OK SO this was a huge find! We recently moved to Phoenix, and I needed a huge TV mounted on the wall (long story). I found PULS and they came out the next day and mounted it, hid the cords, and charged me something like 100 bucks. THEN, I needed an electrician - same story - cheap, fast. THEN of course, we needed a plumber - same thing - came out the next day and it was very reasonable. If you are moving, this is the place to go to. I wish they had more services like gardening and junk because I would have certainly used them. Very fast, reasonable and everyone was so nice. read more

I'm having a tough time giving them a single star .. Had a very poor experience with the technician who walked in with a screw driver and ran no diagnostics on the microwave- first warning sign. He also mentioned that he wanted me to help read the model numbers because his eye sight was weak and had no glasses on. An electrician with bad eyesight and no glasses was my second warning sign was.told if my repair is costlier than replacing the microwave , they would install a new microwave and deduct the cost of the visit. No one calls back for 24 hours and when I call back I'm told that they are locating someone to install but they will need to buy a drill from an authorized store before they can come in. Days go by and no one calls back. I tell them I'm uncomfortable getting untrained people in my house who call themselves electricians and I try to get a refund and I'm told that can't happen and all customer service agents call themselves. Supervisors and do not let you get to their managers .. So it's day 4 and my only way to recover the cost is to let them install but When I call in again for the install I'm told that was never part of the deal .. I can tell this company is a complete fraud .. if you can't keep your customers, you've got no where to go but down. Please don't lose your money and time like I did . read more

Terrible. After three rescheduled I finally canceled and found another company. No hours on their IVR for their call center hours and emails were sporadic. Plus no updates until after the appointment window was over the first time, I called to confirm the second and was told it needed to be rescheduled and the third time they actually emailed me beforehand to tell me they could not make the appointment window. My daughter broke her phone and my options were all bad - replace, pay $300 to fix, trade in (I still owe on the phone). I looked in YELP and picked Cell Savers, as they had a lot of reviews and they looked good. They were timely, knowledgeable, and the phone is fixed .... no where near $300.00. Yelp It is easy making recommendations and refer people to services that you yourself would use. The hard part is admitting when using the wrong services and letting others know it is the wrong service. I am extremely comfortable telling others about my experience and letting them decide whether using the company is beneficial. PULS is the company I'm discussing today. I hired this company for two separate jobs. The first job was to fix the dishwasher door pulley broken spring. The second job was to re-install a water filtration system, neither job complicated but required the use of your hands which I am limited in my use of both hands. The first job I booked and was schedule between 2 pm and 3 pm. Leaving work early I received a phone call at 1:34pm saying that they were going to have to schedule me for the following day because they did not have enough technicians. They were told that "I had moved my schedule around to accommodate the date and it was not being moved so either cancel altogether or fulfill the contracted time". A follow-up contact occurred and someone was supposed to be sent out between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. The individual shows up after 5pm sat in his car talking on the phone for an additional 12 minutes. He finally exits his car comes to the door in overalls, a T-shirt that had the company's name on it without a tool or clipboard or anything to indicate he was with a this company. He came in was told that he was putting a pulley cord on the side of the dishwashers I asked if he would need to order parts. He laid on the floor unscrewed the kick stop and said that his hands were too big to fit on the side of the dishwasher. "I asked what that meant and he said that the cord was on the side of the dishwasher and he could not reach it without pulling the dishwasher out". Of course he was told to pull out the dishwasher, He said "he could not pull out the dishwasher without destroying tile or the inlay". This is the short version. The individual spend less then 15 minutes at my home telling me all the reason he could not fix the problem then he takes my credit card and charges me for a service call. "I asked what the charge is for a service call he did not know but wrote on his paperwork that he could not service the dishwasher, I called the company to inquire where my copy is the invoice was and received an invoice that said I refused service but that I would receive a $30 credit or refund for a $79 service call". If No service was performed what was I charged $50 for was my question". I ordered a $10 part and my house mate pulls out the dishwasher attached the pulley cord and screw the footplate back in. This process took ten minutes. THE REASON PEOPLE WANT TO POUR ACID ON THEMSELVES WHEN DEALING WITH SERVICE PEOPLE IS BECAUSE OF SITUATIONS LIKE THIS IT IS IMPORTANT THAT PEOPLE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WHEN IT HAPPENS TO YOU. Yelp It is easy to report when a company fails to perform the services that they offer. It is important to update people when a company remedied the situation. PULS is a company that I contacted to service my dishwasher and filtration system. Although my experience at first was not a pleasant one, many individuals found a way to right the wrongs and I'm writing because it's the appropriate thing to do and note the corrections that were made. PULS not only refunded the $79.00 fee for service not performed they reimbursed me for time and trouble, had a service representative (Faye) contact me multiple times and survey things that could be done to improve future incidents. She also apologized that my experience was not up to par and asked nothing in return. Worst experience to date with any business. Came in to have my front glass fixed. 3 hours later and 2 visits to the store they had completed the job but in the process broke my back glass which was flawless before I brought it in. Seemed like the tech had no idea how to fix my front glass and his lead showed up to do the job after the back glass had been broken. 5-7 business days in order to get a back glass fixed is what I was quoted. I asked for written proof that they would fix my newly damaged glass for no charge and the attached written note is all I got. I called customer service after to see that it was in their records(because I have none essentially) and they did not show that it would be replaced free of charge. Said a manager would be in contact to get me a price quote on my appointment. Should not have a price quote if their employee broke my glass! Hoping to get this resolved in a timely manner. ***Day 7 of waiting on a call about the back glass coming in and haven't heard anything from this company. Can't get an answer from their customer service number either. They were sure to charge me the $200 to fix my front glass, yet I'm still with a broken phone and no answers. Fix my phone! read more

