I love that these pupusas are huge! The taste will not leave you disappointed. The menu isn't elaborate, but just as the name implies.... this place specializes in pupusas (I'm glad for that.) They offer a variety of stuffing so you don't have to stick to the same 'revueltas.' The place is very cozy and close to the train station and bus stop. Down side- hard to find parking. Not the fanciest place but great for a quick grub. Will surely come here soon.

My first time trying a a Pupusa and it was super delicious. Nice tortilla browned on the outside and delicious juicy meat and cheese inside. Pair it with their yummy sauces!

The horcata is so bad. It's very thick and doughy. I am waiting for my pupusas. Will update review once I have tried.

This place is a gem. The best pupusas. But don't get the horchata. It's so bad. Waste of your money.

The Pupusas are made fresh to order, soft and hot and the curtido is fresh and seasoned well.

When I asked the lady at the shop if the pupusas were made with peppers hotter than jalapeño, she said they were made with Serrano peppers. Whew, I knew it! I wasn't ready. All of my pupusas were still delicious. My favorite were the beans and cheese. I really also liked the house made curtido slaw the dish came with. I can't wait to have these again someday!

The pupusas were so delicious, cheap and freshly made. I called ahead of time to order and they were ready, neatly packed and hot when I arrived. Each pupusa costs $3 so the whole order of 5 came out to $15 - such a steal! They even throw in some curtido salad and sauces at no additional charge. Their curtido is a little different from the traditional. They add beets to theirs which is unique. For pupusas my husband ordered 3 - 1 jalapeño and cheese and 2 bean. I had 2 of the loroco and cheese. The cheese they use is so delicious! The jalapeño cheese, according to my husband, knocked it out of the park. I loved the loroco and cheese too. I thought the dough was nice and soft with a neutral taste. I like my dough a little more sweet than they make it but it was still good for me. We didn't realize the bean pupusa doesn't have cheese (you can request bean and cheese though) so those were a little on the dryer side but still very flavorful, especially when dipped in the sauces. Definitely adding this place to our takeout rotation. Highly recommend! 5/5

I…read morewas pleasantly surprised that the pupusas were still reasonably priced for a full-service restaurant and bar, at around $4 each. They offer a good variety of fillings. My favorite was the jalapeño and cheese, which have a nice kick to them. The yuca frita was crispy but not oily, and made for a great appetizer before the pupusas. We came during happy hour and took advantage of the drink specials. The red sangria and margaritas were only $8 a glass and they were both strong and tasty, though I preferred the sangria slightly more. The music at Salvatoria was great and made for a nice atmosphere, with current Latino hits playing in the background. My only note, and it's minor, is that the curtido wasn't as good as I've had at other places. They do give you a good amount, but it lacked some of the crunch and acidity that a great curtido needs to balance out the pupusas. Overall, Salvatoria Kitchen and Bar delivers on food, value, and atmosphere. The bill for four pupusas, two drinks, and an order of yuca frita came out to just $45 before tip.

I was already kind of full but the entrees we got were also very delicious. I wish I knew how to cook fish or chicken that juicy but keeping the outside crunchy-crispy. 10/10 for all the food. Idk why but the music was so upbeat and it kept me feel rushed for some reason but that might be just me! Haha The service was great, the water kept getting filled and they were very attentive. Would definitely come back again!
