We had my daughters third birthday party here the other day. It's really easy from a host perspective as you only need to coordinate the event with the staff ahead of time for things like kid count and food. It's really nice that the kids get a chance to play in two rooms during the party, roughly 35 mins in room A and then another 25 mins in Room B. I've been here for other parties so it was nice to see some different inflatables in room B. Day of party logistics are really very easy. We took all of our party decorations and dropped them with our things during check in. While the kids were playing we discussed how to decorate the room with the staff. That was it! We elected to have the venue order pizza for us rather than do it ourselves. Took off the pressure of having to go pick it up or get it delivered on time. There will be a small fee if you do elect to bring your own food. It just has to be able to be eaten with your hands for reference. The staff does a great job getting the kids to move between rooms and helps to serve the food when you are in the party room. Overall a great experience! read more

The kids always have a great time at Pump It Up, and the private party setup is really fun and well-organized! That said, we left feeling quite disappointed by several things during our most recent visit. One major letdown was the Glow Party. Each child was given just one glow stick bracelet--yes, just one. Based on their advertising, especially the "Glow Mania" promotional video on their website, we were expecting a much more vibrant and exciting experience. In the video, kids are decked out in glow sticks--around their necks, arms, waists, and more--creating a fun, colorful atmosphere that any child (and parent) would look forward to. Unfortunately, the reality was a far cry from that. The single bracelet per child felt incredibly stingy and misleading. Frankly, it felt like a bait-and-switch--and for something marketed as a highlight of the event, it was a real disappointment. I asked for five extra glow sticks (just a few extras so the birthday child could wear them as a necklace), but the person at the front desk (who I believe is the manager--I remember him helping us before) said they didn't have any extras and only had enough for the weekend. Since the Glow Party isn't free, I expected a bit more. If I had known, I would've ordered some on Amazon to bring myself. The second-to-last party we attended gave each child a glow stick necklace, which felt much better than just a single bracelet. Also, the 15-minute bubble time in the party room seemed a little low -- raising them would definitely enhance the atmosphere. What really upset me, though, was that the staff member assisting us in the 50-minute party room threw away our special candle -- again! This is the third time it's happened, and it was the same person (with headphones on) each time. We even saw her toss it in the trash right after bringing the cake back out, just before it was time to cut it. Thankfully, a friend noticed and retrieved it from the garbage can. At other venues, staff usually set candles and small decorations aside, which I really appreciate since I like to keep them as keepsakes. This particular candle had sentimental value, so it was very disappointing--I've already lost two candles this way. Overall, we still enjoy Pump It Up and the kids had fun--but I do hope management will address these issues, especially when it comes to handling personal items like candles and decorations with more care. read more

