I downloaded this app just to write this review. Do not get your phone fixed here. Came in one day to get my phone fixed since I had a cracked screen. Worst decision. Turned my phone in came back around 30 min later (I work in the same building) and they told me the screen they put on didn't work so I left. Came back 45 min later and they are done. I notice the screen is very dim and the warmth is extremely off. I ask why this is and they explain they use a completely different screen than intended for the phone. This is only the first of the issues, which wouldn't have been a problem if I was warned and aware of this before purchasing service so I could decline to seek REAL help. Another issue with there "iPhone screens" is they do not even work properly. Typing is hard and will click buttons as far as 2 spaces away sometimes or won't register you clicked a button other times. It will also randomly press buttons while holding the phone to my ear as well as lock me out of my phone while in my pocket, which is a reoccurring event happening multiple times and once for 15 minutes until I caught It. This is only one of the issues I notice after the first visit. The other I then point out to the how when I click the screen on 3D Touch or a certain a big black spot will appear on the right hand side of the phone so they changed that screen as well. I come back 30 min later and all appears fine till I get home. I go to unlock my phone and realize the home button is out of place and is lopsided. This isn't the only issue I notice. I also realize that the earpiece speaker (one you hold to your ear) does not work at all. Carry on and it's the next day and I take it back and tell them the issues. 20 min later they set my speaker in right so it works but completely ignores the home button so I mention it to them again. Around 30 more minutes and I get my phone and the screen is worse than before. Whenever I click on the screen in almost any area a different spot will appear that appears to be white/black some solid while others are somewhat transparent (enough to bother every time when inclick the home button or specific portions of the screen. K was then told they couldn't do anything for me and was told To call one of there people to come to my house to replace the screen again (extra money, extra wasted time). Complete horrible company with inexperienced workers and cheap products. The workers were helpful until the end when they were tired of trying to fix there mistakes so sent me off elsewhere to get them fixed. I am torn between a 4 and 5 start rating. I am giving 5 because I think this company went above and beyond to make a wrong right. I scheduled an appointment online yesterday, for today, the screen on my phone has shattered. I chose the 8am-9am timeframe and received a confirmation email as well as a couple text messages and even a phone call. I was impressed. Well today came, 8am and 9am came and went and no contact, at 9:13am I called the number back from yesterday, they said they could see that my appointment window passed and would reach out to the tech, Jose. I also replied to the email stating that I was unhappy and would have appreciated any communication letting me know he would be late or could not make that timeframe scheduled. I had to leave my phone with my husband and go to work, so I am not sure how long it took the tech to reach out or if he did but I received another email stating my appointment time was changed to 10-11am, and a reply to my inquiry about him not showing up. The reply was apologetic and stated that they wanted to make it up to me, I was very impressed with the offer and can tell that this company values it's customers. When the tech arrived he stated that he had "just" received the work order, I don't know or care if that is true but the company really did impress me and for that I gave 5 stars and would totally recommend them if you are in need. If I need this company again I would request a different tech, he did not strike me as honest. He told my husband that he was going to throw on the special glass (on the website it is $10) until my husband told him that we received an email stating otherwise, he said "I am sure I will get an earful for this". **UPDATE** Within a few months of replacing my screen started getting weird reflective air pockets? around the edges (up to an inch long in one area) and a small bright spot (1/4" to the left of my power percentage... but still?). I drove 40 mins to the location I had it done showed them (the one girl working and she sent pics to her boss). She had my paperwork from my original visit, but because I didn't personally pay for it (it was arranged by my ex-wife as some sort of trade or something) her boss wouldn't ok the replacement of an obviously faulty screen, which I'd been told was guaranteed. She said I'd need to find out who the "payer" was and let her look it up before they'd ok a replacement... I asked her if they guarantee their screens or not? They have proof my phone was serviced there, I would think they'd know who comped or payed for it... No matter HOW it was payed for doesn't change the fact that it is a defective screen (this was certified by their own tech as she was certain I'd be getting hit replaced right away and she'd already started in the repair- she visually inspected the screen and said it was happening under the glass). I was ready to add how great they were about replacing the defective