The Churrasco Típico? A full plate of joy. A 10-oz top sirloin cooked beautifully, Spanish rice, black bean soup, fried plantain, yuca, and chimichurri sauce that tied it all together. Hearty, flavorful, and satisfying without being overwhelming. And the birthday girl was treated to a complimentary slice of flan--creamy, Spanish-style custard with vanilla and egg.
