The waiter asked how we liked it and I said it should be labeled as fake crab. He was very gracious about it and wanted to offer me another type of taco. I'm pretty sure it was entraña, and it was some of the best steak I had on the trip. For dessert, I had the coconut flan, and it was SO good. Definitely my favorite way to end the meal. Puerto Rico is expensive, and I'd consider this mid-level pricey, but compared to some of our meals in San Juan, this one felt worth it.