Today I came here for a kid's birthday party. I've been to Pump it Up before so what the venue offered was no surprise. When you come into the establishment, you are required to complete an electronic liability waiver for your child and yourself *parents must complete the waiver regardless if they intend to act their shoe size or not. What was neat about completing the waiver this time for me was that my information was already in the Pump it Up system (your information is stored according to the phone number you give from a previous visit), so all I had to do was click through the screens and pretend to read the disclaimers. Sweet, because reading is for suckers. The parents who paid for the party rented out two rooms, a regular party room that has normal lighting as well as a party room that has the glow in the dark lighting. For this particular party, there were two birthday hosts/employees (a young girl and a young man). Both of the rooms had slides and "bouncy things" to frolic upon. Between the two rooms, the glow in the dark room seemed to be the most appealing to the children as glow in the dark/neon head/neck wear was provided. It's the little things that make kids happy. The room where parties go to eat birthday cake and pizza (aka heart attack pie) is a separate room which is rather small that will fit approximately 20 people comfortably without being on top of one another. This location is appropriate if you're looking for a place that is far less crowded than places like Chuck E. Cheese or Catch Air. My sons 5th bday party was a blast!! 18 kids... numerous parents... and all we did was show up with our stuff and they took over! We would have gone crazy trying to do this at home!! We had our nothing bunt cakes delivered, we brought the balloons and party decor... and they provided all the help, organization and FUN! (Note my wife went all out in making this party decorated to the hilt!! She did an amazing job!! She even knocked off the socks of all the staff here with what she put together!) The staff are Excellent!! Just a great group of people with good attitudes. And of course the blow up jumpy toys are perfect for the kids to have a blast... two rooms of fun provide hours of excitement for all. I mean we had 18 kids here... that is enough to drive a sane man off the edge... but this all flowed well and was handled expertly! I left with my sanity in tact... well as much as it was in the first place. We sprung for the bubbles in the first room... and the glow in the dark in the second... Had a birthday party for 5 and 7 years old here. Staff is very friendly, and the kids loved the jump rooms. One had a big slide, and the other was a glow in the dark room with a mountain climbing type of inflatable. The kids really enjoyed it, and since the rooms are private, your party gets to play all together without other kids. Pricing is good and staff provides a lot of party favors in the price. Two rooms to jump in. My daughter and her cousin really liked the first slide because it was fast and steep. The second room is more of a cosmic jump room since they use special lighting. Be careful if you're sensitive to flashing lights. There's always at least 1 to 2 helpers in the room. There are benches for adults to sit on. A sign said you could buy coffee at the front desk. The kids loved the one gym time and it wasn't too crowded since it was a weekday. Our 4 year old niece was also comfortable to run around in both rooms and there is a small toddler section with push toys. There's also a drinking fountain. We refilled our water bottles because the kids would get thirsty from all the jumping. It's also pretty chilly for those of us standing around watching our kids. read more

We are newish to the area and weren't sure where to have my son's 4th birthday party. We had it before at Chuck-E-Cheese and weren't really impressed. I found Pump It Up online and it seemed to be a fun place for a party. One of the things I most appreciated is how we were able to have a private party, especially with Covid the way it is. This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly chill and nice. We LOVED the glow room!! All the party packages were nicely detailed so you knew exactly what you were getting. It was a blast not only for the kids, but the adults!! My son has not stopped talking about his party and keeps asking if he can have another one soon I don't write a lot of reviews but this totally deserves one with 5 stars! This is our 4th time having a party at Pump it up. I can say with absolute certainty that it will be our last time having a party here. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. We booked the Ultimate 18 party which included party favors and balloon drop. My son was very excited about the balloon drop. Well the balloon drop didn't happen because Natalie, our attendant, failed to confirm what our party package included. They tried to make it up by having the balloon drop after the second room which cut into our time in the party room. Then come the party room with our next attendant, Isiah. Half the time he was standing around doing nothing. So the parents were the ones who passed out the cake and pizza. The worst part of it all was when he totally forgot all the party favors, included in the Ultimate 18 package, in the closet until after the party was over! Just an absolute disaster of a birthday party. Thanks Pump it Up. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of my experience. I will say Alex at the front desk was nice and helpful. My friend organized a birthday party for his son. It is a little away from most commercial places. Driving to east all the way, eventually you will reach this industrial warehouse looking area. There are two big rooms inside full of huge inflatables. Maybe they are the the biggest inflatables I have seen in my life. We all got to inflatables and jumped and slided like kids. All toddlers, teenagers and adults had a lot of fun. After 40 minutes in one room, we were moved to the second room for different inflatables. And they have a staff picked up all shoes and put into a cart and pushed it to the second room. Matt's shoes are supposed designed for the different pattern on each one. So that staff had a difficulty to match his shoes. After 80 minutes, we were moved to the dinning room for the pizza and cake. I like the everything except the floor. The two rooms are 95% covered by carpet. 5% slippery floor is bench area. We sat on the bench, and my son ran into me from carpet area to slippery area in the same room. He is too young to figure out the texture of floor So after he crossed the carpet area, he slipped and he fell the whole back on the ground and continue to slip through under the bench. It was scary scene to me. All the guests enjoyed the party. But venue cost is a little bit pricey for the host. It's $240 for 25 friends party or $195 for 14 friends party which doesn't include food, goodie bags, balloons. read more

