The Acai bowl was okay. They two two baby strawberries and not even half of a banana. They did put a lot of granola. Had to scoop some off. There mango chamoy looked really good though. I didnt have it but it looked really good. I will come back to just try the mango one and if it's not as good as it looks then I won't return. Customer service was okay. Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a quick snack. We wanted something light and fresh, so we chose Puur bowls. Ordered the Island bowl which consists of coconut base, topped with pineapple and mango, & sprinkled w/ granola, coconut flakes, almond flakes, & agave. To start of it was one of the best açaí bowls I've ever personally purchased! The fruit was so fresh you would've thought they cut it up for you in that exact moment. Don't recommend! I don't know why I keep giving this place a shot and I keep getting the same bad service every time. The workers are always extremely rude, especially the female ones... and are always gossiping with each other and pretend you're not even there like hello?? 1. Young woman at the counter who was serving another customer did not acknowledge me at all the entire time I was there. 2. I think they're understaffed, some of the topping pans needed to be replaced but they didn't really have the time to do it so they were stacking fresh/full pans on top of each other on the back table. Seemed unorganized, and usually disorganization means cleanliness is also compromised (see point 5). 3. The woman helping at the açaí counter then had to run to the Vietnamese Food part of the business to help a customer there, so while I should've been next, she had to leave and then another staff came out from the back. 4. Because I was standing at an odd place (?) I was skipped over for the customer who came in after me since the man in the back didn't see me come in earlier. I was already waiting a while, but at least the young man who took over acknowledged me and let me know he would be helping me soon. 5. Both my son and I got stomach aches/upset after eating here :( 6. We did enjoy the açaí though. read more

I've gone to Pur Bowls on several occasions (mostly during evening hours) and the Asian girls give off a really bad attitude, the eye rolls with the butterfly lashes and lack of positive body language. I'm glad Carson has this type of business, but choose wisely on staff... because it can really make a difference. read more

Not sure how the staff feels about that but everyone was very friendly and helpful as we arrived around 11:30. I ordered the berry berry or whatever, which I think most of these come with banana and granola (being a classic for Acai bowls). So first time at this location and taste of açaí bowl was good. I only get Açaí bowls when I'm craving a healthy desert and that does not happen that often. The store played music that sounded like my high school playlist, which is fine. But the volume of the music was too loud. I was barely able to hear what the server was saying and had to lean in towards my niece who was two steps away from me in order to hear what she wanted. The experience could've been better if I was able to hear the workers more clearly and if they asked if I had any questions. It took about 10 minutes to decide what bowl I wanted. I only figured out that you can add more items to the bowl you chose once I paid for my items. So the açaí bowl was good, but I think I'll only come back here if it's the last resort. Workers should be able to ask customers if they need help deciding or if they had any questions. Don't assume that all customers get açaí bowls often enough to know what they want. read more

Me and my husband come here maybe once a week or once every other week for an Açaí bowl.. the last 3 times we have been the customer service has been very unwelcoming there is no greeting if they are busy making a bowl there is no "I'll be right with you"... the very last time we came in there was 3 employees on the floor two ladies and a gentleman the two ladies were just standing there talking while there was about 6 people in line.. the gentleman tried his best to get the line down even asked for help form the ladies but yet they didn't help they continued with there conversation... my husband and I went in last night again the same 3 employees the gentleman was making and online order one of the ladies was filling up sauce containers and the other looked at us and walked to the back didn't acknowledge us when we walked in no I'll be right with you nothing so we walked out and won't be back it's the last time me and my husband visits this place unwelcoming employees... but I can say the açaí is very good... but we won't be back.
