Beautiful work. Very friendly tech with my family. I had two paver stones for him to use as a base and he installed the resin filters to perfect level with all new valves and disposed of my old unit. They intrigued me with their partnership with a gentle soap partnership so I am honestly looking forward to trying them out. They labored for hours in the hot Florida weather and did a top notch job. As a technician, I really appreciate and was impressed with how clean the install was and how easy it is to maintain. The best part is turning on my shower and no longer smelling that nasty rotten egg smell from the city water. They also installed for me a new modern valve for my main line to replace my aging valve which made it a lot easier to use. The drain line was nicely hidden underground and out of sight. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was shown how to maintain and how to shut down the system if needed. I felt very confident about the work that was done. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. We already have some work we will be calling Arsenio for in the near future and we're very happy to have found a great, reputable plumber. Highly recommend.

He explained that it was due to roots from our tree nearby, he unclogged it and told us options how to prevent it in the future. He offered other services but we are good at this time.
