My sons 5th bday party was a blast!! 18 kids... numerous parents... and all we did was show up with our stuff and they took over! We would have gone crazy trying to do this at home!! We had our nothing bunt cakes delivered, we brought the balloons and party decor... and they provided all the help, organization and FUN! (Note my wife went all out in making this party decorated to the hilt!! She did an amazing job!! She even knocked off the socks of all the staff here with what she put together!) The staff are Excellent!! Just a great group of people with good attitudes. And of course the blow up jumpy toys are perfect for the kids to have a blast... two rooms of fun provide hours of excitement for all. I mean we had 18 kids here... that is enough to drive a sane man off the edge... but this all flowed well and was handled expertly! I left with my sanity in tact... well as much as it was in the first place. We sprung for the bubbles in the first room... and the glow in the dark in the second... I might pass on the bubbles next time... but the glow in the dark was awesome! Really from the second we stepped in to the min we left... the experience was fantastic!

We are newish to the area and weren't sure where to have my son's 4th birthday party. We had it before at Chuck-E-Cheese and weren't really impressed. I found Pump It Up online and it seemed to be a fun place for a party. One of the things I most appreciated is how we were able to have a private party, especially with Covid the way it is. This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly chill and nice. We LOVED the glow room!! All the party packages were nicely detailed so you knew exactly what you were getting. It was a blast not only for the kids, but the adults!! My son has not stopped talking about his party and keeps asking if he can have another one soon I don't write a lot of reviews but this totally deserves one with 5 stars! Thank you for a great party!!

My daughter recently had her birthday here and I thought it was an okay time minus a few issues but since I was sooo busy making sure everything looked good I missed a few things that happened to my guests so I thought I'd bring it up to the manager, long story short they directed me to the district manager Michelle Widner who responded very rudely to my email. I need the corporate office to contact me asap. I have emails and screenshots to show everything.

My friend organized a birthday party for his son. It is a little away from most commercial places. Driving to east all the way, eventually you will reach this industrial warehouse looking area. There are two big rooms inside full of huge inflatables. Maybe they are the the biggest inflatables I have seen in my life. We all got to inflatables and jumped and slided like kids. All toddlers, teenagers and adults had a lot of fun. After 40 minutes in one room, we were moved to the second room for different inflatables. And they have a staff picked up all shoes and put into a cart and pushed it to the second room. Matt's shoes are supposed designed for the different pattern on each one. So that staff had a difficulty to match his shoes. After 80 minutes, we were moved to the dinning room for the pizza and cake. I like the everything except the floor. The two rooms are 95% covered by carpet. 5% slippery floor is bench area. We sat on the bench, and my son ran into me from carpet area to slippery area in the same room. He is too young to figure out the texture of floor So after he crossed the carpet area, he slipped and he fell the whole back on the ground and continue to slip through under the bench. It was scary scene to me. All the guests enjoyed the party. But venue cost is a little bit pricey for the host. It's $240 for 25 friends party or $195 for 14 friends party which doesn't include food, goodie bags, balloons.

We had our 3 year olds birthday here and loved it! The girls assisting us are so much more organized than I am at this party stuff. First birthday I haven't stressed about being perfect because they handled it all. So glad we opted for the balloon drop as the kids and adults loved it! I think the only improvement I would suggest is an update to their camera. Pictures taken with my phone had a better quality. All in all, I look forward to using them for birthday parties in the future.

A bit farther out for us but we wanted to try a new bounce place after reading good things about it. We had a good time but probably won't be back until our kiddos are a bit older. Pros: * An actual grown up works there, Joanne. She is the manager and was very helpful and nice not only when I called, also in person. * The place is clean and well maintained. Any holes in inflatables were patched appropriately. * Place is carpeted verses matted. Carpet was clean. My socks were not filthy when we left. * Besides inflatables, they have air hockey, toddler toys, cyclone tunnel, benches to sit on, a massage chair, albeit not a very good one. * Grown ups are allowed on the inflatables. * Those under two and grown ups were free. We paid $6! Cons: * Just don't think this is a good place for the three and under kids. The inflatables are very large and some were obstacle courses impossible for our littles to use without assistance. No way I would have let them on with bigger kids. * No smaller inflatables for the little, little ones or designated little kid areas. Although they did provide ride on cars and such. * Visually, there's not a lot of variety to excite your eyes. All the inflatables are the same color scheme and basic style. Missing are the creative cartoon, animal, playhouse style jumpers like you see at other places. It was just a little blah. Tip: Great time to go is right at opening (10am) on a weekday. We had our run of the place until another patron finally showed at 11.

Watching safety video before entering--good call, Pump It Up!

An outstanding experience!…read more My family and I came for a birthday celebration and had an AMAZING time! Check-in was easy and effortless with the kiosk. Even our bracelets printed at the same time from the kiosk. The room was spacious and clean, located halfway down the hallway, which we loved because we avoided the elevator traffic noise. The food was very pricey and pretty basic. Once we ate, we headed to the park, which was an experience! The lazy river was a nice pace and the temperature was perfect. The rides were lots of fun and the lines weren't long at all. We also explored the adults only area, which was the cherry on top. It was quiet and the drinks were excellent. Overall we LOVED our experience and can't wait to return.

Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. Our point of contact was Jeselle Corpuz. For over a month, we were repeatedly told by Jeselle they were "working on our group rate," yet they still expected our group to commit to staying there without knowing the actual cost. We would receive emails at the end of the business day with no new information -- only that they were still working on it. Keep in mind, this was coming from the manager of group sales. We emailed several times and rarely received responses. We also left multiple voice messages and never received callbacks. We even contacted corporate, only to be referred back to the same person who had been unhelpful throughout the process. Communication was slow, unclear, and lacked professionalism. After waiting weeks with no concrete answers, we finally decided to move our troop's trip elsewhere. We ended up booking another waterpark, reserving a different hotel, and even adding another group activity -- all with far better customer service and much quicker responses. It was especially disappointing because our Girl Scouts voted for this as their end-of-year trip. We were prepared to bring not only the girls, but also their families -- which would have meant a very large group and significant business for Kalahari. Unfortunately, the lack of competence, communication, and ability to provide even basic information made it impossible to move forward. In my 10 years of planning end-of-year troop trips, this is the first time we have been unable to give the girls the trip they requested and voted on. Over the years, we've successfully planned trips to Great Wolf Lodge, Epic Waters, Jellystone, SeaWorld, the Fort Worth Zoo, NASA, Moody Gardens, and many other destinations, and we have never experienced such a frustrating and poorly managed booking process as we did with Kalahari.

The food was genuinely excellent, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The bed was also a standout -- more comfortable than what I've experienced at most four-star hotels. I also loved the in-room Nespresso machine, which was a great touch. The only drawbacks are the location and setting. It's not ideal if you want to be close to a more metropolitan, walkable area, and being right on the creek means there can be quite a few bugs, especially in the evening. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing, stylish getaway with great food and very comfortable rooms.

This charming, quaint boutique hotel is located in a residential neighborhood in Round Rock, TX. The Ruby Hotel & Bar is situated along Brushy Creek in historic downtown Round Rock. The hotel has 39 uniquely designed rooms and suites, in the suburbs of Austin, TX. The hotel blends mid-century modern design with natural surroundings, creating a chic vibe. The property is distinctly divided into to major buildings...the hotel and the bar. There is a random small building up front also...not sure what that buildings for. There is also outdoor seating, which would be pleasant in the summer. Last night we had freezing temperatures, so sub-optimal for seating outside. When we entered the bar, we felt transported to another place in time. Retro looking furniture at the entry with finger dialed phones...my nieces and nephews would likely not have any idea what these little machines called telephones were. The bar was a mix of old - building built in the 1960s....new - modern mirrors and bar. There was signage at the front of the bar that stated to seat yourself and place your order from the bar (different set up...for sure). We ordered the hummus plate minus pita bread plus more cucumbers. Alan, our server was very accommodating to make that switch. We had herbal hot tea (chamomile and pomegranate berry). We listened to the 3 person band, who sang music from Johnny Cash to Bob Marley and so many different genres in between. What a lovely evening...date night score!

The physical venue itself gets 5 : the whole place is BEAUTIFUL from the greenery outside to the ceiling of the inside, and we had guests tell us how great everything looked and that we made a great choice. Now, where the 3 comes in : their customer service is ATROCIOUS. We had an original coordinator, they got let go, so we got Cynthia. She is a piece of work. So rude. Not helpful. She didn't even let us know that the original person got let go OR introduce herself. It always took a lot more time than it should've to hear back from anyone about anything. In the time I booked it, to the wedding day, they had two rounds of entire staff changes, turnover, what have you. I'm a nurse, so I understand being short-staffed and always having a revolving door, so I didn't really take that "excuse" very well. If it wasn't for the customer service leaving such a sour taste in our mouths and Cynthia causing so much additional stress, Casa Blanca the venue gets 5 picture credit : https://www.lanaslensphotography.comVENIW

Having called MANY other venues before I found Lucas Event Center it was REALLY FRUSTRATING how every single venue that I called & even went to look at in person would NOT budge on the fee at all..NO negotiation..like really!!! Do these venues not know negotiation equals great customer service!!! BUT the owner(Gloria) of Lucas Event Center must know this since she was totally open to negotiation because yes, I want my kids to have an awesome & of course bad-a$$ graduation party BUT I am on a budget & senior year is costly so having Gloria be open to negotiating on the cost is 5+++++++++Stars in my book all day, every day!!! Since sharing is caring :) read below for ALL the reasons why Lucas Event Center is the venue that you'll want to use for your special event or to even use as a work training space.... -Budget Friendly: Open to negotiating on the price & working w/ your budget..THANK YOU Lucas Event Center!! -The venue is very pretty w/ a built in stone bar, wood flooring, & has a built in projector on the ceiling to use for a slideshow or presentation, built in colorful party lights (sorry don't know the correct names of those darn pretty lights), has a built in stage for the DJ, you can also have another stage built if needed. -When you rent the venue this does include tables, chairs, & clean up services after your event (awesome I know) & you have the option of renting the venue only & you doing your own decor, setup, etc but if you don't want to do your own decor, setup, etc Lucas Event Center also does decor..table linens, chair covers, balloon arches, fabric draping on the ceiling & on walls, etc so together w/ Gloria the owner you decide on what your vision is for your event & she will execute it for you..again all budget friendly because you have the option of deciding on what you can do & what you want the venue to do. -Lucas Event Center has 2 spaces you can rent depending on your event size..a smaller room that fits up to 100 people or the bigger space that fits up to 350 OR both spaces can be combined & rented out to have a whole lotttttttttttt of space :), which is what I decided to do even though my party size is for 125 people (at least for now it is ;) -The other event services offered by Lucas Event Center are photography, cakes, balloon arches, balloon columns, etc..... I hope this info is helpful to you the next time you're needing to plan an event because believe me I know the stress of looking for a venue that is nice & pretty but also doesn't cost a whole arm, leg, & even some toes ;)!! So to sum it up I 100%%%%%% recommend Lucas Event Center & can't wait to party like a rockstar come 6/16/2018! -Rebecca out
