After waiting more than 15 minutes and watching several customers who ordered after us receive their food first, I had to ask about the status of my order. We discover our order was just sitting there on a side table. No one had announced our order whatsoever. What made the delay even more frustrating was that we had frozen groceries in the car that needed to be taken home.
