Wow, an Acai spot opened until 1 am; that's a dream come true. The shop itself is very well-kept with plenty of seats and is shared with another restaurant. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the service was extremely slow the night we went. There was nobody ahead of us, but they were working on an Uber Eats order(the order was a single acai bowl). It took us 30 mins to get our acai bowl made. Perhaps it was a bad night. I love the various combination possibilities that can be crafted. They have the bar laid out like a Chipotle or Subway. You select your ice cream/acai base first (they allow for samples, and you can mix two in one bowl), then you can choose various chia seeds (flavored puddings and plain), then fruits, and finally toppings! Everything is quality. The small size was the perfect amount for me. I did notice they didn't have prices listed anywhere. The small custom bowl is $10, the regular is $12, and I'm assuming the large is $14. Though the price is steep, it's important to note that they don't charge for toppings, so if it fits in the bowl, it works. If you do want some toppings to take home on the side, then it's $0.75. Very cool spot and probably the highest quality acai I've had in the States. For the bowls, they have plenty of choices for the base-- pitaya, acai, mango, cacao, coconut, cocolina, berry. You can choose 2 bases and it comes with unlimited toppings, from fruits, granola, pudding, seeds. That in itself is a great deal, and their blends are delicious. I had a great first time experience. We were helped quickly, blends were explained, and service was okay. After that I kept coming back since it was open late. Unfortunately, as I kept coming back, service just got slower and unsatisfactory. I placed an online order thinking it would ready on time, however, upon arrival for my pick up time, I saw my ticket order still on the machine at the checkout counter. It was understandable since they were kind of busy. But I saw her take the ticket, and set it aside and continue to help the line inside. Okay, still waiting. By then, she passed the ticket to someone to help her but they just kept passing the order. By the time I received my bowls, it was 30 mins past pick up time, and to find out one of the bowls were missing a base. The staff are nice, but the service is very slow and they need a better online order system. They definitely need more workers especially at night when they get busy. It is better to order in store than online. I probably wouldn't go back until they're a little more efficient. If you have plenty of time and wouldn't mind waiting, then this is your spot. read more

There is a 24 Hour Fitness right across the street from this acai place and I stumbled upon it looking for something healthy after working out. The location is in a shopping center and around 11am on a Saturday, there was plenty of parking available. Inside was a little dark as far as lighting goes. Plenty of tables to dine in as they also have a separate restaurant Inside the same location. The person who helped me was just ok. It was my first time there but she didn't offer any assistance. She actually added both chia puddings when I inquired about them, but maybe she didn't hear or understand me. The fruit selection was minimal, about 5 items to choose from, so that wasn't impressive. I've been on a Acaí kick for about 2 years now trying various places and even making my own. All of the places claim to have pure acaì which I don't know what's pure or not, but this location's acaí definitely tastes as if they've added something to it. The texture was also a lot creamier than other places but if it's because they added fillers, that defeats the purpose of eating something healthy. Dear Yelpers, I'm a first time customer. When I walked into PUR's establishment, I immediately felt positive energy before I even spoke to an employee. When I spoke to the employees (Mya Crystal & Cameron) I got positive vibes from them. I also love how they let me get a sample the ice cream (due to my indecisiveness ) PUR has a very decent selection of Vegan Friendly ice cream options. My go-to is the Thai Tea mixed with creamer with light ice. As for ice cream, its the Mango with Chamoy with pineapples and Tahine... The workers, environment and ice cream were all impeccable! You can choose two flavors as your base, then load it up with whatever your heart and tastebuds desire. I always describe this place like a Subway for açaí bowls- just go down the line and let'em load you up! I tend to build mine a little more like a dessert, but again, you can make them as healthy or decadent as you like. I wanna say there's at least 30 different topping options you could load up on. For $10 (size small) I get a HUGE bowl overflowing with GF granola, chia pudding, berries, banana, honey, shaved coconut, bee pollen, chocolate shavings, flax seed, and agave nectar; just to name a few. The Build your Own Large 24oz Bowls are straight fire! Portions, ingredients, servers, and late night hours (open until 1am) are so on point! Their açaí is made with only water, açaí, guar gum, vegetable fiber, locust bean gum, and citric acid that they get specifically made for their store. Yay for no added cane sugar, banana, or weird preservatives. In a large size you can get up to 3 base flavors. You only need a small amount of almond butter topping to get the rich flavor it provides. The fruit is super fresh and they'll cut it right in front of you. Any bowl you make will be delicious as their ingredients are very high quality and they are generous with toppings. Some workers have a hard time hearing you so try to speak over the glass rather than into it and stand in line on the side rather than in front of the entrance doors. Dine in at their big sit down tables or take out with you - very clean and extremely filling! A late night fruit filled delicacy instead of coma-inducing ice cream. Ps. After reading a lot of reviews and coming to experience it for ourselves we have some personal feedback for Pur Bowls. Came Sunday around 5:35pm. Açaí bowl - we got a large size 24oz $15 Yes they give you a large amount of açaí itself but the fruit/toppings are not generous portions. One of the reviewers said the granola was stale and I do agree with them. I'm not a big fan of their granola. It literally taste like oatmeal that's uncooked. It's not crunchy. It's flat. I also see why everyone orders in because service is slow. There were 3 employees there. I definitely recommend calling in. We drove 15-20 mins to try a new spot. It was ok, tbh I wouldn't come here again unless it's something in the area I was craving to scratch the itch. Nice presentation for a ig moment but everything was a little underwhelming based on our experience. The yelpers who didn't give a full 5 star experience were spot on, so appreciate the honest feedback especially if you're traveling longer distance. Went as a Sunday treat with my husband and friend, the place was clean and aesthetic. The bowls were really good! I got acai, my husband got matcha and my friend asked for 2 flavors but only got Pitaya. That brings me to the only thing I didn't like which was the service. Got the green goodness bowl. So the positives: the service was great, ambiance was clean, welcoming and modern. The bowl was dressed nice and pretty. However, there was more granola more than the ice cream (or whatever the base was). The matcha yogurt was only filled a quarter of the bowl, the rest was granola with strawberries topped with coconut shreds. Gave 3 stars because for the price of $10 for practically granolas was not really worth that much. You can't see how much yogurt there is but you can definitely see the amount of granolas. read more