What a great spot for a birthday party! I had 18 kids ranging from 2 years to 6 and everyone had a great time. By the end of the second play room the kids were practically begging for naps and pizza was eaten in complete silence. The girl that ran the food and cake room was amazing. She was so helpful and made sure that this group of 50 kids and parents was organized and fed. She packed up all the leftover food and the presents in our car too! I would highly recommend this place. I do have some recommendations for a better experience. 1. Overhead lights- The first room of the party experience was dark and when I asked why 4 of the lights were out they said they were broken and they didn't know how to fix them. They also made it seem like it was surprising I would ask for more light on obstacle courses for young children. Noticing that more than half of the lights are out in an active play area is not something a customer should have to point out nor should it be a continuing issue that seemingly never gets resolved. 2. Play room coordinator and photographer- To say there was minimal supervision would be an understatement. I thought there would be some coordinated play or at least some provisions for safety as kids were going down the slides 3 -4 at a time and in quick succession causing more than a few collisions. The young man assigned to the room didn't seem to notice and honestly every photo he took was blurry, out of focus, or had minimal lighting. I thought I wouldn't need to take photos with this "perk" in the party package but I'm disappointed I don't have any quality photos from such a fun day. These points aside, I would still recommend this location for a kids party. The kids and parents had a blast, but for the money there need to be a few changes. read more

I see adults, teens, and kids all enjoying the bouncy inflatables. I am also happy to say there are often kids with different abilities here. We have been to party's and open bounce times at this location. we have always had a good experience. Open bounce is our jam! The two adjoining gyms are large with high ceilings and benches. Sometimes the attendant turns several bubble machines on, other times the main lights are off and black lit with a light show. They also have a nice air hockey table. I see the vending machines as a positive. There are a variety of options and they all have caps. There is a water fountain too. The only negative is sometimes the music. The music vary greatly - and sometimes its quite loud. They will change it if you ask - but the teenager doing so may not choose what you prefer. I wish they'd stick with some light hearted party music, personal y. its supposed to be fun after all. Overall this is a great place to bounce with the understanding that it's noisy, fast paced, All ages, shared space, rambunctious fun. This place is like a well oiled machine....went here for a 5 year olds birthday party with another 20+ kids. They take you into the first bouncy room and have people monitor the kids and take pics for 35 mins. Adults can play too! Just wear socks. You can opt for the additional room that's blacklit for another $30 for another 35 mins. This room is even more fun and they give the kids glow in the dark necklaces and have some pretty big bouncy houses. Then they herd you to the party room for them to eat and drink the stuff you supply and open toys...where the birthday kid sits on an inflatable throne and weara an inflatable crown (he really loved that). Pros: * An actual grown up works there, Joanne. She is the manager and was very helpful and nice not only when I called, also in person. * The place is clean and well maintained. Any holes in inflatables were patched appropriately. * Place is carpeted verses matted. Carpet was clean. My socks were not filthy when we left. * Besides inflatables, they have air hockey, toddler toys, cyclone tunnel, benches to sit on, a massage chair, albeit not a very good one. * Grown ups are allowed on the inflatables. * Those under two and grown ups were free. We paid $6! Cons: * Just don't think this is a good place for the three and under kids. The inflatables are very large and some were obstacle courses impossible for our littles to use without assistance. No way I would have let them on with bigger kids. * No smaller inflatables for the little, little ones or designated little kid areas. Although they did provide ride on cars and such. * Visually, there's not a lot of variety to excite your eyes. All the inflatables are the same color scheme and basic style. Missing are the creative cartoon, animal, playhouse style jumpers like you see at other places. It was just a little blah. Tip: Great time to go is right at opening (10am) on a weekday. I have been to many pump it up locations in California and I always thought that they are good but this one is WAY BETTER!! If I could give them 10 stars I totally would. Booking a party is very easy. Just chose your package/date and time on their website and they will call you back to confirm that your party is booked. Then a week before the party they call you again to take your order for food/drinks and any adds on. Very helpful and nice when making choices. They send you an email to confirm they got your order right. On the day of your party you get an assigned parking spot with your child's name. (Just wow ) what an amazing, amazing customer service!!!!!! Our party coordinator was amazing. He took pictures, moved our shoes from one room to another room and he entertained the children!!! He totally deserved a big thank you and generous tip. He was great. It was like we actually hired a separate person to entertain the kids. Then when it came to set up the party room with food. I was able to put some personal touches and everyone was super helpful to set it up. Everyone had so much and we had the best experience. Since we are veterans at pump it up (different location). And the temperature was cool enough so all the kids weren't sweaty--which can happen at these places. If I could give a lower score I would. We hosted our daughters birthday party here and it was an absolute mess! The ONLY positive part was the location being so close to our house and the facility as clean. The staff is very young and unprofessional, the "party hosts" did not do their job, I had to stand outside in the lobby greeting and directing my guest missing the first half of my daughters party, the party did not start on time, My food order was incorrect, the rules regarding the "private" room need to be more detailed, lastly the manager and owner were not that helpful with the situation. The party host/front guest staff were not on their post as they were supposed to be. They spent more time on the side chatting and using their cell phones. I had to direct my guest to sign in, where to put gifts and how to access the party. At one point a staff member came out and had a few of my guest in the wrong party. I just so happened to notice them and directed them to the correct location. We started about 10 minutes late and then had to watch a safety video which took more play time off of the party play time. Since the children were having cupcakes and treats we decided to serve water for drinks. I had drinks for the parents as well, the only problem was as the kids plays and got thirsty parents were forced to use the vending machines to purchase drinks because you are not allowed to drink or access the party until the last hour of your party. No the do have water fountains but I do not care much for them. Well once we got into the room the "party host" had no idea how many drink we preordered for the children nor how may drinks were preordered for the parents. Once in the party room, a slideshow of your child's party is supposed to play. Well the staff left the previous party slide show up and we had to ask 5 different times to have it changed. All they kept said was "I don't know how to do that" or "Someone will try and work on it". The pictures were finally displayed the last 15 minutes of the party. When we complained about all of the events of the day the Manager offered to give us a $20 discount. That was not even the tax on the bill. He finally agreed to give us a $40 discount. Our bill was a little over $360 and all they offered was $40 off. We will never book a party here again, money well wasted. read more