screen... however, instead I'm telling you how they actually suck and like to waste your time. I'm talking about the manager, not the gal at the kiosk, who was very nice and on my side... OLD REVIEW:"My screen was really messed up... they had it replaced and me on my way in less than an hour. DO NOT USE this company for appliance repair. They send contracted people that don't know what they are doing. The guy we had show up ended up snapping off the entire mechanical display unit bc he did not remove screws. All we needed was two little hoses replaced. He supposedly ordered parts, we paid almost $200 and then he never showed again. After 3 no shows I called and they assigned it to someone else. They would not refund my money due to their "90 day guarantee". Meanwhile I ran a background check on him and he was a convicted felon that had charges for math and burglary. The second guy no showed twice and ended up coming on a day we were not home and I had said we were unavailable. I had already done a background check on him and he had multiple DUI's. I called and called and rarely got my calls answered. Seems this company hires people that can't get jobs elsewhere. We had GE our to fix the washer and they guy was shocked at what a bad job he had done and how many things he had broken trying to fix it. He had to order us a new $400 control panel which was not broken before Puls got involved. I should have just called GE in the first place but went with Puls bc they could come next day. Once I looked closer I saw they have good reviews for replacing phone screens, NOT appliance repair which is new to them. Horrible business model, total scam. read more

I broke my screen earlier today and was dreading going to the Apple Store to get it fixed so I did a quick google search and found CellSavers. For $80 they sent a tech, Tommy, to my door who was very polite and fixed my phone in just about 30 minutes flat. All the while I didn't even have to leave my living room. I sat and chatted with Tommy while he fixed my phone at the kitchen table and I played some Xbox in the living room. He then tested the phone and screen, and finally walked me through the payment process. Another nice perk was that payment wasn't required until the repair was complete, and I got to test it all out before paying a dime. Upon payment and receiving a perfectly functioning new screen, Tommy also gave me my warranty card and assured me that it was a lifetime warranty and they'd come out and fix it again for free if it ever broke again. For the price, service and short time it took to get it all done, this is by far the best company to go to for cellphone screen repairs. TL;DR Version Altogether I spent $80, got my phone screen replaced in my living room in a little over and hour (including driving to my house), and got a lifetime warranty should it ever crack again. Absolutely the best bang for your buck and the best service possible if you need a screen replaced. read more

I called for an appointment and despite the long distance (live by the White Tanks), Mark was on time for our appointment 1 hour later! He replaced the shattered screen on my iPhone 6S Plus in about 15-20 minutes. He was terrific and checked ALL functions both before and after he did the repair. Having CellSavers come to my home was wonderful. Given our location, this visit saved me 2-4 hours of time! In addition, Mark was extremely professional, and it was comforting to know that someone was working on the phone who did this sort of repair daily. Lastly, their online scheduling system is terrific, and their feedback by phone and text messaging was immediate. Marc also called to say he would be here soon. Great communication. My son needed his iPhone 6s Plus screen fixed. The technician assigned to me was outstanding, his is name is Justin. Not only was he professional but also very resourceful and patient, I say that because I told him we had an iPhone 6 Plus and once he got here he realized we had an iPhone 6s Plus, so he had to come back the next day with the correct screen(totally our fault). Due to the damage on the phone, we had a few other parts that needed to be replaced, he replaced them and went above an beyond to get the parts and install. He was very knowledgable of what needed to be done. I was blown away by his kindness and willingness to make sure my son's phone was running properly. Thought I'd have a good review but I don't. First I had my screen fixed by them and I thought well this is nice got my screen fixed then the tech messed up my sound switch and didn't put my screen on right then the guy "fixed" the screen and forgot to put a piece back in my phone then had to get another guy to come fix the other guys mistake and then my phone completely got messed up this is the 4th time someone had to come "fix" my phone and I called the store manager and she said I'd get a refund and if not salvageable buy me a new phone and she said she'd answer my calls no problem..... I've been calling for hours and no reply this all started with my phone having a Crack and now turned into me having to get a brand new phone. I went into MetroPC to get my 5C IPhone glass replaced they told me the service guy is only in at certain times and couldn't guarantee it would be fixed the same day. I was quoted $60/$65 dollars but I couldn't leave my phone that day. I called MetroPC to see if I could leave my phone today and they told me again they couldn't guarantee it would be