I have yet to experience a Punch pizza I actually enjoy. I just don't like their style of water center pizzas which seems to be at all locations. As for this location, the pizza was served hot and fresh and the tables were all clean and a good ambiance.

First time at this location and loved it as much as the others! The pizzas were delicious, I got my usual Toto, and service was friendly and speedy. The restaurant was super clean as well. We also were excited to find out that they have a super cute patio! It was so nice to be able to eat outside here during the summer. Dedicated parking lot is a plus in this area as well!

Always a fan of Punch! I took a friend for the first time and we sat outside at this location and it was such a nice patio area. I always get the Napoli with pepperoni and goat cheese with a side of parmesan and olive oil. This location is nice because it has its own parking lot. Even with the construction, it is still pretty easy to get to and plenty of parking even if you have to park on side streets. Service was quick and they came by a few times to check in on us.

Stumbled onto Punch Pizza as I was exploring Minneapolis. The pizza was good. The Maximus was good and had an unexpected spicy kick. The service was fast and the place pretty clean. On a related note, the pizza boxes were kinda cool.

My favorite pizza style and Punch consistently does it well! This location has a nice layout and a pretty outdoor seating area. Service was great and the Bruno with mushrooms instead of onions is a new top choice for me at Punch!

Punch will always be my favorite pizza in the Twin Cities. I have been here more times than I can count; we usually do takeout and bring it to a park or a friends house but their locations have a good space for a meet up too. My go to is a large punch salad -it's so flavorful and you get focaccia bread on the side. You can't go wrong with any pizza either; my favorite part is saving the crust for the end and dipping them in balsamic oil and vinegar :)

I was CRAVING pizza and had never stopped at Punch Pizza near my apartment. I had walked by several times but always assumed it was just a chain and wouldn't like it. Oh, so wrong! What a great little spot to get wood fire pizza! We have two different kinds. The staff was friendly, and they pushed out pizzas so fast. Both were flavorful with a great crust. Don't shy away from punch like I did; get yourself some Neapolitan pizza!

Punch Pizza has great pizza and was very quick in making the order. I recommend stopping by if you're looking for a good-sized pizza for yourself or to share with a friend.

I recently went here to grab a bite to eat at punch pizza only to find out that they changed their beloved gluten free crust... I used to adore their older crust that looked a lot like the regular crust just a bit thinner. It had an amazing flavor. Slightly sweet, chewy, crispy, salty, stretchy perfection. But the new crust was dark brown, hard, gritty, tasted like cardboard, no flavor at all, and tasted like a very basic gluten free frozen crust you'd get from the grocery store. Also the cheeses seemed to taste very different on top and there seemed to be less cheese then it used to have and less flavor. Please PLEASE bring back the gluten free crust everyone used to love at every location please! I heard a lot of my gluten free friends say they won't come back because it's not a good gluten free crust anymore. I even have a photo of the old crust to show how good it looked!

Always enjoy Punch Pizza! During meal times, most locations are busy and bustling with orders. I enjoy the consistency at different sites. Although, each site has different photos and art. Always have good service when ordering and receiving my order. My Order Their margarita pizza is always good with a salad. I enjoy the Cesar salad and appreciate the light dressing. Parking I worked remotely nearby and walker over here for lunch. Parking seems to be only street parking. I'm sure during the summer it's an even busier time!

Punch salad and margarita pizza w pepperoni. On the patio!

Consistently has great quality salads and Neapolitan pizza that leaves you satisfied but not over-stuffed. I could eat this every day. Service is always fast and friendly. LOVE their outdoor patio in the warmer months!

    Pizza Gluten Free Crust

Why change something that isn't broken? The New Gluten free crust is TERRIBLE, bring back the old one!! Nothing about this new one makes it special anymore... just tastes like any bland gluten free pizza you can get anywhere else without the higher $$$, please bring back the old gluten free crust!!!

Gluten free pizza is RUINED. They changed the recipe and not only is it tinier, it tastes horrible & they put no cheese on the pizza. It was genuinely Udi's style pizza crust & marinara. Tried it and genuinely so disappointed. Didn't even finish it. It is no longer a comparable punch style pizza, you're better off buying a frozen GF pizza from the grocery store. No longer paying an extra $3 per pizza for a now smaller & not unique style pizza. :/ super bummed.

What's parking like? Traveling with two children and don't feel like parking blocks away!

There are a lot of free spots that are dedicated for Punch customers directly next to the building on the 2nd St SE side. Pretty handy! If those are full, there are also close paid options, like the parking garage behind Ginger Hop.

Every bite was absolutely incredible and it's such a unique dish that's hard to find somewhere else or replicate at home. I completely recommend giving it a try. The focaccia bread appetizer was also amazing! We added & paid for a few extra pieces to accommodate the size of our group and everyone absolutely loved it. The drinks were also really well done & strong without being overly stiff. They were really well mixed and tasty. Our server was so sweet and helped make the experience so special for us. I cannot wait to come back!