My daughter had a party here. It was ok. It seems that the staff lack energy. They were times when I had to step in to direct the party. They'd forgotten a lot of things- turning on the music, giving ice cream last minute, and forgotten to distribute the goodie bags. We felt rushed in the end. We had my son's birthday party here today, and as a Dad there's one thing I'm concerned with when it comes to my boy's big day. Make that two things. That he's happy and stress-free, and that my WIFE is happy and stress-free. This makes Dad one cool cat. I knew nothing of the place other than that I booked it with a deposit and that my wife liked the Round Rock location much better than the Austin one. Also I knew that the kids would get their own areas to play in, which I liked very much. We pulled into the lot and much to my surprise I backed into our very own spot right in front of the front door which had my son's name on it. This was great because we had several boxes and an ice chest. Upon walking in to feel the place out I was greeted from a very enthusiastic staff who knew exactly who I/We were, and an associate grabbed a cart and followed me out to help us bring everything in. I was highly impressed as after 8 years of birthday parties at various places nothing even remotely like this had ever happened. We waiting in the nice waiting room for our guests to arrive and for them to get our room ready, and it had some games for kids to play with to keep them occupied until all of that happened. Everything went down in a timely manner. The bouncers and facilities were extremely clean with many to choose from and the 17 kids in attendance had an absolutely blast in both rooms. My only complaint is they need to allow water inside the rooms as the kids were all breathing heavy from running around. If there's some liability for having water in there I get it, but fix the water fountains so they have full pressure. They barely came out and my son spent several minutes just trying to get a decent drink of water, so much that I brought him to our cooler and just gave him a bottle of water. The staff was great with the kids, and even got my son to wear the inflatable hat and he's pretty shy at times. I was highly impressed with the patience of the girls and you could tell they were well experienced with a variety of children. They asked us all the right questions regarding how we wanted things and definitely delivered. He won't want his party there next year as he's already planning something else, but I would highly recommend this place if you want a hassle free, fun time for all the kiddos. read more