done that day but price went to $80. So I called CELLSAVER not only did they get me an appointment within a few hours, they would be coming to me. WHICH SETH CAME TO MY HOUSE (who does that any more). On top of that they found me a the discount. Seth was very professional, nice and explained the guarantee. DO NOT use this company for your phone repair. I thought that I was finding a great deal paired with innovative convenience, but I was sadly mistaken. I was originally happy with my repair, until my phone fell off of a chair of normal height 5 days later and not only cracked again, but the glass screen popped halfway out of the metal casing. Before the crack that caused me to need to use this company, I have never had a cracked phone screen. I am absolutely certain that these extreme damages from such a low impact to the phone were caused by low quality parts or installation by the company. The company has refused to refund me or cover a new installation. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of this repair and the service - please don't make the same mistake that I did. read more

I never write these reviews but this company deserves some love! It seemed too easy to be true, but this service is awesome! I scheduled a time online late at night and Mark was at my apartment first thing in the morning! He actually called an hour early to ask me if he could come then, which was even better. Mark was was professional yet, personable. I chatted with him the whole time he fixed my phone, which was only about 20 minutes. He checked and double checked everything to make sure things were working properly. I almost feel like my phone works better now than it ever did before. When I was happy with the repair I was able to pay with my debit card right there in my living room. I will definitely be using cellsavers to fix my iPad and any other future repairs. read more

This is the first time that I have had a crack in my phone, so needless to say I was not sure where to go or what to do. I googled phone repair and cell savers came up and it's a good thing they did as well. I scheduled an appointment, the tech came by within the allotted time, and came in to my dining room and replaced the face of my phone within 15 minutes. The tech was extremely professional and explained everything, once he replacement was complete he went through all the different aspects of the phone to ensure it all worked and was out of the door in less than 30 total minutes. This service is fast easy and they get the job done right. Justin came to my house, sat right at my kitchen table and fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. He knew what he was doing and I could not be more satisfied, I will be recommending any friends I have to them. The most convenient part was that they came right to my door and I didn't have to go drop my phone off with someone I didn't know and have to worry about my personal data on the phone, they do it right in front of you so you can see the whole process from start to finish. I've had a screen replaced at the Apple Store a couple of years ago. Last summer I had a broken screen and I called CellSavers because I couldn't fit a trip to the Apple store into my schedule. I was glad I did. Jay came to my house and did a great job right there at my kitchen table. He was on time, professional, quick, and I feel like he really knew what he was doing. I had him go ahead and throw in a new battery and it only cost something like $15 (well worth it). When my son broke his Iphone 6 screen, I called CellSavers and had another pleasant experience (with Mark this time). Right on time, professional, and competent. I recommend this company. Chandler, AZ - I just got my lightning connector (charge port) replaced on my iPhone 6 Plus. Cell Saver Mark Aquino came to my workplace within 10 minutes of scheduling my appointment. He was kind and seemed VERY confident. He took a look at my phone and told me it would take 10 minutes. He took my phone out to his car because there wasn't a table high enough in the lobby of my work. I thought he was underestimating but he was NOT lying. 10 minutes later I get called back out and he's finished my phone. Tested the port in front of me and worked like a gem. No loose connection. I was shocked at how quickly I was able to schedule a visit for a technician to come out. I hopped on their site at 8:30am and was able to get someone to fix my phone by 11:00am same day. The website was also incredibly easy to use! The technician who fixed my phone was very professional and super speedy! It only took about a half hour to complete the repair. The best part about this company is they come to wherever you are. For a stay at home mom with two kiddos, it's extremely hard to make it out of the house to do something like a phone repair, so to have them come to your house was a huge relief. I went to my car searched company's that fix phones... found cell saver.. Within a few hours, my phone was fixed in the comfort of my home.. Yes, they make house calls. So I was approached by a Puls rep inside Walmart yesterday. His name was Anthony Reyna. I thought he was just another one of those tv salesmen in Walmart but he was more like a geek squad for the electronic department of Walmart. Not only did he know way more than the normal help I get in that department but he also got me to come back the next day with my girlfriend and get her iPhone screen fixed and for super cheep to!
