Thank you for the team at Pump It Up. We were able to relax, enjoy the special occasion, and my son and his friends had the best time ever! Smooth transition from each room and the party room was organized for our group.

Perfect place to keep the kids cool and let them wear themselves down! We ended up here very unexpectedly and it turned out to be so much fun! We were the only ones here which made it even better! The employee was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She made sure the kids watched the safety video and our time was the most enjoyable. It's a lot bigger than expected which was nice. Place is very clean and the bouncy houses are all in good condition. So much fun!

AMAZING !!! Andrea thank you! We had a great time at Pump It Up! The kids loved all the inflatables and the whole place was clean and well organized. Andrea was super helpful and made everything run smoothly. Thanks for making our visit so fun!

Ask the Community - Pump It Up | Pleasanton

Any experience with doing/attending a glow party, and how was it? Is it a good idea for ages 2-7? Thinking of doing only part of the party as glow on the dark so that the majority of it is still with the lights on.

What are the business hours?

Can you bring the kids without going to a birthday party? Is this a good place to take an 18 month old and a 5 year old?

You can go online to the Pump It Up website and find the calendar which has open jump times scheduled throughout the week. These are open to the public. The area for really young children consists of foam blocks in one room and then a motion…

Is there an area for toddlers?

Yes in the first room there are big blocks for toddlers to play with. In the 2nd room there is a dance floor and cars for toddlers to drive around in.

Both Kamryn and Zienna did an amazing job at Pump it up and my son said it was his favorite birthday party ever.

Sophie, our party attendant, was super helpful and made sure we stayed within our timeline. Daniela was also very responsive and answer any questions I had. The facility itself was very clean, there's always someone cleaning. Lots of activities for kids to do and all very safe as well. I would definitely bring my daughter here again and recommend hosting a party here if you're thinking about planning a birthday party.

Unfortunately, the party planning and overall management left a lot to be desired. Before the party, I received an email saying that a coordinator would contact me to finalize the food order, but I never heard from anyone until 2 days of the party even though I sent a follow-up email which I didn't receive a response, which made planning stressful. At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

She chose the clay art activity with a "Sea Friends" theme because it sounded creative and exciting for the kids, but the actual experience did not meet expectations at all. There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.

The restaurant is a MAJOR let down though. The portions are not even kids menu worthy but the pricetag is huge! Kids left hungry, I was more angry. At $80 per child for the most basic package on a weekend I expected a higher level of service. Throughout the party, I had to ask for everything. I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.