I love that you can bring in your own food/drinks/cake, which is what we decided to do since our party was not close to a meal time. They also offer pizza/drink options if you want to add those on. I also love that during your party, you are in a room just with your guests -- so it's not mad chaos with three parties of kids running around at the same time. Also, you spend play time in two different rooms, so the kids don't get bored. As a mom of a toddler, this place has been great. They have something called Pop in and Play time during the day from 10:00 - 1:00 most days (be sure to check the calendar before you go). For children under two, it is free. I would frequently take my toddler (under two) there for about 30-45 minutes to let out some energy. It's enclosed and during the day there aren't really any big kids since it's during school hours. He can run around, bounce to his little heart's content, and play with the little cars they have out for toddlers. This was also really nice during my pregnancy with my second baby because I didn't have to go out in the heat and worry about chasing after my son. He is two now and we haven't been back since his sister was born so I don't know how much it costs, but I don't think it is much. Maybe $5. We will definitely be trying it out again soon. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there isn't much room for parents to sit and there isn't really any supervision. I'm guessing that this is because there aren't many people there during the day and the parents are in there with small kids. I'm sure there is more supervision during birthday parties or more high traffic times. With bigger kids, I would think they would need someone to monitor behavior. read more

We had a few kids with burns on their arms from the slides. Paid extra for the balloon drop. The balloons were gross with tons of fingerprints and were very used looking. So when we were all asked to help pick up the balloons, I had to pass. I understand fresh balloons cant be blown up for every party, but these were too used and unsanitary looking. I would not have paid extra If I had known what was coming. I think the biggest perk to Pump it Up is you have the play rooms to yourself. With that said, we had a better experience at last yrs b-day at Catch-Air even with an open kid environment. The kids seemed to have fun (except for the ones that experienced burns) and I got no complaints from the Birthday girl. So my rating reflects that. =) read more

Great bounce houses and friendly staff. I attended a birthday. One thing I noticed was how dirty all of the bounce houses were. I saw running streaks on some of them and Wet spots on others. We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here and we loved it! The kids (and some of the adults) had so much fun! The free pictures seemed like a great idea, but the camera quality is awful. I'm not removing a star because the pictures were free but I wish they didn't offer this at Pump it Up because then I would have brought my own camera instead. Also, the bubble machine was only on for (what seemed like) a few minutes and the kids weren't really interested. Not worth the extra money, in my opinion. So I will say that my child had a great time..... now for the bad stuff, only drinks are in the vending machine, they do have water fountains, but I'm not a big fan of tap water unless I know it's filtered. Some of the bounce houses are not meant for younger kids less than 4 years of age. It's kind of a drive out to get there. it's not such a bad place and would be better if they had some sort of concession stand. This is the BEST birthday party we've had yet! Our son turned 5 and we had kids there from 1.5 years-10 and they all had fun! It was seriously the easiest, least stressful party I've ever thrown! James in the front was wonderful at assisting us with any questions. Its a little tricky to find so make sure to get specific directions, but highly recommend Pump It Up Round Rock!!! read more

This would be an ok place if you have 8 year olds and older. But I was there with a 3 year old. Open bounce on a school day we were the only ones there, but only one bounce that was appropriate for her. There were 4 in one room 3 in the other. Very clean, much newer than the Austin facility. Great things for toddlers to do while waiting on older siblings. However, the discs is big enough for a few more jumps. The Austin facility has a larger variety of bouncers. read more

I have a young kid so I have been to many different bouncy places. The amount of inflatable all shoved in a small room makes it crowded. Almost impossible to go to if it's not for a birthday party. Also restricted to which every of the 2 rooms they decide to put you in. The staff is nice and polite. Even the bouncy place in Lakeline mall is better :( read more