Our washing machine stopped working. We called PULS and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Our appointment was confirmed by text. We received a second text confirming our technician was on his way. When Jason arrived he was a true professional and very friendly. He methodically investigated the washer and found the problem. Before he fixed it he explained the problem and want to know if he should proceed. He was in/out in about an hour. The next day I was reviewing the receipt and found an error in billing. I raised my concern on email. It was immediately investigated with an acknowledgment email. The PULS back-office team within 4 hours resolved the issue and credited back the error to my credit card. No hassles what-so-ever. This was our first experience with PULS and I will definitely be considering them again for future services. read more

Our microwave door was not registering as shut so we called Puls and they sent a technician. Prior to the technician arriving, the only issue with our microwave was the door. When the technician arrived to perform their "diagnostic" they took apart the front panel and advised that electrical board and switch was no longer working and would need replacing. When the technician put the microwave back together not only was the door not registering but the whole machine was now broken and no electricity was flowing through the machine. It is a mounted microwave/over oven vent appliance. Now we're unable to vent anything cooked in the kitchen and the microwave is completely broken. The technician advised they would order the part and rush it and call as soon as it came in. We didn't hear from our tech for a week and we had to call to verify that a follow up was even taking place! They came and attempted to replace the piece and low and behold the appliance is still completely broken, nothing they could do. I was given no straight answer regarding recourse and advised to contact customer service. Their "customer service" line is a complete joke and it's abundantly apparent that Puls places no value in resolving their customer's concerns. Their call center is manned by the most incompetent staff that have promised every single day that i've called that I would get a response and resolution from their escalation team every single day and we are now going over two weeks on this entire ordeal. I have emails and texts from Puls customer service promising response and resolution and as of now i'm out their diagnostic charge and an appliance that was completely destroyed by their tech. What ever you do, avoid Puls like the plague because they cannot do a job as promised and absolutely do not value their customers. read more