I love the pink and green, and the place settings are gorgeous. Bonus: the team is super fast with clearing and bringing replacements so you always have a clean plate. Add in huge windows that brings in tons of light, and you have one of the most photogenic eateries in town. Dario's beverage menu is wonderful, and I especially want to draw attention to their extensive selection of non-alcoholic options. In addition to house-made sodas and creative cocktails, they have a wonderful list of dealcoholized wines--awesome news for anyone who is looking for a zero proof drink. As for the food, Dario knocks it out of the park with a menu that offers options for all tastes. The menu is designed to share, and the variety ensures that there will be something for everyone. The first two dishes that ai sampled were the Gem Lettuces, which our server described as "a Caesar salad on steroids" and the Morel Mushrooms. The Gem Lettuces were delicious--the zippy vinaigrette was better than any Caesar I have had before, the cheese was a fluffy, savory, and salty delight, and the puffed farro was a pleasing alternative to the usual croutons. Bonus: it's fish-free! I'd say that it's less a Caesar salad on steroids and more what happens when the Caesar salad next door goes off to college and has a glow-up. The morels were served on polenta and complemented with Madeira and tarragon. They came with a confit egg yolk. The presentation was strikingly beautiful, and the flavors pure and harmonious. The morels were cooked perfectly and went beautifully with the wine and tarragon--it was a great dish for spring, and everyone enjoyed the layers of texture and flavor. For our pasta choices, we had the English Pea Triangoli that Lu recommended (thanks Lu!) and the doppio. It's easy to see why Dario is known for its pasta--these dishes were amazing. The English Pea Triangoli was otherworldly: sweet peas, snap peas, onions, mint, and pea sprouts come together with butter to make a nostalgic little bite of heaven. It tastes like spring. Sicilian pistachios add crunch and another layer of sweet and salt, and the lightly steamed vegetables and fresh pea shoots and mint also added layers of texture and freshness. Positively superlative. The Doppio was also gorgeous: one side is filled with ricotta and the other sunchoke. Honey adds sweetness and the hazelnuts toastiness reminiscent of browned butter. The rosemary complemented it all. For my dessert, I had the Earl Gray tea cake. It had a very pleasing crumb and subtle sweetness, and the lemon whipped cream was the perfect accompaniment. The sprinkle of toffee cookie added a lovely caramelized crunch, and the bright acidity of the rhubarb was preserved, making for a juicy and refreshing burst of flavor in every bite. Splendid! Thanks to Dario for a wonderful evening!

Tucked away in its own little corner of North Loop, there is some paid parking directly outside otherwise walking from nearby street parking is possible too! The interior of the space is whimsical and fun with green and pink interior design elements, gold accents, and fun artwork! It truly feels like a special escape from reality when inside...similar to an Alice in Wonderland experience. Our server was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what to order. I particularly appreciated how our pasta came out in intentional courses from lightest to heaviest. It absolutely elevated the meal to top notch. Known for their handmade pasta, we didn't mess around with any other menu items...we just ordered four different plates of pasta: Doppio, Torteletti, Rigatoni Alla Vodka, and Tajarin! The Doppio was my favorite, with a unique double filled pasta that had a savory sunchoke filling highlighted with a pop of whipped ricotta. The Rigatoni was cozy and warm, serving up perfect comfort food vibes. The Tajarin was the ocean in a bowl and my partner's favorite, but it was a bit too salty for my palate. The food was top notch and the environment was stellar, but I did feel a bit of cognitive dissonance. The food was so grounded, earthy, and cozy yet the interior was whimsical, playful, and ethereal. This disconnect took my out of the experience a bit. Add in that the price points are a bit high, and I could see why some might have different expectations. Overall, I'm glad Dario is taking swings at providing something truly unique to the North Loop! I will absolutely be returning!

When my friend and I walked in, we came into a fairly spacious dimly lit space with loads of people inside. We were immediately informed that there would be over 1.5hr wait for a walk-in table. We were given the option to wait for bar seating as it would probably be quicker - and surely, it was. We did have to wait quite a bit, but it was a tolerable amount of time and definitely less than what it would have taken for an actual table. My friend and I decided to share 2 pizza pies as we wanted to get a taste of two different flavors, so we eventually settled on Korean BBQ & Perfect Pickle Pie. KOREAN BBQ As it was created by a Korean chef, it definitely had true authentic Korean flavors. As a Korean myself, I was very familiar with this soy vinaigrette and have tried this on many salad before - so, it was hitting home for me. Also, you can't go wrong with the bulgogi/beef short ribs known to all those who had Korean BBQ before. The combination of the sauces that they use for this pizza is definitely very rich, full of umami. I personally enjoyed it. PERFECT PICKLE PIE This pie was a totally different flavor to the Korean BBQ. It's less rich and maybe can be overpowered or considered more bland compared to other pizza flavors. But when tried together with the BBQ, it balances out the richness of the BBQ with the more subtle/less umami flavors. This pie gives more of a tangy/sour taste that pickles provide and more of a crunch due to the chips that are added on top. The dill is present, but not overpowering. It's a nice low-key kind of taste that people who like pickles will enjoy. Overall, the flavors were very rich in every pizza pie that we had that our mouths were bursting with flavor. It was definitely the most unique pizza toppings that I've had and can see why it's so highly regarded. I can tell that they really are meticulous with their every process and that their pizza guy by the wood fire oven is expertise in what he does. My friend and I walked out quite satisfied and I was honestly more full than I expected.
