We've been customers of pupculture dumbo for 2 years (grooming only so can't speak to boarding and daycare services). Grooming typically comes out exactly how I've asked, with a few tweaks here and there but they are always open to fixing whenever I've asked! The front desk staff and groomers are always lovely, facility is clean, and they are timely with appointments. Docking one star because you have to provide your own shampoo and toothbrush or else pay an up charge. There also always seems to be confusion about the grooming reference photo that I've had to submit multiple times. But otherwise pupculture is a great grooming spot and we will continue to be customers so long as we are in the area! read more

Awesome first experience! Took my 3 pound maltipoo for a bath at pupculture. They were able to schedule me day of and took such good care of her! They made sure to call me 10 minutes before she was done and had her all ready when I came. She looks and smells great. Cleaned her paws, ear hair, teeth, etc! Very affordable too. read more

The best daycare in the neighborhood - HANDS DOWN! We used to bring our 10 month old English Cream Golden Retriever to another doggie daycare nearby, but ended up trying Pupculture DUMBO due to being unhappy. Initially we did not know much about it, but we immediately realized we made the right decision! We work very busy jobs, and were looking for a place that could watch our baby a few days a week. Olive not only loves going, but we know everyone there loves her and treats her as their own baby! Pupculture is CLEAN, organized, caring, and on top of everything. From checking in on using certain detergents, to providing daily "pupdates" with photos and what happened that day, we know our baby is not only safe but having a blast! The prices for daycare, boarding, and grooming are also fantastic, and we know she is always taken on multiple walks a day - which was important in our decision of switching daycares. I've been taking my Maltipoo, Chili, to pupculture in Dumbo for the past 6 months and boy, do I have a happy pup! He is usually a very clingy guy, but when I drop him off at daycare, he runs straight to greet everyone. I especially love the daily email updates I get about chili- they always provide a photo and let me know how his day went and any new friends he made. We also do daily drop off from daycare since I tend to work late- chili is always dropped off right behind the puppy gate, and patiently awaiting my return home. read more

The staff is so friendly and warm and I know they take such good care of my pup. We use them for daycare, walks, boarding and grooming. We use Pupculture for daycare and boarding for our Ellie girl and we cannot recommend them enough. Prior to discovering Pupculture I had a horrible experience with another overnight boarding company which resulted in a ton of vet bills. Ever since this incident I had major trust issues leaving Ellie again. Pupculture was introduced to me by my trainer and decided to give it a chance. Ever since my first encounter with this staff they have been nothing but kind and completely understanding of my previous experience. When we first left Ellie they knew I was nervous and gave me daily updates (even twice in the day because they knew how I was anxious). Ever since then it's been love at first sight and I 100% trust the staff with taking care of Ellie. They truly care about the dogs they watch and provide great communication. Ellie has bad allergies and one event that really stood out to me was when we left Ellie they noticed a rash on her skin. They immediately called me to let me know and even though I knew it was her allergies it meant the world that they were attentive to what was going on with my dog. Highly recommend this location, prices are reasonable and they also do a great job with grooming. We love you Pupculture staff!! read more

Puculture has been a godsend for us! My puppy Leo goes there a few times a week for daycare! The staff is amazing, careful and kind! They all love taking care of the dogs and it shows! They check in, send pics and give good report! We have also used the bath and grooming services and they are top notch! We feel so lucky to have pupculture in the neighborhood! We are so lucky that Pupculture Dumbo opened up at just the right time for us! Our little family recently began a home renovation project, and after being stuck at home for practically two years we knew that we would need to get out of the house during the day while work was being done - this was most important for our 9 year old pup Murray who needed a safe place to spend his workday. Signing up ahead was a breeze, and the staff was so communicative and helpful before we even stepped a foot in the door. Murray is a timid, sometimes neurotic (or quirky...depending on the day), mama's boy of a tubby chihuahua mix, so it's always a little nerve-racking to leave our best bud in the care of new friends for several hours. From the first day when we brought him to get a feel of his new "office away from home" everyone at Pupculture was been so supportive, giving us detailed accounting of Murray's experience. So far, he has spent nearly every weekday for the past three weeks in their care. They have taken the time to get to know him and approach Murray on his terms, letting him warm up slowly. They often send the sweetest, personal pupdate notes and photos by email (thanks Leslie, Selena, and Cindy for some truly sweet messages!) to let us know how he's spending his day (often napping, because he is a Nap King, and as we're told positively influences his fellow daycare kids to take a rest with him). The facility is bright, clean, and welcoming, and it's a great touch that they take the daycare pups for walks outside as well so their days are varied, they can stretch their legs, and separate the snoozing/playing environment from the "outside business" environment. For morning dropoff, Murray runs right up to the door, no reservations, hardly looking back to say goodbye (which is only a little personally insulting to his parents, but it means they've earned his trust!). It's been a wonderful relief to have found a place we can count on to take care of the World's Best Boy with gentle kindness, and while we know we're biased we can tell this kind of attention to paid to all of Murray's new friends as well. read more

pupculture DUMBO is the best. we have been taking our 11 month old golden retrieved there since she was a small puppy. she absolutely loves it! we have recently started using them for weekly walks in addition to daycare and can't be happier. they are in contact with us to keep us informed for any issue our puppy has on walks or at daycare and are very responsive to any questions. it truly feels like a family and we know they really care for our dog as one of their own. we will be moving out of the neighborhood in a few months but will still be making the drive to take her to pupculture because they are so wonderful! they go above and beyond in every way. read more