I have some back issues so we contracted with PULS to remove an older washer and dryer and install a new set. Pretty simple. The installer had to deal with a tight space and minimize the dryer vent in the wall to the dryer. First she wanted to install the washer first when I advised he that doing that would give her no room to hook up the dryer vent (GEEZ). I also recommended she should use a periscoping vent connector versus a flexible dryer hose to minimize the distance between the wall and dryer. She ignored me. After 1 hour of unsuccessful tinkering she was off to Lowes and returned with various connectors, none periscoping, and none worked. After fooling around with those connectors for another 1.5 hours I suggested she leave, find the right connector, and return first thing the next day, to which she agreed. The following day at 3pm she was still a no-show. I called PULS and received a text from the installer she would be there in 1.5 hours. I said "NO-cancel the service" and ran to a nearby Ace hardware to pick up the periscoping vent and installed it in 20 minutes. The washer followed, installed by my wife and me, in another 20 minutes and we were up and running in less than an hour. There is more but I won't get into it, but this woman, although very nice, didn't know what she was doing and was totally unreliable. read more

If I could give a zero rating - that's what they'd get. They replaced a dryer timer in March for $240.. It was guaranteed for 90 days - it broke in 100 days. I do 3 washes/wk - so that timer lasted all of 28 times. The original lasted for 3 1/2 yrs.. They offered us 10% off = $24. and their second offer was even worse...all of $10, so we'd have almost $500. in a dryer timer. We bought a new timer for $51, my husband, an 83 yr old retired dentist installed it and it has a one yr guarantee...h-ll of a lot better than puhs, they're awful!!!! read more

Now I am one HAPPY wife!! My husband took my phone to Walmart off of Rancho Santa Fe Blvd in Avondale to one of the coolest guys named "Kaleb". Kaleb was nice and very helpful. Once he fixed my phone he also charged it and updated it to it's latest update. He cleaned my speakers out(babygirl was not used for a couple of months lol) All I keep doing is typing unnecessary stuff(except for this review lol) This is a Well-Deserved review. I'd stay away from these guys for TV mounting or any in-home services. Sure, if there aren't any issues with damage they're great but good look trying to get them to pay for any damage caused by their techs. In my case, the guys they sent out to mount our TV slid the entertainment unit across our wood floors, leaving two giant gouges behind. The installer told us "don't worry, that's why we have insurance." If only it were that simple. They refuse to cover the cost of repair, suggesting we use a pen or filler to fix the problem they created. We got an estimate in good faith assuming they would cover the cost, but of course they haven't done that. They haven't even gone as far as refunding the price we paid for service. There are plenty of better options out there, and after service like this I know I won't be using or reccomending Puls to anyone in the future. read more

My phone kept losing battery power so I figured it was time to get a battery replacement. I've used these people in the past to fix my screen and I had a good experience. The guy changed my battery and 2 days later, my phone just dies out of nowhere. It doesn't come back on at all, I take it to Apple and they told me that I should have got my battery replaced thru them, because outside vendors are not Apple technicians. I was without a phone for a day and a half, ended up having to purchase a brand new iPhone. I ended up losing a lot of pictures that were very memorable to me among many other pieces of information that I can no longer retain because I didn't back up my phone. I will NEVER use these guys again because it costed me more money than I expected. Do yourself a favor, go to Apple because it's the same amount of money for their TRAINED technicians to fix it. read more

I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday morning at 11:30am to be here between 12pm-1pm. I got a text at 11:48am that my technician was on his way. Amazing! Mike was awesome! Knowledge and friendly. I added the tempered glass to my screen which I would highly recommend. I was stressed out about getting my screen fixed but this made it so easy and quick. Super convenient! I just paid $40 more a few months ago to repair (oops) another broken IPhone glass and inconveniently drop off/pick up. These guys came to my house and Justin was done in under an hour. Super nice guy. He even pointed out a noticeable battery issue the previous repair people screwed up on, leaving a spot on my screen (the other people also broke my fingerprint sensor).
