My sons 5th bday party was a blast!! 18 kids... numerous parents... and all we did was show up with our stuff and they took over! We would have gone crazy trying to do this at home!! We had our nothing bunt cakes delivered, we brought the balloons and party decor... and they provided all the help, organization and FUN! (Note my wife went all out in making this party decorated to the hilt!! She did an amazing job!! She even knocked off the socks of all the staff here with what she put together!) The staff are Excellent!! Just a great group of people with good attitudes. And of course the blow up jumpy toys are perfect for the kids to have a blast... two rooms of fun provide hours of excitement for all. I mean we had 18 kids here... that is enough to drive a sane man off the edge... but this all flowed well and was handled expertly! I left with my sanity in tact... well as much as it was in the first place. We sprung for the bubbles in the first room... and the glow in the dark in the second... I might pass on the bubbles next time... but the glow in the dark was awesome! Really from the second we stepped in to the min we left... the experience was fantastic!

We are newish to the area and weren't sure where to have my son's 4th birthday party. We had it before at Chuck-E-Cheese and weren't really impressed. I found Pump It Up online and it seemed to be a fun place for a party. One of the things I most appreciated is how we were able to have a private party, especially with Covid the way it is. This place exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly chill and nice. We LOVED the glow room!! All the party packages were nicely detailed so you knew exactly what you were getting. It was a blast not only for the kids, but the adults!! My son has not stopped talking about his party and keeps asking if he can have another one soon I don't write a lot of reviews but this totally deserves one with 5 stars! Thank you for a great party!!

My daughter recently had her birthday here and I thought it was an okay time minus a few issues but since I was sooo busy making sure everything looked good I missed a few things that happened to my guests so I thought I'd bring it up to the manager, long story short they directed me to the district manager Michelle Widner who responded very rudely to my email. I need the corporate office to contact me asap. I have emails and screenshots to show everything.

My friend organized a birthday party for his son. It is a little away from most commercial places. Driving to east all the way, eventually you will reach this industrial warehouse looking area. There are two big rooms inside full of huge inflatables. Maybe they are the the biggest inflatables I have seen in my life. We all got to inflatables and jumped and slided like kids. All toddlers, teenagers and adults had a lot of fun. After 40 minutes in one room, we were moved to the second room for different inflatables. And they have a staff picked up all shoes and put into a cart and pushed it to the second room. Matt's shoes are supposed designed for the different pattern on each one. So that staff had a difficulty to match his shoes. After 80 minutes, we were moved to the dinning room for the pizza and cake. I like the everything except the floor. The two rooms are 95% covered by carpet. 5% slippery floor is bench area. We sat on the bench, and my son ran into me from carpet area to slippery area in the same room. He is too young to figure out the texture of floor So after he crossed the carpet area, he slipped and he fell the whole back on the ground and continue to slip through under the bench. It was scary scene to me. All the guests enjoyed the party. But venue cost is a little bit pricey for the host. It's $240 for 25 friends party or $195 for 14 friends party which doesn't include food, goodie bags, balloons.

We had our 3 year olds birthday here and loved it! The girls assisting us are so much more organized than I am at this party stuff. First birthday I haven't stressed about being perfect because they handled it all. So glad we opted for the balloon drop as the kids and adults loved it! I think the only improvement I would suggest is an update to their camera. Pictures taken with my phone had a better quality. All in all, I look forward to using them for birthday parties in the future.

A bit farther out for us but we wanted to try a new bounce place after reading good things about it. We had a good time but probably won't be back until our kiddos are a bit older. Pros: * An actual grown up works there, Joanne. She is the manager and was very helpful and nice not only when I called, also in person. * The place is clean and well maintained. Any holes in inflatables were patched appropriately. * Place is carpeted verses matted. Carpet was clean. My socks were not filthy when we left. * Besides inflatables, they have air hockey, toddler toys, cyclone tunnel, benches to sit on, a massage chair, albeit not a very good one. * Grown ups are allowed on the inflatables. * Those under two and grown ups were free. We paid $6! Cons: * Just don't think this is a good place for the three and under kids. The inflatables are very large and some were obstacle courses impossible for our littles to use without assistance. No way I would have let them on with bigger kids. * No smaller inflatables for the little, little ones or designated little kid areas. Although they did provide ride on cars and such. * Visually, there's not a lot of variety to excite your eyes. All the inflatables are the same color scheme and basic style. Missing are the creative cartoon, animal, playhouse style jumpers like you see at other places. It was just a little blah. Tip: Great time to go is right at opening (10am) on a weekday. We had our run of the place until another patron finally showed at 11.

Watching safety video before entering--good call, Pump It Up!

We went to this place for kids birthday party. It was a little bit boring for adults. Kids had fun though which matters the most.

My daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring the space and playing. They offer a variety of birthday party packages. I opted for the mid-tier package and rented out the whole space. The package I selected included goody bags, cupcakes, and decor which was nice; I appreciated having them handle that and they made good selections. While the space and ease of the preparations were wonderful, I felt a couple of things could've been better: 1. I had a lot of email back and forth with the party planner. She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

We did call ahead to make sure they were open and there were spots to play. I showed online you could reserve time, which is nice if you're trying to make sure your kiddo can get some playtime in. The space is pretty perfect for small parties/groups. The staff was nice and greeted us when we walked in. We absolutely loved the option of having a coffee/snacks while our toddler played around. There are tables and chairs to sit and hang out. Don't forget to bring your own socks! They do have some for purchase but still nice to keep in mind. The toys are all pretty nice and in good shape. We really liked that it's nice for toddlers that are still learning to walk on their own which was one big reason for us to check this place out. They have one bathroom with a changing table! May 30, 2026 review ---…read moreI've been there two times in month of May for my friend's kiddos birthday party and both of them were similar age. This place is huge, tons of play activity inside. Upon entering, they ask you for showing signed waiver, which is valid for an year. We showed it during first entry but we're needed to tell phone number the second time. They stamp on your hand, very light, more like just a formality and let you enter inside a small door. Pretty big play area with tons of slides and other games for all kids. There were rounds table as well in one zone where families or adults were hanging out. At the back, they have 4-5 rooms for birthday party. It's little bit small size but ok for birthday party. They have setup for kids size table and big table one side for other items like pizza (which is in House provided) and other stuff. I think they allow some outside food, not sure. At one of birthday, I saw chips and guac and salsa so thinking so. At the center of room, you can have big chair for your kid to sit/stand for cake cutting. They provide a cart as well for moving your stuff from room to car which I think is pretty helpful. Staff usually is there throughout the event and checking on food, serving cake and all. Bathroom are clean and spacious too. Location is good on 183 highway so I think that's why this place is always so busy. Consider this for your toddler fun day or an event.
