her game-- pleasant, kind, attentive and efficient. She took immaculate care of me with my numerous food allergies. While I wasn't able to get my first or second choice-- it was fine-- the steak I ended up with was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very clean. I enjoy being able to watch the cooks prepare food. Highlight of the evening was our engaging conversation with the Regional Director And Director of Training, Steve. My friend and I are both department heads in our respective fields, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with him. 110 Grill you have a great leader in Steve. The man works tirelessly for you, and is clearly respected by the staff. Thank you for having a great menu that does not seem processed, And for promoting service excellence. We had a little birthday dinner last night at 110 Grill. It was my partners birthday and he had to choose. He wanted something close by as we had already done a lot of traveling during the week. We try not to eat much at chain restaurants, but 100 is a small chain so we went for it. We had reservations on a Friday evening. 6 of us total (4 adults and 2 young people). We were seated in a big oval booth. We ordered drinks and appetizers, one appetizer was something with chorizo in it (I didn't have any of that) and a crab Rangoon dip with homemade chips and some pita bread. I had the crab dip and it was amazing!!! So delicious! Our meals were burgers, meatloaf, steak tips and I had the cod wrapped in prosciutto with rice and broccoli. My cod and rice was very good and everyone else said their dinners were good too. We weren't crazy about the veggies. Both the broccoli and brussel sprouts were kind of hard and I didn't even eat any of my broccoli. Overall it was a nice meal. Nothing amazing, but a good meal. Service was excellent. read more

Was there with my daughter on a Saturday night. The menu all looked delicious. I settled on steak tips - thinking a restaurant with "Grill" in the name would have a great dish. My tips were overdone and mashed potatoes cold. I was starving, so ended up eating them. My waiter never returned to ask how everything was. No manager made the rounds (from what I could see). The 110 Grill is a growing regional chain, and Millbury is a brand new location. In fact, when we arrived we were told it had only been open 24 hours! And to our dismay, it was packed. We were seated promptly for our post movie 5:45 dinner reservation and shown to a table in the back section of the restaurant. We asked if we could have a booth, but the hostess said they were reserved for reservations (we explained we had one), then she said they were reserved for larger parties. More on this later. Our waitress (Jessie P) arrived promptly and provided excellent service throughout our dinner. I'd describe the 110 Grill as a comfort food establishment, and we ordered: 110 Classic Cheeseburger $13.50 GRILLED 8 OZ ALL-NATURAL Certified Angus Beef ® BURGER, SERVED WITH YOUR CHOICE OF CHEESE, LETTUCE, TOMATO, RED ONION AND PICKLE, SERVED ON A BRIOCHE BUN. Grilled Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup $13 A BLEND OF GOAT AND AMERICAN CHEESE ON GRIDDLED CIABATTA WITH ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI, ACCOMPANIED BY A MILDLY SWEET CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP. The cheeseburger arrived, hot and perfectly cooked, accompanied by hot and crisp sweet potato fries. Both were delicious. The tomato soup was a big hit, hot, creamy and slightly sweet. The huge grilled cheese sandwich was also tasty, albeit a little strong because of the goat cheese blend. Nonetheless, it was also tasty. Considering how busy the restaurant was, and the fact that it was just opened, the food arrived quickly and nicely prepared. Very impressive for a new establishment. The 110 Grill is a very good addition to the Shops at Blackstone Valley, and we think it's a much better choice than Longhorn located at the other end of the shopping center. Toward the end of our meal, we noticed both of the empty booths we had coveted were taken, both by parties of two. It would have been appreciated if we could have been given a booth, as the restaurant is very loud, and the booths are likely quieter. There was also confusion about the WiFi password, something the restaurant will likely figure out in the ensuing weeks. Overall we very much enjoyed dining here, and would be happy to return. This was probably one of my least favorite times at 110 grill. I generally like this restaurant. This was my first time at this location and it was lacking. The staff was on the rude side making snide comments. Our waiter walked by several times without so much as a glance. But happily waited on the ladies behind us. The kitchen was slow and the food was sloppy. I had the turkey burger. The burger itself was good. Everything on the burger was not. The sauce was piled in a heap and was spilling out everywhere. The lettuce and tomato were wilty. The mashed potatoes were find but if they had garlic (as advertised) it was not tasted. Hubby had the bbq chicken salad. He said it was good. 110 Grill has been a favorite of mine for the past couple years. Their commitment to being allergy-friendly is wonderful and I love being able to easily customize my order. As much as I love the restaurant, this particular location is not always the best. Our server was wonderful. She even brought out a piece of cheese for my toddler when we asked. (My daughter is a cheese fiend - she's at the stage where she pretty much just eats cheese, fruit, and air.) My entree (shrimp scampi no tomatoes) came out not hot -more cool than warm- but I'm not the type to send back food. Whereas my toddlers food was steaming hot (rice & pasta) and we had to wait for it to cool before she could eat. (That's the joke, right? Parent's food is always cold while kid's food is always hot?) For dessert, we got the special chocolate beignets which did not look or taste much like beignets. Notably, there was no powered sugar on top. I did like the strawberry dipping sauce it came with though. My daughter's dessert was a bowl of berries and we found a blackberry with mold on it. By the time the server came back around, we had forgotten about it (such is the life of parents with young ones). Overall, the location is convenient for when we're out and about running errands but the food quality needs to improve. read more

