Terrific food! Excellent service. Summery atmosphere. The Italian salad was to die for. The bread? Order it! All of the pizzas are scrumptious. I brought a first timer here, and he is forever hooked!! Healthy and naughty options!

If you're looking for a neopolitan pizza in the twin cities, punch is a solid option. We've visited a few different punches and the experience is pretty consistent at everyone that we've visited. The location in wayzata has ample parking behind the building and has never been very busy when we've stopped by. The menu is posted upon entry with paper copies so, if you don't know what you are ordering, you can take a few minutes to review and not hold up the line. They have a pretty large variety of specialty pizzas, our favorites are the Bruni and the margherita, and also the option to customize with any toppings you would like. They also have an excellent chopped salad that we always add in four your family to share. Customer service is good, what you'd expect at a counter service restaurant. There are plenty of seating options inside as well as some patio seating in the warmer months. The booths do run a bit on the small side compared to many other restaurants. Punch is a solid choice if your looking for a fast and slightly different take on pizza.

    Vesuvio with Mushrooms

Went for lunch today with family and this place is fire! What we ordered: Vesuvio Pizza - Spicy Salami, Saracene Olive, Cracked Red Pepper, Piparras Pepper, Basil and added Mushrooms Artichoke Dip with focaccia Bambini Pizza - kids classic cheese Love the wood fired taste and crunch it adds to the crust! The artichoke dip came out piping hot and was so cheesy, it went perfectly with the salty foccacia. The Vesuvio pizza was great, a little spicy from the salami and the peppers, but not overwhelming. We were able to snag a table large enough for our whole group to sit together and we were taking turns trying each others dishes. Everything was so well cooked and just perfection. There is plenty of lighting and tables inside, as well as a beautiful patio of you would prefer to sit outside. They offer both dine in and take out, so many people picked up orders while we were there. Seems to be a popular place with the locals!

Just had to add this from my last review. I came again, and this time I brought the family because I knew they'd love Punch Pizza as much as I did. We decided to get a little dessert and the kindest server made our chocolate hazelnut panini and also said it was on the house! I was so surprised by this kindness! We sat inside and admired the beautiful decor they have. They have definitely won my business!

    The heart of the restaurant!

We recently moved to Wayzata and are so pleased that Punch is close to our house. It's a great pizza restaurant. So far, we have tried the arugula and maxima pizzas, both of which are delicious. We are looking forward to checking out more from their menu.

Had a Marghuerita Pizza and didn't like it too much. Kinda soggy and real greasy. Then again, that might've been the point.

Be prepared if you go at dinner time parking will be busy and slightly hard to come by. If you find a spot, take it! We had a reservation, but I don't think we really needed one. We sat in the bar area. The decor was absolutely beautiful. I loved the vibe and being able to see the wood fire pizza oven. We ordered Burrata for the table and ended up needing an additional order of bread. The dip to bread ratio is always off. The burrata was more creamy rather than a ball of cheese. I really enjoyed the kumquat with it, but wish there were more of them. We also ordered crispy Brussels sprouts for the table. I love a Brussels sprouts. These were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I ordered the Mafaldini Cacio E Pepe. It really was pepper forward and I wasn't mad about it at all. I thought the serving size could have fed two people, especially if you are sharing other items. A couple things that I was not prepared for. This is a "dinner should take hours" type of establishment. We were picking at the appetizer and the server had to come over and ask if we were done and if she should put in the order for our entrees. Meanwhile we were still eating the appetizer because we thought we were waiting for the entrees. And then when it came time for the check and getting boxes for left overs they will take your food and box it up for you. I didn't realize this when I asked for the check and someone's food was taken as she was mid bite (oops). They also did one check for three people and never asked if we wanted to split the bill in any sort of way. They also only gave us one bag for our left overs, even though all of us had food to takeaway.

We arrived at 11:15 a.m. and waited 20 minutes in line to order. My sister and her kids received their food in about 20 minutes. My daughters and I, however, waited nearly 50 minutes after ordering (over an hour total) and never got our food. When I finally went up to check on our order, I had to wait another 15 minutes to speak with manager Meghan Walsh. She couldn't find our order, interrupted me mid-conversation to help someone else, and only located it after I suggested she search by my credit card. She was defensive and unpleasant the entire time. She argued with me when I requested a refund, eventually offered only 50% off, and later came to our table to blame the delay on a busy Sunday while disputing how long we had waited, despite my receipts. What should have been a memorable family meal turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I will never return to The Grocer's Table.

The atmosphere is bright, cheery, and enthusiastic -- although perhaps a bit loud. But then again, it's a sports bar with more televisions than Best Buy. The food was typical sports bar faire, but well done. We did not go for the July Bloody Mary of the month ($30!) (see photos), which came with more food than a full day's outing at the Minnesota State Fair. Instead, my wife had been and the Jumbo Bacon Cheddar Chive Tots ($13), which were filling and tasty. The tots were stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese and chive, and served with aioli. I had the Traditional Bone-in Wings ($16.50) with two sauces - sweet chili, and sticky garlic gochujang. Although both were flavorful, my personal preference was for the sweet chili. All of the wings were juicy and cooked well. I also upgraded to a very large portion of beer battered fries, which were shoe-strong fries. They were cooked well - not greasy or overcooked and very tasty. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal.
