BS I go to many places and when they mess up they own up to it and proceed to fix it ! No this time she makes us pay for the tacos we apparently ordered wrong and catches attitude with my wife and making faces ! I usually understand mistakes but for someone to argue with a customer for something they got wrong is ridiculous ! We waited 20 minutes for 4 tacos ,another family comes in orders n not 15 minutes pass they get their food all out correctly ! Cokes , food in boxes , tacos all out before my 4 tacos that I supposedly ordered wrong ! Well after they happened my wife goes up and asked where is her food n why isn't it out ! She responds. They were here first, and then they have multiple orders when no one was even there. It was literally us and the family. I don't understand why she couldn't say. It will be out in a minute ! said she answered rudely. She was a touching her face, nose and around her body parts talk about hygienic ! when the tacos came out, she just slammed outside of the taco truck and they were cold. At the end we left , I got up and asked for a Togo box nicely , she was in the back cursing and twisting her face ! The young man gave me the box ! And honestly was the only one who cared and took care of us for that second then the cashier did the whole time ! She sI work in the service industry and understand taking orders can be hard but hey don't be an ass and fix the situation! I Sinceramente, estoy decepcionado. It's a little on the pricey side, but that's pretty much what you'd expect in Round Rock these days. The folks running the place (I think they were a couple but apologies if I am mistaken) were so nice and it made me so happy to see them chatting with some of the other customers who seemed like regulars, and they had great music playing, I came home with a couple of new tunes I hadn't heard. The West Anderson Mill food truck park where they're located has become one of my favorite places to eat anywhere in Austin, there are really comfortable shaded tables and there's just a great community feeling since the people and the trucks are from all over the place and seeing everybody getting along chilling and eating is great to see these days. Anyway very excited to try the rest of the menu and happy to have these folks in the neighborhood!