How amazing is SEAN?! First off- please ask to be seated in his section. He's honestly one of the best and most genuine servers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! He's on top of his tables, giving personalized service and is checking in without being overbearing. Food here is generally fantastic! Do yourself a favor and order the shrimp scampi!! Absolutely amazing. My fiancé also RAVES about the pulled pork Mac and cheese!! Drinks are MEAN and strong! Cosmo is delicious and the 110 Copper Ale is a must try. All in all- please visit. This is my 5th time here. Sit outside and enjoy the ambiance if weather permits. Booths are the most comfortable, in my opinion. Lastly- ask for dessert!! If zero stars was an option, I'd select it. This was our 4th visit to this location so our expectations were already properly set at mediocre. However, after tonight's experience, they've earned the coveted honor of sharing their lack of ability to execute with the public. I'll start with, Mistakes happen. It's a fact and it's acceptable - regardless of the situation. What matters is how you respond to them. The wait staff are not empowered to resolve things, which is a shame because they are much more capable than the managers are. Situation; - Order Caesar salad w chicken - Get salad without any Parmesan cheese - a key ingredient to a Caesar - Explain to waitress- she offers shredded cheddar cheese - umm no thanks. Have you ever had a Caesar salad??? - Comes back and Explains the kitchen doesn't have Parmesan cheese. Ok - then why did I get this salad?? Order different salad. - Manager 1 delivers 2nd salad choice and explains the mistake was that they didn't get the delivery today and starts to walk away. - I explain that the actual mistake was letting it leave the kitchen knowing it didn't have cheese. (At 110 there is someone (a Mgr) checking all orders before they go out) - Manager 1 looks dismissively and says, "you enjoy your meal" and walks away in my mid sentence. Lost appetite. Explain to waitress - we'd like to speak to other manager. (Still a little hope at this point to correct a terrible experience this far) The other did nothing but remove the meal from the bill that I did not eat. Gee, thanks. Wonder if this is because they find themselves in this situation often, and simply can't afford to keep comping a drink or appetizer for a poor experience. It's really a shame because other 110 location are good. You've lost two customers.... For being rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Do better. read more

Really chill atmosphere outside. The service was good. It was a bit slow, but I figure that's because they're understaffed as many restaurants are. To get waters, bread, order our drinks and order our food took 4 separate trips! It's all right though. The food was good. My salmon burger was actually a bit burnt on the bottom. My wife's turkey burger was fantastic though and the sides were really tasty. Good beer selection as well. I'd go back. read more

Upon our arrival, the hostess was very cool, bordering on rude and seemed put out that our party of two asked for a booth rather than accepting a proffered table. After mulling this request over for a few moments, she put us in a large booth rather than in a small one seating two, which was odd because a number of them were available (we arrived for an early dinner and the dining room was occupied by only a handful of patrons). Our server was lovely but forgot to bring the sweetener for my iced tea twice and finally delivered the tray of packets along with a large serving spoon for stirring rather than an iced tea spoon. The Firecracker Shrimp app we shared was very tasty but came with a very scanty bit of broccoli slaw. My companion's chicken Piccata with gnocchi was pronounced good but she found the dish too lemony halfway through it. I could find no fault with my baked cod wrapped with prosciutto. The filet was thick and perfectly cooked, nicely enhanced by the salty prosciutto and a delicate lemon sauce. The fish was accompanied by creamy risotto and acceptably steamed broccoli florets (I thought asparagus spears might have been better with this dish). We passed on dessert since none of the options really grabbed us. I must mention that both my companion and I thought it odd that wine could be ordered by the 6-ounce glass but was served in a large goblet, making it look a little forlorn. The atmosphere at the 110 Grill is nice, and the large booth we had was very comfortable. We thought the place a bit pricey for the uneven service and mediocre to good food. The fact that it's part of a sizeable restaurant group accounts for a lot (we usually try to patronize mom and pop-type establishments and stay away from the corporate genre). We probably won't return but rather opt for Longhorn Steakhouse while shopping at Blackstone. read more

Went with my mom for lunch as a recommendation from my co-workers! Food was good, and I had some kind of apple sangria that tasted like a fall Yankee Candle in the best way! (A recommendation from the waitress, who was a delight..) The hostess, however, seemed to be having the worst day. We weren't acknowledged when we walked in, she was writing things down and tossed the marker she was using, lots of sighing and didn't look up when she did ask to seat us.
