After going all day on coffee, an apple a cookie & three bottles of water, I was driving home after work thinking about where to eat. At Murray & Lexington I noticed that El Bandido Suelto ( The Fugitive Bandit?) was opened. I made a slower than usual right turn up the back driveway of the commercial building to the left and then drove around right to their parking lot. Stepping out of my car, I saw the sign stand had a QR code and a small menu. There wasn't a line and a only a few people were waiting for their orders. I looked at the menu on the window and learned that the menu is limited. After looking it over, I ordered the Birria Vampiros. It took less than 5 minutes to get my order. I sat down at tine of the nice wooden bench table with blue umbrellas and unwrapped the bag. In front of my eyes were two fried eggs, underneath that was a juicy, tender lamb and a cheese concoction. All nestled in top of a freshly made corn tortilla. I found out it was still hot when I tried to pick it up. No matter, I moved a bit of the nestled tapa topping to let the steam escape. In the second attempt, success led to an amazing combination of crunch, cheese, tender pulled meat with diced onions, cilantro, lime and red salsa... Twilight Zone experience. I'm going to keep my eye on this Bandido and look forward to trying the rest of their amazing fare... but wait the consommé... That my friend, completed the whole meal. Go visit... read more

This is a tucked away food truck in manor! They have a small area you can park in which is convenient. You walk up and order at the window and are handed a buzzer for while you wait. I can see them back there cooking so it's very fresh! They have three picnic tables with umbrellas you could sit at if you wanted. The food is flavorful and hits the spot. This is our second time here and I'll be back to try the torta! I got the strawberry horchata and the flavor was perfect. Refreshing, not too heavy, and a light touch of strawberry. read more

We found this little gem of a taco truck off the street. Has some of the best birria tacos and tortas i have ever had in my life. Nice little cozy spot with some picnic tables and umbrellas.Perfect for having food in the sun.Quick and the couple just got recently engaged.They are amazing.They make sure that your food is cooked to perfection. Some nice crispy cheese on top of your burrito. Also inside of your taco I would highly recommend anybody to stop here and make sure that you order the burrito, tortas. So I guess here I am finding myself back in Manor again. I can't take credit for finding this one. For this - my husband gets all the props for finding this hidden gem. And when I say hidden, I mean literally- it's off the beaten path. I have to say as I was eating the birria taco, I immediately saw stars - five to be specific (lol). Flavor - perfect. Both taco and broth had a perfect hint of spice but not spicy. Meat - super tender and flavorful. Plus, a good healthy portion if you know what I mean. I've had birria tacos where it mainly tasted like corn tortilla with barely any meat inside. Tortilla- didn't know how important a tortilla could play a part of the birria-ness until this one. Other birria tacos I would just eat and think, oh this is a birria taco. But as I ate this one: - it wasn't too hard - it wasn't overcooked - it wasn't saturated in meat grease - it wasn't too thin to fall apart - and it wasn't too thick to overpower the meat flavor or take over the taste of the taco - just perfect Greasiness level - perfect balance. I feel other birria tacos and broth I've had are pretty greasy. These felt "refreshing" should I say... I'm sure there's a better word for it - enough to where I could eat 3 in a row and still feel good about myself. Another Smoking visit!! We tested the waters with an order of 4 with 2 corn and 2 flour....and they were both winners...Flour are slightly bigger with a bit more meat and a couple more $$...Food truck service just hits different! They are Always happy to see you and there orders are ready quick. Looking forward to the warmer weather again so we can sit and eat there...but they are just so close to home! read more

Yup, it's as good as everyone says!!! This is my first time trying a quesabirria and it didn't disappoint. I didn't know what it was going to be like but it reminds me of my favorite taco, a brisket, cheese and cilantro taco from a place in my hometown. I'm glad these are just as good because I miss those!!! I wasn't sure what the consome would taste like but it keeps everything really moist which I like!!! A birra place in Manor?! I was so excited to find this gem. This food truck is fairly new and currently has limited hours. Be sure to check their hours. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. The tacos were delicious, flavorful, and fresh. The consume was very rich and went great with the tacos. Some feedback: there were some chunks of fat that were floating on top of the consume. I wish this had been skimmed or strained as it was a bit unappetizing and I didn't want to knowingly eat chunks of fat. I really liked that the taco meat was good quality and well cut. I didn't notice chunks of fat or grizzle- this attention to detail is very appreciated as a lot of taco places cut corners and leave unpleasant bits and chunks of fat. I do wish the box came with a little more cilantro and onion or that the consume came with cilantro and onion already in it. Overall, phenomenal food and I will be back.
