This company is the worst. Please never use them. I booked an appointment for 2 tv mounts last December. I am moving now and obviously have to take down the TVs. I tried calling Puls but the person who was on the other end of the line was so incompetent and could not help me at all. It's now been a month and 2 days since Puls first came to diagnose our Samsung fridge problem, and our family are still living out of a beer fridge in the pantry. When Puls send an incompetent tech out who replaces a part that doesn't fix your fridge, which has an intermittent problem, you're screwed! I didn't trust the tech knew what he was doing and I wish I waited another 12 hours before I paid the invoice, but I trusted Puls would be good on their guarantee. I've made countless frustrated calls to them over the last 12 days since the fridge stopped working again and still no decision from them. It's terrible. And now they are trying to tell me that the tech made a correct diagnosis, even though our fridge is still broken, and that we should pay another $475 on top of the $491. Furthermore, their 2nd tech wanted to replace a $300 part (and wanted me to buy it for him because he couldn't afford it!!), that the 3rd tech said are fine. So Puls are lucky I refused that tech to come back and required a new one or else we'd have an even bigger problem of replacing good parts with good parts. A decent company would be prompt, fix the problem asap, keep the customer happy, and figure out the cost later. Instead, this experience has been so horrible that I wish I'd never contacted Puls. Puls need to grow up, fix their Customer Care Policy, stop infuriating customers, and not spend 2 weeks trying to figure out who's going to eat the $475 that they're on the hook for to honor their guarantee. I called Puls to get help with my washer which displayed an error code. The technician arrived and spent about 30-35 minutes at home. He started various cycles until the error showed. He continued pressing buttons. About 25 minutes into the visit; he called me and said there was nothing wrong with the washer, that he "cleared" the error message after running a diagnosis. Then he told me it would be $286, which included a $250 "standard no parts repair" fee, plus other fees, and tax. I asked why so much and that I never authorized a repair, that I thought he was only diagnosing the problem. He said I am sorry but those are the fees the Puls charges. I was never given an estimate, the technician cleared the error code and charged me this absurd amount of money. Since my card was on file, Puls simply charged the $286. I then called customer service and was pretty much told me "sorry, those are our fees." I also tried contacting via email and never got a response. They came out for a dryer repair. He had to order part but they were back in a few days to replace motor and belt. He said that would fix dryer. 300 was a lot so I said make sure it works. Trouble is THE BEGINNING OF THIS was the dryer would come on but if it had clothes in it it would stay on for a minute then shut off. He ran it with no clothes said working and left. A couple of days later, I work so I do laundry on weekends, I loaded it and it did the same thing, comes on for a few minutes then shuts down. I called POLS they sent a tech out 5 days later. We called Puls after our refrigerator stopped cooling. We were scheduled an appointment with a service technician rather quickly. Juan came to our home and assessed what he thought was the issue with our refrigerator and said that he would try and have the part by the following day, but, alas, that was not to be. Juan then tells us that he can't come to our home until Saturday. We made plans to be around our home Saturday so hopefully, our refrigerator could be fixed. At this point in time, our refrigerator has been out since Tuesday. Fortunately, we have a 40 year old refrigerator in our garage that we were able to move our food to. Juan shows up and has a shiny new object to install in our refrigerator. After tearing it apart, he installs what we're led to believe is the salvation to our refrigerator woes, alas, again, it was not to be. Tried these guys out for the first time. Set the appointment on their website and scheduled it for the next day. Shad showed up on time, came in and looked the phone over and found it only had lint built up in the charger socket so the charging cable couldn't fit in it properly. He didn't try replace it like the appointment was set up for and only charged me the minimum charge. He even looked at all 3 of our phones to make sure they charging socket was free of lint. Upon inspecting the cracked screen he told me that the screen may actually be fine but the protective tempered glass may be cracked. He said he could take off​ the protective glass and check. He was right. Upon removing the protective screen, the iPhone underneath was undamaged. So no work was needed. I valued his honesty since he could have just as easily taken​ it into his vehicle without telling me and charging for a new screen.
